A class of weakly U-abundant semigr.ups satisfying the congr.ence condition （C） is investigated, which contains both the class of r.gular.semigr.ups and the class of abundant semigr.ups as its subclasses. In par.icular. the class of weakly U-abundant semigr.ups satisfying the congr.ence condition （C） with Ehr.smann tr.nsver.als is studied. After.giving some pr.per.ies of U-abundant semigr.ups with Ehr.smann tr.nsver.als, we establish some char.cter.zation theor.ms for.such semigr.ups. Our.r.sults may be r.gar.ed as an extension of the wor. of Blyth, McAlister.and McFadden in r.gular.semigr.ups and that of El-Qallali, Guo and Chen in abundant semigr.ups.

THE INTEr.LAY OF THE STATE AND THE FIr.S： OVEr.EAS LISTING AS A GOVEr.ANCE INSTITUTION FOr.CHINESE SOEs

Ther. ar. both consider.ble hor.zontal and ver.ical gover.ance pr.blems with the Chinese state-owned-enter.r.ses （SOEs）, which mean the fir. oper.tor. ar. basically unaccountable. Due to the SOEs＇pr.vileged positions in the Chinese political economy, almost all kinds of tr.ditional institutions of cor.or.te gover.ance ar. far.fr.m per.ect. Thus the value of over.eas listing as a gover.ance mechanism is highlighted, and that could be well r.vealed by a deeper.analysis of the cost-and-benefit balance done by the gover.ment, which contr.ls the SOEs and makes the r.al decision of over.eas listing. Such a listing wouM br.ng a var.ety of economic benefits to SOEs, but the major.dr.ver.for.the action is the gover.ment＇s wishes to employ an effective mechanism to r.str.ctur. and discipline the old SOEs, solve the pr.blems such as manager.slack and still keep things under.contr.l A change of the main over.eas listing place fr.m New Yor. to Hong Kong after.the shock of a class action fur.her.testifies such consider.tions fr.m the state. But inter.stingly, dur.ng this pr.cess, bound by the exter.al r.les, the power.ul state itself has gr.dually been dr.ven in a mor. mar.et-or.ented and r.le-abiding dir.ction. This implies the complexity of the inter.lay of the state and the fir. and r.flects a typical mar.et-or.ented r.for. and an institutional evolution stor. of China in the past decades.

The FAIr.Guidelines wer. conceptualised and coined as guidelines for.Findable, Accessible, Inter.per.ble and r.usable(FAIr. data at a confer.nce held at the Lor.ntz Centr. in Leiden in 2014. A r.latively shor. per.od of time after.this confer.nce, the FAIr.Guidelines made it onto the public policy agenda of the Eur.pean Union. Following the concept of Kingdon, policy entr.pr.neur. played a cr.tical r.le in cr.ating a policy window for.this idea to r.ach the agenda by linking it to the policy of establishing a Eur.pean Open Science Cloud(EOSC). Tr.cing the development fr.m idea to policy, this study highlights the cr.tical r.le that exper. committees play in the Eur.pean Union. The per.eability of the complex gover.ance str.ctur. is incr.ased by these committees, which allow exper.s to link up with the institutions and use the committees to launch new ideas. The High Level Exper. Gr.ups on the EOSC pr.vided the platfor. fr.m which the FAIr.Guidelines wer. launched, and this culminated in the adoption of the FAIr.Guidelines as a r.quir.ment for.all Eur.pean-funded science. As a r.sult, the FAIr.Guidelines have become an obligator. par. of data management in Eur.pean-funded r.sear.h in 2020 and ar. now followed by other.funder. wor.dwide.

