This paper considers nonlinear dynamics of teth- ered three-body formation system with their centre of mass staying on a circular orbit around the Earth, and applies the theory of space manifold dynamics to deal with the nonlinear dynamical behaviors of the equilibrium configurations of the system. Compared with the classical circular restricted three body system, sixteen equilibrium configurations are obtained globally from the geometry of pseudo-potential energy sur- face, four of which were omitted in the previous research. The periodic Lyapunov orbits and their invariant manifolds near the hyperbolic equilibria are presented, and an iteration procedure for identifying Lyapunov orbit is proposed based on the differential correction algorithm. The non-transversal intersections between invariant manifolds are addressed to generate homoclinic and heteroclinic trajectories between the Lyapunov orbits. （3,3）- and （2,1）-heteroclinic trajecto- ries from the neighborhood of one collinear equilibrium to that of another one, and （3,6）- and （2,1）-homoclinic trajecto- ries from and to the neighborhood of the same equilibrium, are obtained based on the Poincar6 mapping technique.

A series of novel silica-based hybrid adsorbents were prepared by the crosslinking reaction of N-[3- （trimethoxysilyl）propyl] ethylene diamine （TMSPEDA） with epichlorohydrin （ECH） via a sol-gel process. Fourier transform infrared （FTIR） spectra confirmed that the reaction occurred. TGA curves showed that the thermal stability of these hybrid adsorbents reached as high as 180 ℃. As a typical example, the adsorption performance of nickel（U） ions onto an adsorbent （the volume ratio of TMSPEDA and ECH was 4：1 ） was explored. It was found that the adsorption of nickel（Ⅱ） ions onto this adsorbent followed the Lagergren pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The investigation of the adsorption mechanism demonstrated that nickel（Ⅱ） adsorption was chiefly controlled by diffusion-chemisorption, suggesting that more diffusion processes were involved in the adsorption of nickel（Ⅱ） ions onto this type of adsorbents. Desorption experiment indicates that these hybrid adsorbents can be regenerated. These findings reveal that this type of silica-based hybrid adsorbent is promising in the separation and recovery of nickel（Ⅱ） ions from Ni-containing wastewater or contaminated water.

To study the profiles and relationships of terpenoids and phytohormones in leaves of red-flesh citrus,we examined four red-flesh mutants that accumulate lycopene in the fruit and their corresponding wild *** compared their contents of monoterpenoid and sesquiterpenoid volatiles,triterpenoid limonoid aglycones,and tetraterpenoid *** types and concentrations of these terpenoids in the leaves varied among genotypes,and the leaf terpenoid profiles differed between red-fleshmutants and theirwild ***,lycopenewas not detected in citrus leaves of all eight varieties,including the *** to phytohormone accumulation in the leaves,the citrus varieties could be classified into a low-phytohormone group(‘Red Anliu’sweet orange,‘Anliu’sweet orange,and‘Cara Cara’navel orange),a high-phytohormone group(‘Seike’navel orange),and a high-jasmonic acid group(‘Red-flesh Guanxi’pummelo,‘Guanxi’pummelo,‘Chuhong’pummelo,and‘Feicui’pummelo).The contents of terpenoid volatiles were very low in leaves of‘Red-flesh Guanxi’and‘Guanxi’pummelo;therefore,they are ideal materials for verifying the functions of genes related to terpenoid volatiles in overexpression *** volatiles were positively correlated with phytohormones of abscisic acid,jasmonic acid,and salicylic *** together,lycopene was undetected in the leaves of redflesh citrus mutants with abundant lycopene in their juice sacs,which suggested a tissue-specific accumulation pattern of lycopene in citrus red-flesh ***,leaf volatile profiles could be suitable to develop fingerprint chromatograms of citrus resources,since leaf volatile profiles were dominated by several compounds that varied among genotypes in their combinations and concentrations.

Carbon monoxide（CO） has recently been well-established as a promising therapeutic modality against cancer. The development of transition-metal-free and tumor-targeted delivery platforms for CO is highly demanded but remains very sporadic. Herein, we developed a polyprodrug system for the co-delivery of CO and a chemotherapeutic agent combretastin A-4（CA-4） to the tumor site based on a chemiexcitation mechanism. Such a poly-prodrug successfully achieved the co-activation of CO and CA-4 in response to H2O2at the tumor site both in vitro and in vivo. Importantly, a synergist effect between CO and CA-4 was observed in suppressing tumor growth in a mouse tumor model. It is anticipated that such a poly-prodrug system could be potentially adapted for the co-delivery of CO and another drug payload for combinational therapy for other indications.

Nitrate （NO3-） accumulation and transport processes in the thick vadose zone affect the evolution of the groundwater NO3-content in intensive agricultural *** land-use change （ALUC）,typically accompanied by substantial alterations in nitrogen fertilizer application and irrigation practices,is an important influencing *** study evaluated the changes in NO3-accumulation and transport in the deep vadose zone （DVZ,below the root zone）,and the groundwater NO3-content associated with ALUC from grain to vegetable fields in the North China Plain （NCP）.The ALUC from grain to vegetable resulted in nitrate–nitrogen （NO3--N） accumulation in DVZ increased by 235.5 kg ha-1m-1（163.2%） in the piedmont plain and 224.9 kg ha-1m-1（102.7%） in the central plain,*** change accelerated downward transport velocity in the DVZ (from 0.81±0.47 to 0.89±0.55 m yr-1in the piedmont plain,and from 0.24±0.12 to 0.92±0.12 m yr-1in the central plain) and increased NO3-leaching *** transport velocity and leaching fluxes resulted in chemical N-fertilizer entering the aquifer in several areas in the piedmont *** impact of the agricultural activity intensity changes,accompanied by the ALUC,on groundwater quantity and quality should be considered in similar regions.

In this paper, toxicity and safety of high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat were evaluated. For assays of acute toxicity, genetic toxicity, and sub-chronic toxicity, ames test, mice bone marrow erythrocyte micronucleus, and mice sperm abnormality were performed. The results showed that, in the acute oral toxicity tests, median lethal dose （more than 10 000 mg kg-~） in male and female ICR mice showed no toxicological signs. For subacute 30-d oral toxicology of irradiated chicken-breast meat with dose of 10, 15 and 25 kGy in both male and female SD rats, no noticeable toxicological effects were observed. It is concluded that chicken-breast meat with high-dose irradiation has no acute toxicity and no genotoxicity, nor harmful effects on the animal body at the tested dosage range. Therefore, high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat is safe for pet consumption.

In recent years, machine learning (ML) techniques have been shown to be effective in accelerating the development process of optoelectronic devices. However, as"black box"models, they have limited theoretical interpretability. In this work, we leverage symbolic regression (SR) technique for discovering the explicit symbolic relationship between the structure of the optoelectronic Fabry-Perot (FP) laser and its optical field distribution, which greatly improves model transparency compared to ML. We demonstrated that the expressions explored through SR exhibit lower errors on the test set compared to ML models, which suggests that the expressions have better fitting and generalization capabilities.

By introducing the functional theory into the calculation of electric double layer （EDL） interaction, the interaction energies of two parallel plates were calculated respectively at low, moderate, and high potentials. Compared with the results of two existing methods, Debye-Hückel and Langmuir methods, which are applicable just to the critical potentials and perform poorly in the intermediate potential, the functional approach not only has much simpler expression of the EDL interaction energy, but also performs well in the entire range of potentials.
