情感框架、意见领袖与政府信任

【目的/意义】提高民众的政府信任,是新时代国家治理总体目标的重要构成。微博等网络新媒体的发展,使微博意见领袖在公共事件中的影响力不断加大,对公众政府信任的影响作用日益凸显。【方法/过程】引入情感框架理论,搜集微博意见领袖语音数据,运用语音情感分析方法对意见领袖情感框架进行测度。在此基础上,分析意见领袖情感框架对公众政府信任的影响。【结果/结论】意见领袖的情感框架会显著正向影响公众对政府的信任程度。意见领袖采用正面情感框架进行信息发布会增强公众的政府信任水平。本文将语音情感分析引入政府信任研究领域的尝试,有助于促进人工智能、机器学习在公共管理学中的研究与应用,为推进国家人工智能战略落地实施提供参考。

目的:研究GE256排Revolution冠状动脉CT血管成像(coronary computed tomography angiography,CCTA)中患者常规训练呼吸与特殊训练呼吸对心率、图像质量和辐射剂量的影响。方法:应用前瞻性心电门控技术扫描,结合冠状动脉追踪冻结技术(SSF)行CCTA检查。共纳入108例患者,分为两组,A组54例患者采取特殊训练呼吸训练方式,B组54例患者行常规训练呼吸,对两组的心率、图像质量、辐射剂量进行统计学分析。结果:A组患者心率慢于B组(P0.05)。结论:在GE256排Revolution CCTA检查中,特殊呼吸训练在提高CCTA图像质量方面具有重要价值。

Redox-responsive biocompatible nanocarriers based on novel heparosan polysaccharides for intracellular anticancer drug delivery

Heparosan is a natural precursor of heparin biosynthesis in mammals. It is stable in blood circulation but can be degraded in lysosomes, showing good biocompatibility and long circulation features. So heparosan can be designed as anticancer drug carriers to increase tumor selectivity and improve the therapeutic effect. A novel redox-sensitive heparosancystamine-vitamin E succinate(KSV) micelle system was constructed for intracellular delivery of doxorubicin(DOX). Simultaneously, the redox-insensitive heparosan-adipic acid dihydrazide-vitamin E succinate copolymer(KV) was synthesized as control. DOX-loaded micelles(DOX/KSV) with an average particle size of 90–120 nm had good serum stability and redox-triggered depolymerization. In vitro drug release test showed that DOX/KSV micelles presented obvious redox-triggered release behavior compared with DOX/KV. Cytotoxicity and cell uptake were investigated using MGC80-3 tumor cells and COS7 fibroblast-like cells. The cell survival rate of blank micelles was more than 90%, and the cytotoxicity of DOX/KSV in MGC80-3 cells was higher than in COS7 cells, indicating that the carrier has better biocompatibility and less toxicity side effect. The cytotoxicity of DOX/KSV against MGC80-3 cells was significantly greater than that of free DOX and DOX/KV. Furthermore, compared with DOX/KV in MGC80-3 cells, DOX/KSV micelles uptook more anticancer drugs and then released DOX faster into the cell nucleus. The micelles were endocytosed by multiple pathways, but clathrin-mediated endocytosis was the main pathway. Therefore, heparosan polysaccharide could be a potential option as anticancer carrier for enhancing efficacy and mitigating toxicity.

The low energy density,unsatisfied cycling performance,potential safety issue and slow charging kinetics of the commercial lithium-ion batteries restrained their further application in the fields of fast charging and long-haul electric *** TiNb2O7（TNO） with the theoretical capacity of 387 mAh g-1has been proposed as a high-capacity anode materials to replace *** this work,homovalent doping strategy was used to enhance the electrochemical performance of Ti Nb2O7（TNO） by employing Zr to partial substitute Ti through solvothermal *** doping of Zr4+ions can enlarge the lattice structure without changing the chemical valence of the original elements,refine and homogenize the grains,improve the electrical conductivity,and accelerate the ion diffusion kinetics,and finally enhance the cycle and rate ***,Z0.05-TNO shows initial discharge capacity of as high as 312.2 mAh g-1at 1 C and 244.8 mAh g-1at 10 C,and still maintains a high specific capacity of 171.3 mAh g-1after 800 cycles at 10 *** study provides a new strategy for high-performance fastcharging energy storage electrodes.

Developing highly-efficient bifunctional oxygen evolution reaction(OER)and oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)electrocatalysts is crucial for the widespread application of rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs).Herein,an efficiency electrodeposition and pyrolytic strategy to synthesize the three-dimensional(3D)N-doped carbon coating multiple valence Co and MnO heterostructures supported on carbon cloth substrate(Co-MnO@NC/CC).It contains Co-Co,Co-N,and Co-O bonds,which synergistically enhance the oxygen reaction activity with *** exhibits a working potential of 1.473 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2)for OER and onset potential of 0.97 V for *** calculations demonstrate that the synergy between cobalt and manganese species could optimize the d-band center and reduce the energy barrier of Co-MnO@NC/CC for both OER and ORR ***,the MnO acts as the main OER active site could significantly optimize the energy barrier of O*→OOH*,thus further promoting the OER *** can be directly used as the air-cathode for both liquid-state and solid-state ZABs,which could afford a small voltage gap of 0.75 V at 10 mA·cm^(−2),a high power density of 172.5 mW·cm^(−2)and a long-term durability for 400 h,surpassing those of the Pt/C+RuO_(2)-based ***,the assembled batteries show potential applications in portable devices.

Rational design of extractant structure to improve the extraction and separation capacity of rare earth elements(REEs)is a long-standing ***,a new strategy was proposed to improve the stability of the chelating structure formed by malonamide and *** stability of the chelating structure is greatly improved by using a double-ring framework structure which makes the two carbonyl groups of malonamide unable to rotate freely and both of them point to the metal ion *** benzyl groups were used to construct the hydrophobicity of the extractant and the organic shell of the extracted ***-pyrrolo-pyridine-dione(THPPD)was designed and *** structure reduces the energy consumed by rotating carbonyl group in the coordination with metal ions and then improves the extraction ability of *** crystal structure was preorganized as expected,with the two carbonyls pointing in a favorable coordination direction to the structural complement of the metal *** extraction behaviors of REEs with THPPD in a nitric acid medium were *** with N,N’-dibenzyl-N,N’-dimethylmalonamide(DBDM-MA)with a chain structure,the extraction capacity of THPPD is 360 times higher than that of DBDM-MA at 5.0 mol/L sodium ***,the binding energy and Gibbs free energy were investigated by density functional theory(DFT)in conjunction with the *** theoretical results show that THPPD has more effective interaction with Pr(NO_(3))3 than *** construction of chelating groups conformation is a worthy direction to improve the coordination ability and even selectivity of extractant.

With the soaring generation of hazardous waste(HW)during industrialization and urbanization,HW illegal dumping continues to be an intractable global *** in developing regions with lax regulations,it has become a major source of soil and groundwater *** dominant challenge for HW illegal dumping supervision is the invisibility of dumping sites,which makes HW illegal dumping difficult to be found,thereby causing a long-term adverse impact on the *** to utilize the limited historic supervision records to screen the potential dumping sites in the whole region is a key challenge to be *** this study,a novel machine learning model based on the positive-unlabeled(PU)learning algorithm was proposed to resolve this problem through the ensemble method which could iteratively mine the features of limited historic *** of the random forest-based PU model showed that the predicted top 30%of high-risk areas could cover 68.1%of newly reported cases in the studied region,indicating the reliability of the model *** novel framework will also be promising in other environmental management scenarios to deal with numerous unknown samples based on limited prior experience.
