The thorough exploration of the transverse quality represented by divergence angle has been lacking yet in the energy spread measurement of the relativistic electron beam for laser wakefield acceleration(LWFA). In this work, we fill this gap by numerical simulations based on the experimental data, which indicate that in a C-shape magnet, magnetic field possesses the beam focusing effect, considering that the divergence angle will result in an increase in the full width at half maxima(FWHM) of the electron density distribution in a uniformly isotropic manner, while the length-to-width ratio decreases. This indicates that the energy spread obtained from the electron deflection distance is smaller than the actual value, regardless of the divergence angle. A promising and efficient way to accurately correct the value is presented by considering the divergence angle(for instance, for an electron beam with a length-to-width ratio of 1.12, the energy spread correct from 1.2% to 1.5%), providing a reference for developing the high-quality electron beam source.

极端降水对于三峡水利工程的调度蓄水和防洪调控具有重要的作用,在气候变化背景下三峡库区极端降水的变化特征值得研究。基于三峡库区1961~2020年33个气象台站的降水观测资料,分析了该地区小时、日和连续降水量极端降水的时空变化特征。结果表明,三峡库区小时降水量、日降水量和连续降水量极大值的空间分布均呈东南部大、西南部和东北部小的特征,但历年最大值的变化趋势空间分布存在差异。三峡库区小时、日和连续降水量极端事件的阈值均呈“东大西小”的分布特征,其中湖北鹤峰的日降水量和连续降水量极端事件阈值均为各站点中最大。在气候增暖背景下,三峡库区日降水量极端事件在夏季尤其是6~7月发生频次增多,连续降水量极端事件更集中发生在夏季,小时和日降水量极端事件年频次自2001年以后呈增加趋势,这可能会加重三峡库区的暴雨洪涝灾害风险。

堆肥低温启动菌剂的研制与效果评价

针对冬季低温堆肥启动困难这一技术问题,优化和复配低温复合菌剂,并在有机肥厂冬季堆肥生产中对菌剂的应用效果进行评估。选取分离于极地的菌株,对菌株低温生长特性、产蛋白酶性能进行测定,选择供试菌株边缘假单胞菌MP-1(Pseudomonas marginalis)、硬结节杆菌AS-3(Arthrobacter scleromae)和水稻节杆菌AO-4(Arthrobacter oryzae)进行复配,3个菌株在15℃条件下均可快速生长,菌株MP-1、AS-3和AO-4于15℃条件下培养24 h,蛋白酶活性分别可达82.1、64.3和80.3 U·mL^(-1)。将3个菌株按照体积比2∶1∶1复配复合菌剂(IM)。利用中药渣、鸡粪和茶粕堆肥的原料浸提液进行菌剂生长试验,结果表明,IM菌剂在中药渣堆肥浸提液中24 h生长量为1.04×10^(10)cfu·mL^(-1);在鸡粪堆肥浸提液中生长量为1.41×10^(10)cfu·mL^(-1);在茶粕浸提液中生长量为3.6×10^(6)cfu·mL^(-1)。将IM复合菌剂应用于有机肥厂冬季堆肥生产中,设置市售常规堆肥接种剂为对照,结果表明IM菌剂可有效促进冬季低温环境下鸡粪堆肥快速启动,启动阶段IM处理升温速度为19.4℃·d^(-1),对照组为15.84℃·d^(-1);与对照处理相比,IM提前3 d进入高温期;堆肥35 d时,处理组全磷和全钾含量分别增加2.32和4.27个百分点,IM种子发芽指数(GI)可达到93.3%,比对照组高10.2个百分点。综上所述,接种IM菌剂可有效促进低温堆肥快速启动,缩短堆肥周期,促进有毒物质分解,加快低温堆肥的无害化进程,提高冬季低温堆肥效率。

