The Study of the Graft Hemodynamics with Different Instant Patency in Coronary Artery Bypassing Grafting

Prediction of Stability for Polychlorinated Biphenyls in Transformer Insulation Oil Through Three-dimensional Quantitative Structure-activity Relationship Pharmacophore Model and Full Factor Experimental Design

Based on the obtained data of half-lives（t1/2） for 31 polychlorinated biphenyl congeners（PCBs）, 3D quantitative structure-activity relationship（QSAR） pharmacophore was used to establish a 3D QSAR model to predict the t1/2 values of the remaining 178 PCBs, using the structural parameters as independent variables and lgt1/2 values as the dependent variable. Among this process, the whole data set（31 compounds） was divided into a training set（24 compounds） for model generation and a test set（7 compounds） for model validation. Then, the full factor experimental design was used to research the potential second-order interactional effect between different substituent positions, obtaining the final regulation scheme for PCB. At last, a 3D QSAR pharmacophore model was established to validate the reasonable regulation targeting typical PCB with respect to half-lives and thermostability. As a result, the cross-validation correlation coefficient（q2） obtained by the 3D QSAR model was 0.845（〉0.5） and the coefficient of determination（r2） obtained was 0.936（〉0.9）, indicating that the models were robust and predictive. CoMSIA analyses upon steric, electrostatic and hydrophobic fields were 0.7%, 85.9%, and 13.4%, respectively. The electrostatic field was determined to be a primary factor governing the tt/2. From CoMSIA contour maps, tl/2 increased when substi- tuents possessed electropositive groups at the 2＇-, 3-, Y-, 5- and 5＇- positions and electronegative groups at the 3-, 3＇-, 5-, 6- and 6＇- positions, which could increase the PCB stability in transformer insulation oil. Modification of two typical PCB congeners（PCB-77 and PCB-81） showed that the lgtl/2 for three selected modified compounds increased by 13%（average ratio） compared with that of each congener and the thermostability of them were higher, validating the reasonability of the regulatory scheme obtained from the 3D QSAR model. When travelling,people are accustomed to taking and uploading photos on social media websites,which has led to the accumulation of huge numbers of geotagged *** with multisource information(***,transportation,or textual information),these geotagged photos could help us in constructing user preference profiles at a high level of ***,using these geotagged photos,we built a personalised recommendation system to provide attraction recommendations that match a user’s ***,we retrieved a geotagged photo collection from the public API for Flickr(***)and fetched a large amount of other contextual information to rebuild a user’s travel *** then created a model-based recommendation method with a two-stage architecture that consists of candidate generation(the matching process)and candidate *** the matching process,we used a support vector machine model that was modified for multiclass classification to generate the candidate *** addition,we used a gradient boosting regression tree to score each candidate and rerank the ***,we evaluated our recommendation results with respect to accuracy and ranking *** with widely used memory-based methods,our proposed method performs significantly better in the cold-start situation and when mining‘long-tail’data.

Non-perturbative QCD Effect on K-Factor of Drell-Yan Process

By using a non-perturbative quark propagator with the lowest-dimensional condensate contributions from the QCD vacuum, the non-perturbative egect to K-factor of the Drell-Yan process is numerically investigated for 6^12C- 6^12C collision at the center-of-mass energy √s- 200 GeV, 630 GeV respectively. Calculated results show that the non-perturbative QCD effect has just a weak influence on K-factor in the two cases.

Degradation characteristics of insulation near aluminium foil edges inside dry-type bushing cores under electrothermal compound stress

Insulation breakdown of dry-type valve-side bushing cores under electrothermal compound stress has become a key factor limiting the safe and stable operation of the converter *** on slices of the real bushing core,it is observed for the first time that fold,peeling off,and fracture defects exist near the aluminium(Al)foil edge,accompanied by many metal spikes with a curvature radius<4μ*** with a capacitor screen thickness of∼2 mm,an electrical tree model is designed to simulate insulation defects near aluminium foil edges inside dry-type bushing cores,whose insulation degradation characteristics under electrothermal compound stress are investigated *** results show that high temperature significantly increases the dielectric loss heat energy density and Joule heat energy density,accelerating the insulation degradation near Al foil *** parallel crepe paper interface significantly accelerates the growth of electrical trees under AC-superimposed positive DC voltage,while this effect is not significant under AC *** the crepe paper consists of wooden fibres of 10μm diameter,the electrical trees tend to grow along interfaces between fibres and epoxy resin to form“feathery”electrical trees in epoxy resinimpregnated paper samples.

