Objective:The purpose of the study was to identify the best sequence of therapy beginning with a tyrosine kinase inhibitor(TKI)as the first-line therapy for patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma(mRCC)in terms of overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),and rates of discontinuation and adverse effects during the treatment ***:This is a retrospective,nationwide multicenter study of patients with mRCC after diagnosis at 10 different tertiary medical centers in Korea from January 1992 to December *** focused on patients at either“favorable”or“intermediate”risk according to the International mRCC Database Consortium criteria,and they were followed up(median 335 days).Finally,a total of 1409 patients were selected as the study *** generated a Cox proportional hazard model adjusted for covariates,and the different therapy schemes were statistically tested in terms of OS as well as *** addition,frequencies of discontinuation and adverse events were compared among the therapy ***:Of the primary patterns of treatment sequences(24 sequences),“sunitinib epazopanib”and“sunitinibeeverolimuseimmunotherapy”showed the most beneficial results in both OS and PFS with significantly lower hazards than“sunitinib”,which is the most commonly treated agent in *** that the“TKIeTKI”structure showed relatively higher discontinuation rates with higher adverse effects,the overall beneficial sequence would be“sunitinibeeverolimuseimmunotherapy”.Conclusion:Among several sequential therapy starting with TKIs,“sunitinibeeverolimuse immunotherapy”was found to be the best scheme for mRCC patients with“favorable”or“intermediate”risks.

Most of the data publishing methods have not considered sensitivity protection,and hence the adversary can disclose privacy by sensitivity *** with this problem,this paper presents a medical data publishing method based on sensitivity *** protect the sensitivity,the sensitivity of disease information is determined by *** seek the trade-off between information utility and privacy security,the new method focusses on the protection of sensitive values with high sensitivity and assigns the highly sensitive disease information to groups as evenly as *** experiments are conducted on two real-world datasets,of which the records include various attributes of *** measure sensitivity protection,the authors define a metric,which can evaluate the degree of sensitivity ***,additional information loss and discernability metrics are used to measure the availability of released *** experimental results indicate that the new method can provide better privacy than the traditional one while the information utility is *** value protection,the proposed method can provide sensitivity protection and available releasing for medical data.

A privacy-preserving method for publishing data with multiple sensitive attributes

The overgeneralisation may happen because most studies on data publishing for multiple sensitive attributes(SAs)have not considered the personalised privacy ***,sensitive information disclosure may also be caused by these personalised *** address the matter,this article develops a personalised data publishing method for multiple *** to the requirements of individuals,the new method partitions SAs values into two categories:private values and public values,and breaks the association between them for privacy *** the private values,this paper takes the process of anonymisation,while the public values are released without this *** algorithm is designed to achieve the privacy mode,where the selectivity is determined by the sensitive value frequency and undesirable *** experimental results show that the proposed method can provide more information utility when compared with previous *** theoretic analyses and experiments also indicate that the privacy can be guaranteed even though the public values are known to an *** overgeneralisation and privacy breach caused by the personalised requirement can be avoided by the new method.

Observational signatures of rotating black holes in the semiclassical gravity with trace anomaly

In a recent work by Fernandes[***.D 108(6),L061502(2023)],an exact stationary and axisymmetric solution was discovered in semiclassical gravity with type-A trace *** was identified as a quantum-corrected version of the Kerr black *** this study,we explore the observational signatures of this black hole *** investigation reveals that prograde and retrograde light rings exist,whose radii increase monotonically with the coupling parameterα.Whenαis negative,the shadow area for the quantum-corrected black hole is smaller than that of the Kerr black hole,whereas whenαis positive,the area is *** a near-extremal black hole,its high-spin feature(the NHEKline)is found to be highly susceptible to disruption byα.Furthermore,we discuss the images of the quantum-corrected black hole in the presence of a thin accretion disk and compare them to those of the Kerr black *** study highlights the importance of near-horizon emission sources in detecting the effects of quantum corrections by black hole images.