Objective To document the possible effect of tyrosine kinase autophosphorylation on erythrocyte insulin-receptor after 12 weeks of metformin administration from the women with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods Thirty non-obese （BMI〈25 kg/m2） healthy women with normal reproductive cycles were evaluated by conventional criteria as the control 30 non-obese women with PCOS were categorized as nob-PCOS group, 40 obese women with PCOS （BMI 25 kg/m2） were categorized as ob-PCOS group. Subjects with PCOS were given metformin 850 mg/d for 12 weeks. The autophosphorylation of insulin receptor p Yl158, pyl162/1163 and insulin receptor-fl subunit （IR-~） from the solubilised erythrocyte were detected by ELISA. Results 1） Only the autophosphorylation level of p Yl l 58 in nob-PCOS and ob-PCOS groups was lower （P〈O.05） than that in control group and it can be increased after insulin stimulation （P〈O.05）; no similar changes were found in pYl162/1163 （P〉O.05）, even insulin-stimulated insulin receptor （P〉O.05） from both of PCOS groups. 2） After metformin administration, the p Y1158, p Y1162/p Y1163 autophosphorylation levels were increased （P〈O.O1） and further increased after plus insulin stimulation in vitro （P〈0. 01）. The p Y1162/1163 autophosphorylation level was increased in nob-PCOS group （P〈0.01） and ob-PCOS group （P〈0.05）. 3） No difference was found in concentration of IR-B between control group and both of PCOS groups following metformin administration （P〉0.05）. In summary, oral administration of metformin led to an significant increase in tyrosine kinase activity in both groups of PCOS. Conclusion The impairment of tyrosine autophosphorylation at pYl158 may contribute to insulin resistance, the tyrosine kinase activity per receptor of solubilised erythrocytes were significantly increased by metformin administration and the effect of metformin on insulin-receptor tyrosine kinase activity appeared to be independent of either of these variables.

The genetic diversity and relationship among 40 elite barley varieties were analyzed based on simple sequence repeat （SSR） genotyping data. The amplified fragments from SSR primers were highly polymorphic in the badey accessions investigated. A total of 85 alleles were detected at 35 SSR loci, and allelic variations existed at 29 SSR loci. The allele number per locus ranged from 1 to 5 with an average of 2.4 alleles per locus detected from the 40 badey accessions. A cluster analysis based on the genetic similarity coefficients was conducted and the 40 varieties were classified into two groups. Seven malting barley varieties from China fell into the same subgroup. It was found that the genetic diversity within the Chinese malting barley varieties was narrower than that in other barley germplasm sources, suggesting the importance and feasibility of introducing elite genotypes from different origins for malting barley breeding in China.

Sex hormone estrogen is one of the most active intrinsic angiogenesis regulators; its therapeutic use has been limited due to its carcinogenic potential. Plant-derived phytoestrogens are attractive alternatives, but reports on their angiogenic activities often lack in-depth analysis and sometimes are controversial. Herein, we report a data-mining study with the existing literature, using IPA system to classify and characterize phytoestrogens based on their angiogenic properties and pharmacological consequences. We found that pro-angiogenic phytoestrogens functioned predominantly as cardiovascular protectors whereas anti-angiogenic phytoestrogens played a role in cancer prevention and therapy. This bidirectional regulation were shown to be target-selective and, for the most part, estrogen-receptor-dependent. The transactivation properties of ERa and ERβ by phytoestrogens were examined in the context of angiogenesis-related gene transcription. ERa and ERβ were shown to signal in opposite ways when complexed with the phytoestrogen for bidirectional regulation of angiogenesis. With ERa, phytoestrogen activated or inhibited transcription of some angiogenesis-related genes, resulting in the promotion of angiogenesis, whereas, with ERβ, phytoestrogen regulated transcription of angiogenesis-related genes, resulting in inhibition of angiogenesis. Therefore, the selectivity of phytoestrogen to ERa and ERβ may be critical in the balance of pro- or anti-angiogenesis process.

A Comparative Study of the Power-law Relationship between the Pulse width and Energy of Precursor and Main Burst

In gamma-ray burst prompt emission,there is still no consistent conclusion if the precursor and main burst share the same *** this paper,we try to study this issue based on the relationship between pulse width and energy of the precursor and main *** systematically search the light curve data observed by Swift/BAT and Fermi/GBM,and find 13 long bursts with well-structured precursors and main *** fitting the precursor light curve of each different energy channel with the Norris function,we find that there is not only a power-law relationship between precursor width and energy,but also a power-law relationship between the ratio of the rising width to the decaying width and *** comparing the relationship between the precursors and the main burst pulses,we find that the distribution of the precursors and the relationship between the power-law indices are roughly the same as those of the main *** addition,it is found that the precursor width distribution as well as the upper limit of the pulse width ratio does not exceed 1 and both are asymmetric,which are also consistent with the main *** indicate that the precursor and the main burst are indistinguishable,and the precursor and the main burst may have the same physical origin.
