IndRT-GCNets: Knowledge Reasoning with Independent Recurrent Temporal Graph Convolutional Representations

Due to the structural dependencies among concurrent events in the knowledge graph and the substantial amount of sequential correlation information carried by temporally adjacent events,we propose an Independent Recurrent Temporal Graph Convolution Networks(IndRT-GCNets)framework to efficiently and accurately capture event attribute *** framework models the knowledge graph sequences to learn the evolutionary represen-tations of entities and relations within each ***,by utilizing the temporal graph convolution module in the evolutionary representation unit,the framework captures the structural dependency relationships within the knowledge graph in each ***,to achieve better event representation and establish effective correlations,an independent recurrent neural network is employed to implement auto-regressive ***,static attributes of entities in the entity-relation events are constrained andmerged using a static graph constraint to obtain optimal entity ***,the evolution of entity and relation representations is utilized to predict events in the next subsequent *** multiple real-world datasets such as Freebase13(FB13),Freebase 15k(FB15K),WordNet11(WN11),WordNet18(WN18),FB15K-237,WN18RR,YAGo3-10,and Nell-995,the results of multiple evaluation indicators show that our proposed IndRT-GCNets framework outperforms most existing models on knowledge reasoning tasks,which validates the effectiveness and robustness.

Surface-induced interaction of colloidal particles in isotropic liquid crystals

In this work, we study the interaction between two colloidal particles in a liquid crystal that is in the isotropic phase. The interaction is caused by surface-induced polarization of the liquid crystal molecules in the vicinity of the particles. We find that the interaction is short-ranged in both 2D and 3D geometry. Under symmetric homeotropic anchoring conditions, the interaction is repulsive. While under anti-symmetric homeotropic anchoring conditions, the interaction is repulsive at short distances but attractive at intermediate distances. The particle size has a strong impact on the effective interaction force.

on hypersurfaces of H2×H2

In this paper, we study hypersurfaces of H2× H2. We first classify the hypersurfaces with constant principal curvatures and constant product angle functions. Then we classify homogeneous hypersurfaces and isoparametric hypersurfaces, respectively. Finally, we classify the hypersurfaces with at most two distinct constant principal curvatures, as well as those with three distinct constant principal curvatures under some additional conditions.

Infrared and Visible Image Fusion Based on Res2Net-Transformer Automatic Encoding and Decoding

A novel image fusion network framework with an autonomous encoder and decoder is suggested to increase thevisual impression of fused images by improving the quality of infrared and visible light picture fusion. The networkcomprises an encoder module, fusion layer, decoder module, and edge improvementmodule. The encoder moduleutilizes an enhanced Inception module for shallow feature extraction, then combines Res2Net and Transformerto achieve deep-level co-extraction of local and global features from the original picture. An edge enhancementmodule (EEM) is created to extract significant edge features. A modal maximum difference fusion strategy isintroduced to enhance the adaptive representation of information in various regions of the source image, therebyenhancing the contrast of the fused image. The encoder and the EEM module extract features, which are thencombined in the fusion layer to create a fused picture using the decoder. Three datasets were chosen to test thealgorithmproposed in this paper. The results of the experiments demonstrate that the network effectively preservesbackground and detail information in both infrared and visible images, yielding superior outcomes in subjectiveand objective evaluations.

Enhanced piezoelectric performance of Cr/Ta non-equivalent co-doped Bi_(4)Ti_(3)o_(12)-based high-temperature piezoceramics

In this study,(Cr_(1/3)/Ta_(2/3))non-equivalent co-doped Bi_(4)Ti_(3)o_(12)(BIT)ceramics were prepared to solve the problem that high piezoelectric performance,high Curie temperature,and high-temperature resistivity could not be achieved simultaneously in BIT-based ceramics.A series of Bi_(4)Ti_(3-x)(Cr_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))_(x)o_(12)(x=0-0.04)ceramics were synthesized by the solid-state reaction *** phase structure,microstructure,piezoelectric performance,and conductive mechanism of the samples were systematically *** B-site non-equivalent co-doping strategy combining high-valence Ta^(5+)and low-valence Cr^(3+)significantly enhances electrical properties due to a decrease in oxygen vacancy ***_(4)Ti_(2.97)(Cr_(1/3)Ta_(2/3))_(0.03)o_(12)ceramics exhibit a high piezoelectric coefficient(d_(33)=26 pC·N^(-1))and a high Curie temperature(TC=687℃).Moreover,the significantly increased resistivity(ρ=2.8×10^(6)Ω·cm at 500℃)and good piezoelectric stability up to 600℃are also obtained for this *** the results demonstrate that Cr/Ta co-doped BIT-based ceramics have great potential to be applied in high-temperature piezoelectric applications.

The Multi-parameter Test of Gravitational Wave Dispersion with Principal Component Analysis

In this work, we consider a conventional test of gravitational wave(GW) propagation which is based on the phenomenological parameterized dispersion relation to describe potential departures from General Relativity(GR)along the propagation of GWs. But different from tests conventionally performed previously, we vary multiple deformation coefficients simultaneously and employ the principal component analysis(PCA) method to remedy the strong degeneracy among deformation coefficients and obtain informative posteriors. The dominant PCA components can be better measured and constrained, and thus are expected to be more sensitive to potential departures from the waveform model. Using this method we analyze ten selected events and get the result that the combined posteriors of the dominant PCA parameters are consistent with GR within 99.7% credible intervals. The standard deviation of the first dominant PCA parameter is three times smaller than that of the original dispersion parameter of the leading order. However, the multi-parameter test with PCA is more sensitive to not only potential deviations from GR but also systematic errors of waveform models. The difference in results obtained by using different waveform templates hints that the demands of waveform accuracy are higher to perform the multiparameter test with PCA. Whereas, it cannot be strictly proven that the deviation is indeed and only induced by systematic errors. It requires more thorough research in the future to exclude other possible reasons in parameter estimation and data processing.

Most of nonlinear oscillators composed of capacitive and inductive variables can obtain the Hamilton energy by using the Helmholtz theorem when the models are rewritten in equivalent vector *** energy functions for biophysical neurons can be obtained by applying scale transformation on the physical field energy in their equivalent neural *** dynamical systems often have exact energy functions,while some mathematical models just suggest generic Lyapunov functions,and the energy function is effective to predict mode *** this paper,a memristive oscillator is approached by two kinds of memristor-based nonlinear circuits,and the energy functions are defined to predict the dependence of oscillatory modes on energy *** absence of capacitive variable for capacitor,the physical time t and charge q are converted into dimensionless variables by using combination of resistance and inductance(L,R),e.g.,τ=t×R/*** energy function for each memristive map is proposed by applying the similar weights as energy function for the memristive *** example,energy function for the map is obtained by replacing the variables and parameters of the memristive oscillator with corresponding variables and parameters for the memristive *** memristive map prefers to keep lower average energy than the memristive oscillator,and chaos is generated in a discrete system with two *** scheme is helpful for energy definition in maps,and it provides possible guidance for verifying the reliability of maps by considering the energy characteristic.