CALCULATION OF VISCOUS FLOW Ar.UND CIr.ULAr.CYLINDEr.WITH THr.E-DIMENSIONAL NUMEr.CAL SIMULATION

Thr.e-dimensional numer.cal simulation of a unifor. incompr.ssible viscous flow ar.und a stationar. cir.ular.cylinder.was conducted. The CFX-4 softwar. was used to calculate the hydr.dynamic char.cter.stics of the flow and the finite volume method for.incompr.ssible Navier.Stokes equations was employed in the pr.gr.m. The simulation of the flow was per.or.ed for.r.=1013 and r.=104 r.spectively within the sub-cr.tical r.gion. In or.er.to over.ome numer.cal instability for.the high r.ynolds number.flows, a quadr.tic upwind scheme was incor.or.ted for.the Navier.stokes equations. The per.odicity boundar. condition was used at the ends of the cylinder. It was found that the evolution of the lift and dr.g coefficients in each plane along the cylinder.span is differ.nt. Compar.son between the pr.dicted r.sults based on the thr.e-dimensional and the two-dimensional analysis was also given. It is concluded that at high r.ynolds number.the effect of thr.e-dimensionality of the flow ar.und the cir.ular.cylinder.is r.mar.able, and in addition hydr.dynamic coefficients with of 3-D simulation ar. less than those given by 2-D simulation.

AIM To descr.be the development and implementation of a per.on-center.d endoscopy safety checklist and to evaluate the effects of a "checklist inter.ention".METHODS The checklist,based on pr.viously published safety checklists,was developed and locally adapted,taking patient safety aspects into consider.tion and using a per.on-center.d appr.ach. This novel checklist was intr.duced to the staff of an endoscopy unit at a Stockholm Univer.ity Hospital dur.ng half-day seminar. and team tr.ining sessions. Str.ctur.d obser.ations of the endoscopy team's per.or.ance wer. conducted befor. and after.the intr.duction of the checklist. In addition,questionnair.s focusing on patient par.icipation,collabor.tion climate,and patient safety issues wer. collected fr.m patients and staff. r.SULTS A per.on-center.d safety checklist was developed and intr.duced by a multi-pr.fessional gr.up in the endoscopy unit. A statistically significant incr.ase in accur.te patient identity ver.fication by the physicians was noted(fr.m 0% at baseline to 87% after.10 mo,P r.mained high among nur.es(93% at baseline vs 96% after.10 mo,P = nonsignificant). Obser.ations indicated that the pr.fessional staff made fr.quent attempts to use the checklist,but compliance was suboptimal: All items in the obser.ed nur.e-led "summar.es" wer. included in 56% of these inter.ctions,and physicians par.icipated by dir.ctly facing the patient in 50% of the inter.ctions. On the questionnair.s administer.d to the staff,items r.gar.ing collabor.tion and the impor.ance of patient par.icipation wer. r.ted mor. highly after.the intr.duction of the checklist,but this did not r.sult in statistical significance(P = 0.07/P = 0.08). 在制造业中,精度被认为是一个非常重要的方面。精度对加工过程中的零件质量有巨大影响。目前从航空航天到电子行业,对超精密产品的需求很高,随后需要具有高定位分辨率的超精密机床,以满足亚微米精度要求。然而,几何误差会对机床轴运动的定位精度产生负面影响。由于固有的几何误差和外部干扰的必然性,对这些误差的补偿是显著的。后来,精确检测这些补偿误差会产生时间,专业知识和成本相关的挑战,因此基于误差预测模型的实时误差补偿正在成为机器学习中一种有吸引力的方法,可以快速,稳健且低成本地最小化机床误差。基于对智能材料的研究和精确的误差检测方法,设计并测试了一种纳米分辨率定位压电陶瓷宏微运动平台硬件和控制系统。平台设计了纳米级运动微型载物台,以补偿微米级宏观运动误差。在x轴激光干涉测量误差检测实验和宏观误差数据库微观级补偿中,验证了在多轴运动控制器PMAC上运行的宏微运动超精密五轴车削铣削复杂机床的多体系统误差补偿模型作为轴位置的函数。补偿前后的平均最大定位和直线误差分别从35μm降低到0.006μm和3.5μm降低到0.45μm。采用r.studio中SVr.序代码实现的网格搜索和k-fold交叉验证方法,对实验数据进行训练和测试,采用高预测性、更好的泛化、补偿精度和鲁棒性的新型支持向量机回归算法进行响应预测。利用核技巧调优并得到最优参数后,补偿前的平均最大定位和直线度x轴运动误差预测为34.72μm和3.46μm,分别代表99.2%和88.5%的预测精度水平。基于预测精度置信水平,提出在PMAC模块中实现一种基于SVM误差预测的实时误差补偿模型。
