BACKGROUND Kidney transplant recipients(KTR)are at risk of severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)disease and mortality after severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)*** predicted that hospitalization for COVID-19 and subsequent admission to the intensive care unit(ICU)would yield worse outcomes in *** was stratified by ICU *** of interest included risk factors for ICU admission and mortality,length of stay(lOS),respiratory symptoms at admission,all-cause graft failure at the last follow-up,and death related to *** 96 KTRs were hospitalized for SARS-COV-2 infection.21(22%)required ICU *** ICU group had longer hospital lOS(21.8 vs 8.6 days,Plikely to experience graft failure(81%vs 31%,Plast-follow up,and 71%had death related to *** factors for ICU admission included male sex(aHR:3.11,95%CI:1.04-9.34;P=0.04).Risk factors for all-cause mortality and COVID-19-related mortality included ICU admission and advanced age at SARS-CoV-2 *** was highest within a month of COVID-19 diagnosis,with the ICU group having increased risk of all-cause(aHR:11.2,95%CI:5.11-24.5;Plated mortality(aHR:27.2,95%CI:8.69-84.9;PlUSION ICU admission conferred an increased risk of mortality,graft failure,and longer ***-fifth of those hospit-alized died of COVID-19,reflecting the impact of COVID-19-related morbidity and mortality among KTRs.

Renal Vein Thrombosis Suggestive of Extramembranous Glomerulonephritis Associated with Sjögren’s Syndrome (Case Report)

Introduction: Glomerular damage during Gougerot-Sjgren syndrome is much rarer than interstitial damage, and is essentially extra-membranous and membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis. Observation: We report the case of a 44-year-old woman with primary Sjgrens syndrome, confirmed by clinical dryness syndrome, positive anti-SSA and anti-SSB antibodies, and a salivary gland biopsy revealing grade 4 lymphocytic sialadenitis according to CHISHOlMs classification. later, the patient developed nephrotic syndrome, along with hypertension. Renal function remained normal with a creatinine level of 9.3 mg/l, and hematuria was absent. Only antinuclear antibodies tested positive, while anti-PlA2R antibodies were negative. A renal biopsy was performed, which was complicated on the same day by hemodynamic instability with hematuria. Renal CT scan with contrast injection revealed a posterior perirenal hematoma without contrast extravasation. Additionally, bilateral renal vein thrombosis was incidentally discovered, suggesting extramembranous glomerulonephritis. The patients hemodynamic status stabilized after fluid resuscitation with isotonic saline solution (0.9%), without the need for blood transfusion. Renal biopsy confirmed extramembranous glomerulonephritis with interstitial fibrosis and minimal tubular atrophy. The initial etiological assessment was negative. The patient was started on oral corticosteroids, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, and therapeutic anticoagulation for renal vein thrombosis. The patients condition improved, with the disappearance of the syndrome and spontaneous regression of the hematoma. Discussion: The association of nephrotic syndrome and renal vein thrombosis primarily suggests glomerulopathy, in particular extra-membranous glomerulonephritis. Sjgrens syndrome can be associated with extra-membranous glomerulonephritis without being its direct cause. like, it is possible that it is a cause of glomerulonephritis, essentially extra membrano

目的针对低渗透油藏,需要降低压裂液稠化剂用量,减少对储层的伤害,并确保压裂液具备延迟交联、携砂等性能和耐温耐剪切性能。方法利用反相乳液聚合法合成淀粉微球,通过硅配体和硼羟基修饰淀粉微球表面,制备了一种交联性能优良、伤害性低的微球型硅硼交联剂(KBSM)。结果KBSM交联剂能够实现多活性位点交联,增强交联密度,从而降低羟丙基胍胶(HPG)的用量,具有延迟交联特性。其延迟交联时间在2~6 min内可调。质量分数为0.2%的HPG交联冻胶在120℃、170 s-1剪切120 min后的黏度为80 mPa·s。交联冻胶中砂质量分数(以下简称携砂比)为40%时,陶粒沉降速度为0.1167 cm/min。加入质量分数为0.25%的过硫酸铵破胶剂可使交联冻胶在90℃下、120 min内完全破胶,且残渣质量浓度为214 mg/l。同时,破胶液的岩心损害率为26.55%。结论基于淀粉微球交联剂的低含量羟丙基胍胶压裂液对于降低低渗储层伤害有一定的指导意义。

