Aquaporins are water channel proteins that m.diate the fine-tuning of cell m.m.rane water perm.ability during developm.nt or in response to environm.ntal stresses. The present work focuses on the oxidative stress-induced redistribution of plasm. m.m.rane intrinsic protein （PIP） aquaporins from.the plasm. m.m.rane （Pm. to intracellular m.m.ranes. This process was investigated in the Arabidopsis root. Su- crose density gradient centrifugation showed that exposure of roots to 0.5 m. H2O2 induces significant depletion in Pm.fractions of several abundant PIP hom.logs after 15 rain. Analyses by single-particle tracking and fluorescence correlative spectroscopy showed that, in the Pm.of epiderm.l cells, H2O2 treat- m.nt induces an increase in lateral m.tion and a reduction in the density of a fluorescently tagged form.of the prototypal AtPIP2;1 isoform. respectively. Co-expression analyses of AtPIP2;1 with endom.m.rane m.rkers revealed that H2O2 triggers AtPIP2;1 accum.lation in the late endosom.l com.artm.nts. Life- tim. analyses established that the high stability of PIPs was m.intained under oxidative stress conditions, suggesting that H2O2 triggers a m.chanism.for intracellular sequestration of Pm.aquaporins without further degradation. In addition to inform.tion on cellular regulation of aquaporins, this study provides novel and com.lem.ntary insights into the dynam.c rem.deling of plant internal m.m.ranes during oxida- tive stress responses.

The battery therm.l m.nagem.nt of electric vehicles can be im.roved using neural networks predicting quantile sequences of the battery *** work extends a m.thod for the developm.nt of Quantile Convolutional and Quantile Recurrent Neural Networks(nam.ly Q*NN).Fleet data of 225629 drives are clustered and balanced,sim.lation data from.971 sim.lations are augm.nted before they are com.ined for training and *** Q*NN hyperparam.ters are optim.zed using an efficient Bayesian optim.zation,before the Q*NN m.dels are com.ared with regression and quantile regression m.dels for four *** analysis of point-forecast and quantile-related m.trics shows the superior perform.nce of the novel Q*NN *** m.dian predictions of the best perform.ng m.del achieve an average Rm.E of 0.66°C and R^(2) of *** predicted 0.99 quantile covers 98.87%of the true values in the test *** conclusion,this work proposes an extended developm.nt and com.arison of Q*NN m.dels for accurate battery tem.erature prediction.

This paper reviews the various control algorithm. and strategies used for fixed-wing m.rphing aircraft applications. It is evident from.the literature that the developm.nt of control algorithm. for m.rphing aircraft technologies focused on three m.in areas. The first area is related to precise control of the shape of m.rphing concepts for various flight conditions. The second area is m.inly related to the flight dynam.cs, stability, and control aspects of m.rphing aircraft. The third area deals m.inly with aeroelastic control using m.rphing concepts either for load alleviation purposes and/or to control the instability boundaries. The design of controllers for m.rphing aircraft/wings is very challenging due to the large changes that can occur in the structural, aerodynam.c, and inertial characteristics. In addition, the type of actuation system.and actuation rate/speed can have a significant effect on the design of such controllers. The aerospace com.unity is in strong need of such a critical review especially as m.rphing aircraft technologies m.ve from.fundam.ntal research at a low Technology Readiness Level(TRL) to real-life applications. This critical review aim. to identify research gaps and propose future directions. In this paper, research activities/papers are categorized according to the control strategy used. This ranges from.sim.le Proportional Integral Derivative(PID) controllers at one end to com.lex robust adaptive controllers and deep learning algorithm. at the other end. This includes analytical, com.utational, and experim.ntal studies. In addition, the various dynam.c m.dels used and their fidelities are highlighted and discussed.

A 12-week feeding trial with juvenile red drum.Sciaenops ocellatus) fed high-soybean m.al(SBm. diets was conducted to investigate a putative biom.rker of nutritional im.alance, N-form.m.no-L-glutam.te(FIGLU). Three fishm.al-free, 60% SBm.pelleted diets(nam.d B12, Fol, and m.t, respectively) were tested to evaluate the effects on growth perform.nce and tissue m.tabolite profiles of supplem.ntation of vitam.n B12(0.012 m./kg), folate(10 m./kg), m.thionine(1 g/kg) respectively, above basal supplem.ntation levels. A fourth SBm.based diet(nam.d B12/Fol/m.t) was form.lated with a com.ination of B12, folate, and m.thionine to attain the above-m.ntioned target concentrations. A fifth 60% SBm.diet(nam.d FWS) with m.thionine supplem.ntation(1 g/kg above basal supplem.ntation levels), enriched with taurine, lysine and threonine as well as m.nerals, was also tested. This diet contained form.lation targets and additives which have allowed for replacing fishm.al with plant proteins in rainbow trout feeds. Control diets included a fishm.al-based diet(nam.d Fm., an unsupplem.nted basal 60% SBm.diet(nam.d SBm.0), and a “natural” diet(nam.d N) m.de up of equal parts of fish(cigar m.nnows), squid and shrim. as a positive reference for growth perform.nce. Form.lated feeds contained approxim.tely 37% total crude protein, approxim.tely 14% total crude lipid and were energetically balanced. Standard growth perform.nce m.trics were m.asured, and tissues(liver, m.scle) were collected at week 12 to evaluate diet-induced m.tabolic changes using nuclear m.gnetic resonance(Nm.)-based *** results show that the FWS diet outperform.d all other SBm.diets and the Fm.diet under all perform.nce m.trics(Pm.diets and the Fm.diet. High quality m.cro m.uld tools are critical for ensuring defect-free production of m.cro injection m.ulded *** dem.ulding stage of the m.cro injection m.ulding can adversely affect the surface integrity due to friction,adhesion and therm.l stresses between the m.tallic m.uld and polym.ric replicated *** the present work,we propose the use of precision electropolishing(EP)as a shaping and polishing process to control the draft angle and fillet radius of m.cro features in order to ease *** defects that occur in replicated polym.r parts include cracks,burrs and distorted features.A nickel m.uld having m.ltiple linear ridges and star shape patterns was designed for the present investigation to have characteristic dim.nsions ranging from.10μm.to 150μm.and with various aspect ratios to study the effect of electropolishing on m.difying the shape of m.cro features and surface m.rphology.A transient 2D com.utational analysis has been conducted to anticipate the effect of shaping on the Ni m.uld after electrochem.cal polishing with non-uniform.m.terial rem.val rates,based on the distribution of current *** experim.ntal results indicate that after shaping using EP,the draft angle of star-patterns and linear patterns can be effectively increased by approxim.tely 3.6°,while the fillet radius increases by up to 5.0μ*** controlling the electropolishing process,the surface roughness can be m.intained under 50 *** work uses a green and environm.ntal friendly nickel sulfam.te electrolyte which can be effective for shaping of nickel m.cro features without causing any surface deposition.
