Emerging adulthood(EA)is a critical stage of life to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle,which is also a time of vulnerability to poor physical and mental health *** this study,we conducted a path analysis(N=1326)to examine associations among four dimensions of EA,levels of regular physical activity(PA),self-control,MPA tendency and irrational *** found:1)higher levels of PA predicted both MPA tendency(β=−0.08,95%CI:−0.11 to−0.06,p<0.001)and irrational procrastination(β=−0.01,95%CI:−0.17 to−0.008,p<0.01)indirectly via self-control;2)Instability(β=0.13,95%CI:0.08 to 0.18,p<0.01)and Responsibility(β=−0.06,95%CI:−0.10 to−0.08,p=0.03)exerted direct effects on irrational procrastination and Instability also indirectly predicted irrational procrastination via MPA tendency(β=0.03,95%CI:0.02 to 0.05,p<0.01).These findings proved that perceived features of EA are linked to behavioral problems and supported that regular PA plays a crucial role to protect mental health.

There are several therapeutic approaches in type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).When diet and exercise fail to control hyperglycemia,patients are forced to start therapy with antidiabetic ***,these drugs present several drawbacks that can affect the course of *** major disadvantages of current oral modalities for the treatment of T2DM are mainly depicted in the low bioavailability and the immediate release of the drug,generating the need for an increase in frequency of *** conjugation with the manifestation of adverse side effects,patient compliance to therapy is *** the past few years nanotechnology has found fertile ground in the development of novel delivery modalities that can potentially enhance anti-diabetic regimes *** efforts have been targeted towards two main vital steps:(a)to protect the drug by encapsulating it into a nano-carrier system and(b)efficiently release the drug in a gradual as well as controllable ***,only a limited number of studies published in the literature used in vivo techniques in order to support *** we discuss the current disadvantages of modern T2DMmarketed drugs,and the nanotechnology advances supported by in vivo in mouse/rat models of glucose *** generation of drug nanocarriers may increase bioavailability,prolong release and therefore reduce dosing and thus,improve patient *** novel approach might substantially improve quality of life for *** ofmetal nanoformulations as indirect hypoglycemic agents is also discussed.

The description of some adsorption properties and behaviour of oxycellulose with Fe2+ ions is presented. Filter media from oxycelluloses materials have enormous sorption activity. There is described a sorption mechanism of poly 1,4-β-D anhydroglucuronic acid (PAGA). Utilisation of UV-VIS spectroscopy is shown on the adsorption process of optimalisation of oxycelluloses application. Supporting influence is demonstrated on the adsorption isotherms of Fe2+ ions in the competitive environment of NaCl, MgCl2.

Natural cellulose and oxycellulose are heterogeneous highly hydrated substances. They have the same chemical composition, but different size of molecules and representation of COOH groups organized into complex supramolecular structure. The oxycellulosic adsorption capacity of organic cationic dyes increases with increasing -COOH group content and distinctly increases with other competitive ions in the aqueous solution.

Autophagy is a fundamental regulatory cellular mechanism,which enables cells to survive after a checked clearance of damaged organelles and proteins and a recycle of necessary molecules like amino acids and fatty acids to maintain homeostasis[1].There are a lot of factors able to influence autophagy in the states of health and *** the excellent review by Sahu et al.[2],the role of autophagy,its mechanisms,and its protective role against the attack of pathogens are well ***,even more controversial aspects of autophagy are addressed:first some pathogens,such as herpes simplex viruses,coxsackievirus,listeria monocytogenes have developed strategies to circumvent autophagy-dependent activation of host immune response,then some bacteria have the ability to modify the gene transcriptional level of the autophagic process,both in terms of downgrading of autophagy-related genes,as in the case of Yersinia enterocolitica and Francisella tularensis[3],and in terms of up regulation of autophagy-related genes:this mechanism favors a prolonged inflammation at the infection site and results in further injury to surrounding healthy tissues,causing brain matter degeneration.

The Lugiin Gol nepheline syenite intrusion, Mongolia, hosts a range of carbonatite dikes mineralized in rare-earth elements(REE). Both carbonatites and nepheline syenite-fluorite-calcite veinlets are host to a previously unreported macroscale texture involving pseudo-graphic intergrowths of fluorite and calcite. The inclusions within calcite occur as either pure fluorite, with associated REE minerals within the surrounding calcite, or as mixed calcite-fluorite inclusions, with associated zirconosilicate minerals. Consideration of the nature of the texture, and the proportions of fluorite and calcite present(～29 and 71 mol%,respectively), indicates that these textures most likely formed either through the immiscible separation of carbonate and fluoride melts, or from cotectic crystallization of a carbonatefluoride melt. Laser ablation ICP-MS analyses show the pure fluorite inclusions to be depleted in REE relative to the calcite. A model is proposed, in which a carbonate-fluoride melt phase enriched in Zr and the REE, separated from a phonolitic melt, and then either unmixed or underwent cotectic crystallization to generate an REE-rich carbonate melt and an REE-poor fluoride phase. The separation of the fluoride phase(either solid or melt) may have contributed to the enrichment of the carbonate melt in REE, and ultimately its saturation with REE minerals. Previous data have suggested that carbonate melts separated from silicate melts are relatively depleted in the REE, and thus melt immiscibility cannot result in the formation of REE-enriched carbonatites. The observations presented here provide a mechanism by which this could occur, as under either model the textures imply initial separation of a mixed carbonate-fluoride melt from a silicate magma. The separation of an REEenriched carbonate-fluoride melt from phonolitic magma is a hitherto unrecognized mechanism for REE-enrichment in carbonatites, and may play an important role in the formation of shallow magmatic R
