Managing familial pancreatic cancer(FPC)is challenging for gastroenterologists,surgeons and ***-risk individuals(HRI)for pancreatic cancer(PC)(FPC or with germline mutations)are a heterogeneous group of subjects with a theoretical lifetime cumulative risk of PC over 5%.Screening is mainly based on annual magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and endoscopic ultrasound(EUS).The goal of screening is to identify early-stage operable cancers or high-risk precancerous lesions(pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia or intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms with high-grade dysplasia).In the literature,target lesions are identified in 2%-5%of HRI who undergo *** appears to provide better identification of small solid lesions(0%-46%of HRI)and chronicpancreatitis-like parenchymal changes(14%-77%of HRI),while MRI is probably the best modality to identify small cystic lesions(13%-49%of HRI).There are no specific studies in HRI on the use of contrast-enhanced harmonic *** can also be used to obtain tissue ***,there is still limited evidence on the accuracy of imaging procedures used for screening or agreement on which patients to *** cost-effectiveness of screening is also *** new EUS-related techniques,such as searching for DNA abnormalities or protein markers in pancreatic fluid,appear to be promising.

We present the results of our study of the eclipsing binary systems CSS J112237.1+395219,LINEAR 1286561 and LINEAR 2602707 based on new CCD B,V,Rcand Iccomplete light *** ultra-short period nature of these stars,as reported by Drake et al.,is confirmed and the system’s periods are *** light curves were modeled using the 2003 version of the Wilson-devinney *** necessary,cool spots on the surface of the primary component were introduced to account for asymmetries in the light *** a result,we found that CSS J112237.1+395219 is a W UMa type contact binary system belonging to W subclass with a mass ratio of q=1.61 and a shallow degree of contact of 14.8%where the primary component is hotter than the secondary one by 500 *** 1286561 and LINEAR2602707 are detached binary systems with mass ratios q=3.467 and q=0.987 *** detached systems are low-mass M-type eclipsing binaries with similar *** marginal contact,fill-out factor and temperature difference between components of CSS J112237.1+395219 suggest that this system may be at a key evolutionary state predicted by thermal relaxation oscillation(TRO)*** the estimated absolute parameters,we conclude that our systems share common properties with other ultrashort period binaries.

In continental and oceanic conditions, clay-rich deposits are characterised by the development of polygonal fracture systems（PFS）. PFS can increase the vertical permeability of clay-rich deposits（mean permeability ≤10-16 m2） and are pathways for fluids. On continents, the width of PFS ranges from centimeters to hundreds of meters, while in oceanic contexts they are up to a few kilometers large. These structures are linked to water-solid separation during deposition, consolidation and complete fluid squeeze of the clay horizon. During the last few decades, modeling of melt migration in partially molten plastic rocks led to rigorous quantifications of two-phase flows with a particular emphasis on 2D and 3D induced flow structures. The numerical modeling shows that the melt migrates on distances almost equal to a few times the compaction length L that depends on permeability and viscosity. Consequently, polygonal structures in partially molten plastic rocks are resulted from the melt-rock separation and their sizes are proportional to L. Applying these results to fluid-solid separation in clay-rich horizons, we show that（1） centimetric to kilometric PFS are resulted from the dramatic increase of L during compaction and（2）, this process involves agglomerates with 100 μm to 1 mm size.

We demonstrate that it is possible to form non-phospholipid fluid bilayers in aqueous milieu with a mixture of palmitic acid (PA),cholesterol (Chol),and cholesterol sulfate (Schol) in a molar proportion of 30/28/*** self-assemblies are shown to be bilayers in the liquid ordered *** are stable between pH 5 and *** this pH range,the protonation/deprotonation of PA carboxylic group is observed but this change does not appear to alter the stability of these bilayers,a behavior contrasting with that observed for binary mixtures of PA/Chol,and PA/*** multilamellar dispersions formed spontaneously from the PA/Chol/Schol mixture could be successfully extruded to form Large Unilamellar Vesicles (LUVs).These LUVs show interesting permeability properties,linked with their high sterol *** non-phospholipid liposomes can sustain a pH gradient (pH internal 8/pH external 6) 100 times longer than LUVs made of 1-palmitoyl-2-oleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphocholine (POPC) and cholesterol,with a molar ratio of 60/***,the non-phospholipid LUVs are shown to protect ascorbic acid from an oxidizing environment (1 mM iron(III)).Once entrapped in liposomes,ascorbic acid displays a degradation rate similar to that obtained in the absence of iron(III).These results show the possibility to form novel nanocontainers from a mixture of a monoalkylated amphiphile and sterols,with a good pH stability and showing interesting permeability properties.