Networked control systems are spatially distributed systems in which the communication between sensors, actuators,and controllers occurs through a shared band-limited digital communication network. Several advantages of the network architectures include reduced system wiring, plug and play devices,increased system agility, and ease of system diagnosis and maintenance. Consequently, networked control is the current trend for industrial automation and has ever-increasing applications in a wide range of areas, such as smart grids, manufacturing systems,process control, automobiles, automated highway systems, and unmanned aerial vehicles. The modelling, analysis, and control of networked control systems have received considerable attention in the last two decades. The ‘control over networks’ is one of the key research directions for networked control systems. This paper aims at presenting a survey of trends and techniques in networked control systems from the perspective of ‘control over networks’, providing a snapshot of five control issues: sampled-data control, quantization control, networked control, event-triggered control, and security control. Some challenging issues are suggested to direct the future research.

p75 neurotrophin receptor signal pathway influence on apoptosis in anterior horn neurons of the spinal cord in a rat model of cauda equina compression injury

BACKGROUND： Studies have demonstrated that cauda equina compression results in apoptosis of motor neurons in the spinal cord. The combination of p75 neurotrophin receptor （p75NTR） and precursor of nerve growth factor （pro-NGF） expression initiates the apoptotic pathway and induces neuronal apoptosis. However, few reports have focused on the p75-mediated mechanism of neuronal apoptosis following cauda equine compression injury OBJECTIVE： To determine apoptosis of spinal cord neurons and activation of the pro-NGF-p75NTR-JNK（c-Jun N-terminal kinase） signal pathway in rats following cauda equina compression, and to verify experimental outcomes. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A randomized, controlled, in vivo experiment was performed at the Medical Experimental Center of Xi＇an Jiaotong University between April and November in 2008. MATERIALS： Streptavidin-perosidase kit was purchased from Wuhan Boster, China; in situ end labeling detection kit was provided by Promega, USA; type AEG-220G electron microscope was purchased from Hitachi, Japan. METHODS： A total of 48 healthy, adult, female, Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups： normal （n = 6）, sham-surgery （n = 6）, and compression （n = 36）. The compression group was randomly assigned to six subsets at 1,3, 5, 7, 14, and 28 days, respectively, with 6 rats in each subset. A cylindrical silica gel stick was implanted into the rats to compress 75% of the vertebral canal in the compression group; in the sham-surgery group, only vertebral resection was performed; and no procedures were performed in the normal group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： At 1,3, 5, 7, 14, and 28 days following compression, L2-3 spinal cord segments were processed for immunohistochemistry, in situ cell apoptosis detection, and transmission electron microscopy observation. Thermal behavior of the HTR-10 under combined PLOFC and ATWS condition initiated by unscrammed control rod withdrawal

Two tests initiated by unscrammed control rod withdrawal were performed on the High Temperature GasCooled Reactor-Test Module(HTR-10) in November 2003 after the reactor achieved its full power, and the test conditions represented a typical transient scenario of modular high-temperature reactors(HTRs), called pressurized loss of forced cooling, and anticipated transient without *** on the test parameters, the HTR-10 thermal behaviors under the test conditions were studied with the help of the system analysis code THERMIX. The combination of the test results and the investigation results makes the HTR-10 safety potential better understood. Key phenomena, such as the helium natural circulation and the temperature redistribution in the reactor, were revealed. As the safety feature of most significance, there is a large margin between the maximum fuel temperature and its safety limit in each test. Temperatures of thermocouples in different components were calculated by THERMIX and compared with the test values. The applicability of the code was verified by good agreement obtained from the comparison.

Optical investigations reveal the effects of 2-aminoethyldiphenyl borate on STIM1 puncta formation

2-A minoethyldiphenyl borate(2-APB)is the most commonly used pharmacological agent in the study of calcium release-activated channels(CRACa);however,its inhibitory mechanism to CRACs remains *** address this issue,we systematically employed confocal imaging,dual-wavelength excitation photometry and FRET to examine the effects of 2-APB on the dynamic activities and function of STIM1 and Orail,two key components of *** results support that there are two signaling pathways(Orail-independent and Orail-dependent)for the formation of STM1 puncta.2 APB could dose dependently block Orail-independent but not Oril-dependent STIM1 puncta formation,despite its obvious inhibition effect on store-opented Ca^(2+)entry(SOCE).In addition,we found that although 2-APB could not visibly alter near plasma membrane CAD-eYFP localization,it could completely block CAD-YFP-induced constitutive Ca^(2+)entry and promnote the interaction between Orail and CAD by FRET ***,we proposed that inhibitory action of 2-APB on SOCE might attribute to its direct inhbitory effects on Orail channel itself,but not the interference on puncta formation between STIM1 and Orail.
