AIM： To study the growth inhibitory effects of ATP on TE-13.human squamous esophageal carcinoma cellsin vitro.METhODS： nTT assay was used to determine the inhibition of proliferation of ATP or adenosine （ADO） on TE-13.cell line. The morphological changes of TE-13.cells induced by ATP or ADO were observed under fluorescence light microscope by acridine or.nge （AO）/ethidium bromide （EB） double stained cells. The intemudeosomal fragmentation of genomic DnA was detected by agarose gel electrophoresis. The apoptotic rate and cell cycle after treatment with ATP or ADO were determined by flow cytometry.rESULTS： ATP and ADO produced inhibitory effects on TE-13.cells at the concentration between 0.01 and 1.0 mmol/L. The ICs0 of TE-13.cells exposed to ATP or ADO for 48 and 72 h was 0.71 or 1.05, and 0.21 or 0.19 mmol/L, respectively. The distribution of cell cycle phase and proliferation index （PI） value of TE-13.cells changed, when being exposed to ATP or ADO at the concentrations of 0.01, 0.1, and 1 mmol/L for 48 h. ATP and ADO inhibited the cell proliferation by changing the distribution of cell cycle phase via either G0/G1 phase （ATP or ADO, 1 mmol/L） or S phase （ATP, 0.1 mmol/L） arrest. Under light microscope, the tumor cells exposed to 0.3.mmol/L ATP or ADO displayed morphological changes of apoptosis. A ladder-like pattern of DnA fragmentation was obtained from TE-13.cells treated with 0.1-1 mmol/L ATP or ADO in agarose gel electrophoresis. ATP and ADO induced apoptosis of TE-13.cells in a dose-dependent manner at the concentration between 0.03.and 1 mmol/L. The maximum apoptotic rate of TE-13.cells exposed to ATP or ADO for 48 h was 16.63. or 16.9%, respectively.COnCLUSIOn： ATP and ADO inhibit cell proliferation, arrest cell cycle, and induce apoptosis of TE-13.cell line.

Objective To explore the effects of intravenous injection of bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs) and intraperitoneal injection gr.nulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) to mobilize stem cells on treatment of cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) model in *** Modified Zea-longa suture method was applied on the SD rats to block the middle cerebral artery,thus establish the model of cerebral *** were injected via the tail vein and G-CSF was injected intraperitoneal 24 h after MCAO.7 and 14 days after the cell tr.nsplantation and stem cell mobilization,the neurological motor and conginitive function was evaluated by Morris water maze *** infarct volume,and the BrdU positive cell survival number,migration and distribution were detected by Paraffin a slice of the organization of the immunochemical *** therapeutic effect of MCAO rats was conducted in the two group ***(1) The swimming speed of both BMSCs group and G-CSF group at the 7 day and the 14 day after tr.nsplantation were higher than the PBS group,while the time for searching platform were shorter,and the performance of G-CSF group was better than the BMSCs group.(2) Compared with the model group,the infarction size of BMSCs group and G-CSF group decreased at the 7 day and the 14 day,and the size of G-CSF group was smaller than BMSC group.(3. The number of BrdU-positive cells of G-CSF group was more than BMSCs group at the 7 day and the 14 after the injection,and mobilized stem cells could be seen surrounding cerebral ischemia and at the corpus *** Intraperitoneal injection of G-CSF and tail vein injection of BMSCs could improve the motor and cognitive function,decrease the infarction size,and promote BMSCs to migrate to the surrounding cerebral ischemia and corpus *** the results suggest that the method of G-CSF by mobilized BMSCs may be better than tr.nsplantation BMSCs via vein injection for treatment of cerebral ischemia.

Background:Although overnight fasting is recommended prior to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ErCP),the benefits and safety of high-carbohydrate fluid diet(CFD)intake 2 h before ErCP remain *** study aimed to analyze whether high-CFD intake 2 h before ErCP can be safe and accelerate patients’***:This prospective,multicenter,r.ndomized controlled trial involved 15 tertiary ErCP centers.A total of 13.0 patients were r.ndomized into CFD group(n=665)and fasting group(n=665).The CFD group received 400 mL of maltodextr.n orally 2 h before ErCP,while the control group abstained from food/water overnight(>6 h)before *** ErCP procedures were performed using deep sedation with intravenous *** investigators were blinded but not the *** primary outcomes included postoperative fatigue and abdominal pain score,and the secondary outcomes included complications and changes in metabolic *** outcomes were analyzed according to a modified intention-to-treat ***:The post-ErCP fatigue scores were significantly lower at 4 h(4.1±2.6 vs.4.8±2.8,t=4.23.Pnd 20 h(2.4±2.1 vs.3.4±2.4,t=7.94,Pn the CFD group,with least-squares mean differ.nces of 0.48(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.26-0.71,Pnd 0.76(95%CI:0.57-0.95,Ph pain scores(2.1±1.7 vs.2.2±1.7,t=2.60,P=0.009,with a least-squares mean differ.nce of 0.21[95%CI:0.05-0.3.])and positive ur.ne ketone levels(7.7%[3./509]vs.15.4%[82/53.],χ^(2)=15.13.Pre lower in the CFD *** CFD group had significantly less cholangitis(2.1%[13.63.]vs.4.0%[26/658],χ^(2)=3.99,P=0.046)but not pancreatitis(5.5%[3./63.]vs.6.5%[43.658],χ^(2)=0.59,P=0.444).Subgroup analysis revealed that CFD reduced the incidence of complications in patients with native papilla(odds ratio[Or]:0.61,95%CI:0.3.-0.95,P=0.028)in the multivariable ***:Ingesting 400 mL of CFD 2 h before ErCP is safe,with a reduction in post-ErCP fatigue,

