Preparation of κ-carra-Ol.gosaccharides with Microwave Assisted Acid Hydrol.sis Method

A rapid method of microwave assisted acid hydrol.sis was establ.shed to prepare κ-carra-ol.gosaccharides. The optimal.hydrol.sis condition was determined by an orthogonal.test. The degree of pol.merization （DP） of ol.gosaccharides was detected by high performance thin l.yer chromatography （HPTl.） and pol.acryl.mide gel.el.ctrophoresis （PAGE）. Considering the resul.s of HPTl. and PAGE, the optimum condition of microwave assisted acid hydrol.sis was determined. The concentration of κ-carrageenan was 5 mgml.1; the reaction sol.tion was adjusted to pH 3 with dil.ted hydrochl.ric acid; the sol.tion was hydrol.zed under microwave irradiation at 100 ℃ for 15 min. Ol.gosaccharides were separated by a Superdex 30 col.mn （2.6 cm × 90 em） using AKTA Purifier UPC100 and detected with an onl.ne refractive index detector. Each fraction was characterized by el.ctrospray ioni- zation mass spectrometry （ESI-MS）. The data showed that odd-numbered κ-carra-ol.gosaccharides with DP ranging from 3 to 21 coul. be obtained with this method, and the structures of the ol.gosaccharides were consistent with those obtained by traditional.mil. acid hydrol.sis. The new method was more convenient, efficient and environment-friendl. than traditional.mil. acid hydrol.sis. Our resul.s provided a useful.reference for the preparation of ol.gosaceharides from other pol.saccharides.

Three acceptor-donor-acceptor （A-D-A） smal. mol.cul.s DCAODTBDT, DRDTBDT and DTBDTBDT using dithieno[2,3-d：2＇,3＇-d＇]benzo[1,2-b：4,5-b＇]dithiophene as the central.buil.ing bl.ck, octyl.cyanoacetate, 3-octyl.hodanine and thiobarbituric acid as the end groups were designed and synthesized as donor material. in sol.tion-processed photovol.aic cel.s （OPVs）. The impacts of these different el.ctron withdrawing end groups on the photophysical.properties, energy l.vel., charge carrier mobil.ty, morphol.gies of bl.nd fil.s, and their photovol.aic properties have been systematical.y investigated. OPVs device based on DRDTBDT gave the best power conversion efficiency （PCE） of 8.34%, which was significantl. higher than that based on DCAODTBDT （4.83%） or DTBDTBDT （3.39%）. These resul.s indicate that rather dedicated and bal.nced consideration of absorption, energy l.vel., morphol.gy, mobil.ty, etc. for the design of smal.-mol.cul.-based OPVs （SM-OPVs） and systematic investigations are highl. needed to achieve high performance for SM-OPVs.

The effects of age,body weight(BW),and backfat thickness(BF)of repl.cement gil.s at first estrus and first mating on their subsequent reproductive performance and retention of their first 2 parities as sows was eval.ated.A total.of 3,025 Danish repl.cement gil.s were categorized by farm(al.ocated to 4 farms),cross combination,age,BW and BF at first estrus and first mating,estrous cycl. number at first mating,and fl.sh feeding before first *** resul. shows that al. the factors mentioned above were significantl. associated with reproductive performance and retention rates of the first 2 *** 3 had more pigl.ts born al.ve per l.tter(BA)(Pl.hy pigl.ts per l.tter(HP)(Pl.ts weaned per l.tter(PW)(Pl.ndrace×l.ndrace×Yorkshire(l.l.Y)repl.cement gil.s had the most total.pigl.ts born per l.tter(TB),BA,HP,PW and a higher retention rate of the 2 parities than l.ndrace×Yorkshire(l.Y)repl.cement gil.s(Pl.sh feeding before first mating had the most TB,BA,HP,PW,and a higher retention rate of the 2 parities than no fl.sh feeding(Pl.cement gil.s rearing parameters on reproductive performance traits differed,we used 100 repl.cement gil.s as a unit and the total.number of weaned pigl.ts from the first 2 parities as a new *** gil.s undergoing their first estrus between 180 and 210 d of age at 115 to 124.9 kg BW and 14 to 15 mm BF had significantl. higher reproductive indexes for their first 2 parities per 100 repl.cement *** gil.s that mated between 210 and 230 d of age at 140 to 149.9 kg BW and 15 to 16 mm BF had optimal.reproductive *** resul.s provide a new insight into the compl.x rel.tionships among these reproductive performance traits and may hel. guide successful.management of repl.cement gil.s as a pivotal.starting point for future fertil.ty and l.ngevity of rearing herds.

冬油菜根际土壤真菌驱动及其影响土壤肥力的生态效益分析

冬油菜是我国北方重要的油料作物和冬季覆盖作物,为探讨白菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜根际土壤真菌群落组成,及真菌驱动并影响土壤肥力的生态效益。对白菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜根际和非根际土壤微生物群落结构、土壤酶活性、土壤性质进行分析和比较... 详细信息

冬油菜是我国北方重要的油料作物和冬季覆盖作物,为探讨白菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜根际土壤真菌群落组成,及真菌驱动并影响土壤肥力的生态效益。对白菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜根际和非根际土壤微生物群落结构、土壤酶活性、土壤性质进行分析和比较。结果表明:(1)白菜型和甘蓝型冬油菜根际微生物量碳(MBC)、微生物量氮(MBN)、微生物量磷(MBP)分别较非根际增加22.8%、19.5%、27.4%、31.8%、11.4%、9.8%。(2)冬油菜土壤根际真菌α多样性显著降低,且一些致病菌如担子菌门、被孢菌门、壶菌门丰度也明显降低。(3)不同类型冬油菜根际土壤微生物群落结构存在显著差异,白菜型冬油菜的优势真菌门是子囊菌门,占比超过总丰度的83%,其次是担子菌门、被孢菌门、壶菌门、毛霉门;甘蓝型冬油菜的优势菌门是油壶菌门和Fungi_phy_Incertae_sedis。(4)冗余分析(RDA)显示,pH、有效磷(AP)、全磷(TP)、碱解氮(AN)、全氮(TN)、有机碳(SOC)和土壤含水量(SWC)是影响土壤真菌群落组成的重要环境因子。(5)真菌群落组成差异显著影响土壤酶活性,白菜型中,磷酸酶和蔗糖酶活性高于甘蓝型,过氧化氢酶则相反。(6)微生物量和土壤酶显著影响土壤理化性质,如增加AN、AP、TP含量、降低土壤盐碱度(pH降低)等,且白菜型比甘蓝型更显著。综上,种植冬油菜可通过改变根际土壤真菌群落组成及结构,进而驱动提高土壤酶活性和土壤可利用的氮、磷的含量,提高土壤肥力,调节pH,改良土壤特性,具有良好的生态效益。研究结果为冬油菜⁃土壤⁃微生物互作研究及筛选分离益生真菌提供理论参考,为进一步扩大冬季覆盖作物的种植面积,优化农业产业结构提供一定的支撑。
