Influence of stearic acid surface modification on flowability and agglomeration of battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder

This work investigates the flow and agglomeration behaviors of battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder and the influence of stearic acid surface *** degree of agglomeration is directly related to the uniformity of Li_(2)CO_(3)and its powder *** to the Chinese National Nonferrous Metal Industry Standard,battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder has D50 equal to 3–8μm which belongs to a micron-sized superfine ***,with the extension of storage time,the serious agglomeration phenomenon occurs due to the large specific surface area and rough and irregular powder *** Hausner ratio(HR)of the unmodified sample increases from 1.14 to 1.41,and the corresponding flowability is classified as good to ***,among samples with doping stearic acid,the optimum amount of it is 0.10 wt%which exhibits an extremely stable HR value from 1.14 to ***,after 156 days,the repose angle(AR)obtained for samples without surface modification and using 0.10 wt%stearic acid are calculated to be 49°and 28°,*** on the values of HR and AR,the flowability of the unmodified sample is poor while the sample modified with 0.10 wt%of stearic acid still maintain excellent powder flow ***,The LiMn_(2)O_(4)cathode material synthesized from modified Li_(2)CO_(3)powder with a stearic acid content of 0.10 wt%exhibits good crystallinity and comparable electrochemical performance to that prepared by commercial Li_(2)CO_(3).These results indicate that stearic acid has the potential to be an ideal modifier for battery grade Li_(2)CO_(3)powder that needs to be kept for a long time.

Dual Frequency Transformer for Efficient SDR-to-HDR Translation

The SDR-to-HDR translation technique can convert the abundant standard-dynamic-range (SDR) media resources to high-dynamic-range (HDR) ones, which can represent high-contrast scenes, providing more realistic visual experiences. While recent vision Transformers have achieved promising performance in many low-level vision tasks, there are few works attempting to leverage Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. In this paper, we are among the first to investigate the performance of Transformers for SDR-to-HDR translation. We find that directly using the self-attention mechanism may involve artifacts in the results due to the inappropriate way to model long-range dependencies between the low-frequency and high-frequency components. Taking this into account, we advance the self-attention mechanism and present a dual frequency attention (DFA), which leverages the self-attention mechanism to separately encode the low-frequency structural information and high-frequency detail information. Based on the proposed DFA, we further design a multi-scale feature fusion network, named dual frequency Transformer (DFT), for efficient SDR-to-HDR translation. Extensive experiments on the HDRTV1K dataset demonstrate that our DFT can achieve better quantitative and qualitative performance than the recent state-of-the-art methods. Ferrite features in the simulated transition zone welded with CaF_(2)-SiO_(2)-MnO fluxes containing various MnO contents have been *** laser scanning microscopy has been applied to simulate the thermal cycling of the transition zone and the phase transformations during cooling have been in-situ *** has been found that the appearance temperature for ferrite side plate decreases with increasing Mn content in the weld metals caused by MnO content ***,growth rates for both ferrite side plate and acicular ferrite are significantly enhanced with a higher Mn content of weld ***,from the statistical fractions of salient microstructures,for all samples,the acicular ferrite,grain boundary ferrite,and polygonal ferrite take over more than 90%.It has also been demonstrated that with the increase in Mn content,the ferrite side plate fraction increases slightly from 5%to 10%and the acicular ferrite fraction shows a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing,which experiences the maximum with the flux containing 30 wt.%*** phenomenon is believed to be controlled by the O and Mn contents in weld metals synergistically.

During the past decade,research efforts have been gradually directed to the widely existing yet less noticed multimodal multi-objective optimization problems(MMOPs)in the multi-objective optimization ***,researchers have begun to investigate enhancing the decision space diversity and preserving valuable dominated solutions to overcome the shortage caused by a preference for objective space ***,many existing methods still have limitations,such as giving unduly high priorities to convergence and insufficient ability to enhance decision space *** overcome these shortcomings,this article aims to explore a promising region(PR)and enhance the decision space diversity for handling *** traditional methods,we propose the use of non-dominated solutions to determine a limited region in the PR in the decision space,where the Pareto sets(PSs)are included,and explore this region to assist in solving ***,we develop a novel neighbor distance measure that is more suitable for the complex geometry of PSs in the decision space than the crowding *** on the above methods,we propose a novel dual-population-based coevolutionary *** studies on three benchmark test suites demonstrates that our proposed methods can achieve promising performance and versatility on different *** effectiveness of the proposed neighbor distance has also been justified through comparisons with crowding distance methods.

In this paper,we study the optimal timing to convert the risk of business for an insurance company in order to improve its *** cash flow of company evolves according to a jump-diffusion *** conversion option offers the company an opportunity to transfer the jump risk business *** exchange for this option,the company needs to pay both fixed and proportional transaction *** proportional cost can also be seen as the profit loading of the jump risk *** formulated this problem as an optimal stopping *** solving this stopping problem,we find that the optimal timing of business conversion mainly depends on the profit loading of the jump risk business.A larger profit loading would make the conversion option *** fixed cost,however,only delays the optimal timing of business *** the end,numerical results are provided to illustrate the impacts of transaction costs and environmental parameters to the optimal strategies.