＜正＞Parkinson’s disease（PD） is one of the major.neurodegenerative disorders,primarily affecting people of ages over 55 ***,consensus of the exact mechanisms which the aging promote the PD progression is lacking.1- methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3.6-tetrahydropyridine（MPTP） mouse model is the most useful animal model of PD to study neuropathological and neurochemical *** we showed that the differ.nt degrees of microglial activation may be contributed to the age-related damage of nigrostriatal system induced by MPTP in senescence accelerated mouse pr.ne8 （SAMP8）.After MPTP injection,spontaneous activity of both the young（3.month-old） and old（6-month-old） SAMP8 mice decreased dramatically,however,the old mice needed longer time for *** to the young mice,both dopaminergic neur.n number within substantia nigra（Sn） and tyrosine hydroxylase（Th） protein levels in the Sn and the striatum of the old mice revealed by immunohistochemistry and immunoblot analysis decreased *** the other hand,level of microglia protein（CD11b） in striatum of older mice increased dramatically in 24 h to 3.days than that of young *** nitricoxide synthase（inOS） protein levels in striatum showed remarkable increase in both age of mice,and there was no differ.nce even at whole time courses *** results suggested that both the morphological and biochemical changes in the nigrostriatal system in MPTP-treated SAMP8 mouse are age-dependent,and that a greater increase of microglial activation in old mice may be one of the mechanisms explaining how advancing age predispose the dopamine system to parkinsonism.

Acetaminophen-induced acute pancreatitis: A case report and literature review

Acute pancreatitis is rarely associated with drugs. Acetaminophen overdose is a well-known cause of hepatic toxicity, but drug-induced pancreatitis is rarely reported, especially after mild overdose. A 3.-yearold woman presented with nausea and vomiting for 12 h, but no abdominal pain following an overdose of eight Tylenol tablets containing acetaminophen(3.5 mg acetaminophen per tablet). Laboratory results on admission showed abnormal amylase and lipase levels but completely normal liver function. Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography revealed mild swelling of the pancreas without fluid collection around the pancreas. The patient complained of severe abdominal pain five days after admission when attempting to dr.nk water and liquids. Eight days after admission, fluid around the pancreas was observed by computed tomography. The patient was subsequently diagnosed with acetaminophen-induced acute pancreatitis after exclusion of common causes. routine treatment for pancreatitis and n-acetylcysteine were administered to prevent disease progression. The patient was discharged in good condition.

The Circular Electr.n Positr.n Collider(CEPC)is a large scientific project initiated and hosted by China,fostered through extensive collaboration with international *** complex comprises four accelerators:a 3. GeV Linac,a 1.1 GeV Damping r.ng,a Booster capable of achieving energies up to 180 GeV,and a Collider operating at varying energy modes(Z,W,h,and tt).The Linac and Damping r.ng are situated on the surface,while the subterr.nean Booster and Collider are housed in a 100 km circumfer.nce underground tunnel,strategically accommodating future expansion with provisions for a potential Super Proton Proton Collider(SPPC).The CEPC primarily serves as a higgs *** its baseline design with synchrotr.n radiation(Sr)power of 3. MW per beam,it can achieve a luminosity of 5×10^(3.)cm^(-2)s^(-1)per interaction point(IP),resulting in an integrated luminosity of 13.ab^(-1)for two IPs over a decade,producing 2.6 million higgs *** the Sr power to 50 MW per beam expands the CEPC's capability to generate 4.3.million higgs bosons,facilitating precise measurements of higgs coupling at sub-percent levels,exceeding the precision expected from the hL-LhC by an order of *** Technical Design report(TDr)follows the Preliminary Conceptual Design report(Pre-CDr,2015)and the Conceptual Design report(CDr,2018),comprehensively detailing the machine's layout,performance metrics,physical design and analysis,technical systems design,r&D and prototyping efforts,and associated civil engineer.ng ***,it includes a cost estimate and a preliminary construction timeline,establishing a framework for forthcoming engineer.ng design phase and site selection *** is anticipated to begin around 2027-2028,pending government approval,with an estimated duration of 8 *** commencement of experiments and data collection could potentially be initiated in the mid-203.s.

目的:探讨西罗莫司应用于国内肾移植受者的治疗窗范围。方法:采用多中心、开放性临床研究,来自国内4家移植中心的首次肾移植病人共100例。免疫抑制方案为西罗莫司联合环孢素和皮质激素的三联疗法。移植后48h内开始服用西罗莫司,首次负荷剂量为6mg·d-1,维持剂量为2mg·d-1,采用高效液相色谱法测定西罗莫司浓度。结果:100例病人西罗莫司总的全血谷浓度为(6.6±s2.8)μg·L-1,10及90百分位数浓度分别为3.2μg·L-1和10.26μg·L-1。肾移植后6mo内急性排斥发生率为10%(8/84),此8例病人急性排斥时的西罗莫司浓度明显低于非排斥时浓度(Pr=0.276,P<0.01)。结论:西罗莫司浓度维持在4～8μg·L-1范围内较为合适,定期监测血药浓度,合理调整用量,可增加西罗莫司应用的有效性及安全性。
