在本研究中，应用原位热轧辅助电弧增材制造技术，采用ER55-B2低合金钢焊丝对电动机轴进行增材再制造。这一技术路径旨在通过精确控制的电弧沉积与即时热轧处理，实现电动机轴性能的恢复与提升通过单层和双层试样的对比研究，揭示原位热轧和热循环对低合金钢增材组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明：没有轧制时的组织主要为板条马氏体结构，轧制后的板条马氏体变得破碎和细化，在热循环的作用下可进一步转变为回火马氏体。双层轧制试样的奥氏体晶粒以等轴晶为主，并且有不连续动态再结晶的特征，相比单层轧制样品，原奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸从95.1μm显著降低至32.8μm。此外，在双层轧制样品沉积层的稀释区，显微硬度明显下降。经过轧制过后的试样与未轧制的试样相比，抗拉强度从734MPa增加到856MPa，延伸率略微降低。

An effective fault prediction model developed using an extreme learning machine with various kernel methods

System analysts often use software fault prediction models to identify fault-prone modules during the design phase of the software development life cycle. The models help predict faulty modules based on the software metrics that are input to the models. In this study, we consider 20 types of metrics to develop a model using an extreme learning machine associated with various kernel methods. We evaluate the effectiveness of the mode using a proposed framework based on the cost and efficiency in the testing phases. The evaluation process is carried out by considering case studies for 30 object-oriented software systems. Experimental results demonstrate that the application of a fault prediction model is suitable for projects with the percentage of faulty classes below a certain threshold, which depends on the efficiency of fault identification(low: 47.28%; median: 39.24%; high: 25.72%). We consider nine feature selection techniques to remove the irrelevant metrics and to select the best set of source code metrics for fault prediction.

Topological Transformation during Normal Grain Growth

This paper investigates topological transformation during normal grain growth by carrying out a computer vertex simulation. Results show that topological correlation agrees with the models proposed by Blanc et al. and Weaire. Topological transformation occurs more often on grains with some topological classes instead of equal probability on each boundary. This can be qualitatively explained by topological correlation.

Genotypic diversity and genotype identity of resident species drive community composition

Aims Species-rich plant communities are more resistant to *** the past decade it was demonstrated that genetic variation also has many ecological *** our study we aimed to test whether the patterns of response to the genetic diversity of a resident species differ between colonizing species of different growth forms and whether the response is affected by soil *** We established experimental stands of a common grass,Festuca rubra,harbouring three levels of genetic diversity(1,6 or 18 clonal genotypes,referred to as genotypic diversity)under two soil nutrient *** the fourth year after the stands were established,we sowed a mixture of four colonizers into the stands:a stoloniferous legume(Trifolium repens),a broad-leaf tussock grass(Anthoxanthum odoratum),a largerosette forb(Plantago lanceolata)and a small-rosette forb(Campanula rotundifolia).We observed species establishment and growth over 3 *** tested whether colonization success depended on genotypic diversity,specific Festuca genotypes,soil nutrients and colonizer growth *** Findings The colonization success and biomass of the colonizers were significantly affected by the genotypic diversity and the genotype identity of the resident clonal *** response,however,differed between the *** strongest response to the genotypic diversity of the resident species was observed in the tussock grass with a growth form and architecture similar to the resident *** large-rosette species responded in early stages of growth whereas the stoloniferous legume did not respond at *** intraspecific genotypic diversity and genotype identity of the resident species play an important role in the assembly of plant communities.

Automatic route planning for GPS art generation

In this paper, we present a novel approach to automated route generation of global positioning system(GPS) artwork. The term GPS artwork describes the generation of drawings by leaving virtual traces on digital maps. Until now, the creation of these images has required a manual planning phase in which an artist designs the route by hand. Once the route for this artwork has been planned, GPS devices have been used to track the movement. Using our solution, the lengthy planning phase can be significantly shortened,thereby opening art creation to a broader public.

Urban Park Soil and Vegetation: Effects of Natural and Anthropogenic Factors

Various soil surface components, such as trees, shrubs and biological crusts, and human recreational activities, e.g., barbecues and trampling by visitors, may divide the area of the urban park into smaller fragments/mieroenvironments, differentiated by their microenvironmental conditions, which may differ in soil and vegetation characteristics. The spatial changes in the soil and vegetation characteristics and their causes were investigated in an urban park located south of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel. The area of the park is 0.5 km^2, including groves, a lake, lawns, and rest areas. Soil was sampled in nine microenvironments, of which seven were within the park： under Ceratonia siliqua trees （CsU）, under Ficus sycomorus trees （FLU）, rest area between tables under F. sycomorus （FIB）, rest area under tables under F. sycomorus （FIT）, open area with bare soil （OaS）, open area with biological crust cover （OaC）, and open area covered by herbaceous vegetation （OaV）. Two more microenvironments, planar and sloping open areas （CoP and CoS, respectively） in the vicinity of the park, were used as the controls. Electrical conductivity, concentrations of soluble ions （Mg^2＋, Ca^2＋, Na^＋, K^＋ and HCO3）, pH, contents of organic carbon, calcium carbonate and moisture, and grain size distribution were determined. In addition, herbaceous vegetation cover, number and diversity of herbaceous vegetation species were measured. It was found that soil properties and herbaceous vegetation characteristics varied within the park. Soil organic carbon, electrical conductivity, soluble salts, penetration depth, and vegetation characteristics were affected by human activities, mainly in the rest area between the tables. In contrast, the above characteristics were affected by natural factors mainly in the rest of the microenvironments, which were subjected to low levels of anthropogenic intervention.