Analysis of Intel-metallic Phases Formed on Surface Vapor Oxidized H13 Hot Work Steels in Molten Aluminum

In this paper, the author dipped surface vapor oxidized H13 steel specimens into 700 °C molten aluminum liquid for a certain period of time. Analyze the intermetallic phases formed on the H13 samples surface with optical microscope and X-ray diffraction method. The observation of immersion test sample’s cross-section shows that Fe3O4 film will protect die substrate from molten aluminum erosion. The identification of the intermetallic phases reveals that they consist of 2 parts, which is named as the composite layer and the compact layer. Further investigations are made in order to know the phase constituents of the 2 layers, they are A18Fe2Si (outer composite layer), (AlCuMg) and A15Fe2 (compact layer), respectively. The experimental results show that on the same specimen, a convex surface with bigger radius of curvature is more likely to be molten and the melting loss speed is also faster than a flat and smooth surface. The thickness of compact layer on a smooth surface is much bigger than that of the convex surface. Therefore, the author supposes the compact layer is favorable in stabilizing the die surface material from further melting loss, as their formation on the die surface, the melting loss speed will decrease.

Influence of quantum correction on black hole shadows, photon rings, and lensing rings

We calculate photon sphere r_(ph) and critical curve b_(c) for a quantum corrected Schwarzschild black hole,finding that they violate universal inequalities proved for asymptotically flat black holes that satisfy the null energy condition in the framework of Einstein *** violation seems to be a common phenomenon when considering quantum modification of Einstein ***,we study the shadows,lensing rings,and photon rings in the quantum corrected Schwarzschild black *** violation leads to a larger bright lensing ring in the observational appearance of the thin disk emission near the black hole compared with the classical Schwarzschild black *** analysis may provide observational evidence for the quantum effect of general relativity.

Improved Antiproliferative Activities of a New Series of 1,3,4-Thiadiazole Derivatives Against Human Leukemia and Breast Cancer Cell Lines

Twenty-two novel 1,3,4-thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized using different aromatic acids as starting materials, followed by cyclization, coupling and deprotection reaction. The structures of all the target compounds were identified by means of IH nuclear magnetic resonance（NMR）, laC NMR and high resolution mass spectrometer（HRMS）. Further biological evaluations were performed for chronic myelogenous leukemia cell and breast cancer cell. The results suggest that most of the target compounds exhibit potent anti-proliferative activities. Especially, compound 5b shows better antiproliferative activities against MDA-MB-231 and K562 cell lines compared with gossypol.

Data publishing methods can provide available information for analysis while preserving *** multiple sensitive attributes data publishing,which preserves the relationship between sensitive attributes,may keep many records from being grouped and bring in a high record suppression *** category of multiple sensitive attributes data publishing,which reduces the possibility of record suppression by breaking the relationship between sensitive attributes,cannot provide the sensitive attributes association for ***,the existing multiple sensitive attributes data publishing fails to fully account for the comprehensive information *** acquire a guaranteed information utility,this article defines comprehensive information loss that considers both the suppression of records and the relationship between sensitive attributes.A heuristic method is leveraged to discover the optimal anonymity scheme that has the lowest comprehensive information *** experimental results verify the practice of the proposed data publishing method with multiple sensitive *** proposed method can guarantee information utility when compared with previous ones.

Influence of Different Surface Treatments of H13 Hot Work Die Steel on Its Thermal Fatigue Behaviors

Thermal fatigue checking is the general failure of hot work die steels, which is relative with the structures and properties of the steels and the stress alternated during the employment. The Uddeholm test method on thermal fatigue is used to compare the behaviors of different samples, which are treated with plasma nitriding、plasma sulfur carbon nitriding、boronizing or not treated. The results show that the nitriding improves the thermal fatigue property of the tool steel, while the plasma sulfur carbon nitriding and the boronizing impair the property. The mechanisms are induced as follows. By increasing the hardness and changing the stress distribution in the surface layer, surface treatment can decrease the plastic deformation and the tensile stress during the cycling. Therefore, the generation and growth of the cracks are restrained. On the other hand, as results of surface treating, in the surface layer the toughness declines and the expanding coefficient ascendes; the latter change caused the strengthening of the tensile and compressive stress during the cycling. Thus the resistance to thermal fatigue is weakened. Whether or not the surface treatment is favor to thermal fatigue of tool steels relies on which factor is dominant.