In trace metal (TM)-contaminated agricultural soils,management of TM availability is important for safe crop *** addition,maintenance or improvement of soil quality is vital for sustainable crop *** TM phytoavailability and increased soil quality can be achieved by the application of various immobilizing agents to soil,which can supply both macronutrients and organic *** study investigated the long-term influences of four common immobilizing agents on soil biogeochemical properties and the phytoavailability of TMs in mixed metal-contaminated soil from a cultivated upland near an abandoned mining *** (l),gypsum (G),fly ash (F),and animal manure-based compost (C) were applied to pots containing contaminated soil,either individually or in *** incubation for three years under sequential cultivation of two crops and fallow,soil biogeochemical properties were determined,and Brassica rapa plant bioassay was *** phytoavailability of all TMs (both cationic metals and anionic metalloids) remained significantly lower in soils treated with immobilizing agents even after three years,when compared with the no-agent control (CK) *** addition,the soil quality was significantly improved by treatment with immobilizing *** instance,the C and l+C treatments were the most effective in improving soil physical (bulk density,porosity,and water-resistant aggregate stability),chemical (pH,organic matter,total nitrogen,cation exchange capacity,and plant-available phosphorus,magnesium,and potassium),and biological (microbial biomass carbon and dehydrogenase activity) *** improvement of soil properties and lowering of TM bioavailability were also consistent with the most significant increase in *** biomass production observed in the C treatment,followed by the l+C,G+F,l,G,F,and l+G treatments,as compared with that in *** results indicate that the function of the TM-immobilizing agent as a soil qualit

目的探讨农村空巢老人自我养老能力现况及其影响因素,为针性干预提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、老年疏离感量表及自我养老能力量表对925名农村空巢老人进行问卷调查与分析。结果农村空巢老人自我养老能力得分140.45±17.59,疏离感得分45.52±5.28;疏离感得分与自我养老能力得分呈负相关(r=-0.533,P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,学历、家庭人均收入水平、有无配偶、疏离感水平是自我养老能力的主要影响因素(调整R2=0.430,均P<0.05)。结论农村空巢老人自我养老能力水平较低,可依据影响因素制定切实有效的干预方案,以提高农村空巢老人的自我养老能力水平。

l^p-decay rates to nonlinear diffusion waves for p-system with nonlinear damping

In this paper, we study the lp (2 ≤ p ≤ +∞) convergence rates of the solutions to the Cauchy problem of the so-called p-system with nonlinear damping. Precisely, we show that the corresponding Cauchy problem admits a unique global solution (v(x,t),u(x,t)) and such a solution tends time-asymptotically to the corresponding nonlinear diffusion wave (-v(x, t), -u(x, t)) governed by the classical Darcy's law provided that the corresponding prescribed initial error function (w0(x), z0(x))lies in (H3 × H2) (R) and |v+ - v-| + ‖w0‖3 + ‖z0‖2 is sufficiently ***, the lp (2 ≤ p ≤ +∞) convergence rates of the solutions are also obtained.

红土镍矿湿法冶炼工艺被广泛应用于工业生产,伴随产生大量含Mn^(^(2+))、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)等有价金属的废液,选择性回收不仅能提高经济效益,还能降低废液处理的难度。以CO_(2)为碳源,NaOH作pH值调节剂,在NaOH浓度10%、反应时间15min、液相pH=6.6的条件下能选择性回收废液中的锰,制备含Mn41%、Ca2.5%、Mg0.8%的粗级碳酸锰。回收锰后的废液进一步用0.5mol/l碳酸钠溶液调节pH值至10,回收液相中的Mg^(2+)。此回收工艺能提高经济效益,减少湿法冶炼工艺的碳排放量,具有较高的绿色、经济应用前景。

Medicinal properties of Peganum harmala l. in traditional Iranian medicine and modern phytotherapy: a review

OBJECTIVE: To review the pharmacological activities of Peganum harmala l.(P. harmala, Nitrariaceae) in traditional Iranian medicine(TIM) and modern ***: Opinions of TIM and modern phytotherapy about safety and acceptable dosage of this plant are discussed. Various medical properties of *** were collected from important TIM references and added to scientific reports derived from modern medical databases like Pub Med, Scirus, Science Direct and ***: The main medicinal part of the plant is the seed. In TIM resources, this plant possesses various Pharmacological activities such as carminative,galactagogue, diuretic, emmenagogue, antithrom-botic and analgesic. In modern phytotherapy, P. harmala demonstrated numerous medicinal effects including cardiovascular, neurologic, antimicrobial,insecticidal, antineoplasmic, antiproliferative, gastrointestinal and antidiabetic effects. Adverse events such as neuro-sensorial symptoms, visual hallucination, bradycardia, hypotension, agitation,tremors, ataxia, abortion and vomiting cause people to use this plant cautiously. P. harmala is contraindicated during pregnancy, due to its abortive and mutagenic activities. Because of increasing the expression of CYP1A2, 2C19, and 3A4 and inhibition of monoamine oxidase, the pharmacokinetic parameters of drugs which are mainly metabolized by these enzymes may be affected by P. ***: The medicinal properties declared for this plant in TIM are compared with those showed in modern phytotherapy. Some of the TIM properties were confirmed in modern phytotherapy like emetic and analgesic activities and some have not been evaluated in modern phytotherapy such as its therapeutic effects on paralysis, epilepsy and numbness. Finally, the current review provides the evidence for other researchers to use TIM properties of P. harmala as an efficacious natural *** preclinical and clinical studies for adequate evaluating safety and therapeutic efficacy
