BACKGroUND rectocutaneous fistulae are *** infection originates within the anal glands and subsequently extends into adjacent regions,ultimately resulting in fistula *** angiofibroma(CAF),also known as an angiomy ofibroblastoma-like tumor,is a rare benign soft tissue neoplasm predominantly observed in the scrotum,perineum,and inguinal area in males and in the vulva in *** describe the first documented case CAF that developed within a rectocutaneous fistula and manifested as a perineal *** SUMMArY In the outpatient setting,a 52-year-old male patient presented with a 2-year history of a growing perineal mass,accompanied by throbbing pain and minor scrotal *** examination revealed a soft,well-defined,non-tender mass at the left buttock that extended towards the perineum,without a visible *** initial assessment identified a soft tissue tumor,and the laboratory data were within normal *** and pelvic computed tomography(Ct)revealed swelling of the abscess cavity that was linked to a rectal cutaneous fistula,with a track-like lesion measuring 6 cm×0.7 cm in the left perineal region and attached to the left *** examination found no significant inner orifices.A left medial gluteal incision revealed a thick-walled mass,which was excised along with the extending tract,and curettage was *** examination confirmed CAF *** patient achieved total resolution during follow-up assessments and did not require additional *** Ct imaging supports perineal lesion diagnosis and *** angiofibromas,even with a cutaneous fistula,can be excised transperineally.

Hot deformation of sintered billets by powder metallurgy(PM)is an effective preparation technique for titanium alloys,which is more significant for high-alloying *** this study,ti–6.5Al–2Zr–Mo–V(ta15)titanium alloy plates were prepared by cold press-ing sintering combined with high-temperature hot *** microstructure and mechanical properties under different process paramet-ers were *** microscope,electron backscatter diffraction,and others were applied to characterize the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties strengthening *** results showed that the chemical compositions were uniformly dif-fused without segregation during sintering,and the closing of the matrix craters was accelerated by increasing the sintering *** block was hot rolled at 1200℃ with an 80%reduction under only two passes without *** strength and elongation of the plate at 20–25℃ after solution and aging were 1247 MPa and 14.0%,respectively,which were increased by 24.5%and 40.0%,respect-ively,compared with the as-sintered alloy at 1300℃.the microstructure was significantly refined by continuous dynamic recrystalliza-tion,which was completed by the rotation and dislocation absorption of the substructure surrounded by low-angle grain *** hot rolling combined with heat treatment,the strength and plasticity of PM-ta15 were significantly improved,which resulted from the dense,uniform,and fine recrystallization structure and the synergistic effect of multiple slip systems.

the triassic granitoids in Central tianshan play a key role in determining the petrogenesis and tectonic evolution on the southern margin of the Central Asian orogenic *** this study,we present SHrIMP zircon U-Pb ages,Hf isotopic and geochemical data on the Xingxingxia biotite granite,amazonite granite and granitic pegmatite in Central tianshan,NW *** U-Pb dating yielded formation ages of 242 Ma for the biotite granite and 240 Ma for the amazonite *** granitoid rocks have high K_(2)o with low Mgo and Cao *** are enriched in Nb,ta,Hf and Y,while being depleted in Ba and Sr,showing flat HrEE patterns and negative Eu *** have typical A-type granite geochemical signatures with high Ga/A_(1)(8–13)and tFeo/(tFeo+Mgo)ratios,showing an A_(2) affinity for biotite granite and an A_(1) affinity for amazonite granite and granitic *** ε_(Hf)(t)values of the granitoids are 0.45–2.66,with Hf model ages of 0.99–1.17 *** suggests that these A-type granites originated from partial melting of the lower *** propose that Xingxingxia triassic A-type granites formed under lithospheric extension from post-orogenic to anorogenic intraplate settings and NE-trending regional strike-slip fault-controlled magma emplacement in the upper crust.

As an increasingly used alternative to perfluorooctanoic acid(PFoA),hexafluoropropylene oxide trimer acid(HFPo-ta)has been widely detected in global water ***,little is known regarding its toxic effects on cardiovascular ***,zebrafish embryos were treated with egg water containing 0,60,120,or 240 mg/l *** showed that HFPo-ta treatment led to a significant reduction in both larval survival percentage and heart ***,HFPo-ta exposure caused severe pericardial edema and elongation of the sinus venous to bulbus arteriosus distance(SV-BA)in tg(myl7:GFP)transgenic larvae,disrupting the expression of genes involved in heart development and thus causing abnormal heart *** sprouting angiogenesis was observed in the 120 and 240 mg/l exposed tg(fli:GFP)transgenic ***-ta treatment also impacted the mrNA levels of genes involved in the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)pathway and embryonic vascular ***-ta exposure significantly decreased erythrocyte number in tg(gata1:Dsred)transgenic embryos and influenced gene expression associated with the heme metabolism ***-ta also induced oxidative stress and altered the transcriptional levels of genes related to cell cycle and apoptosis,inhibiting cell proliferation while promoting ***,HFPo-ta exposure may induce abnormal development of the cardiovascular and hematopoietic systems in zebrafish embryos,suggesting it may not be a suitable or safe alternative for PFoA.

Solid-state lithium metal batteries are one of the most promising options for next-generation batteries pursuing high-energy density and ***,the inevitable volatilization of lithium compounds during sintering leads to low relative density and low ionic conductivity of solid-state ***,the dynamic lithium-compensation mechanism is proposed to facilitate the densification of ta-substituted garnet-type electrolyte(li_(6.5)la_(3)Zr_(1.5)ta_(0.5)o_(12)(llZt))through the reversible manipulating of li_(2)o ***_(2)Zro_(3)is used as mother powder additive,which reacts with li_(2)o in sintering atmosphere and forms li_(6)Zr_(2)o_(7).li_(2)Zro_(3)/li_(6)Zr_(2)o_(7)buffer pair manipulates the sintering li_(2)o atmosphere,which is vital for llZt,within the li_(2)o partial pressure range corresponding to li_(2)Zro_(3)and li_(6)Zr_(2)o_(7).Furthermore,the reversibility mechanism of buffer pair for li_(2)o absorption and release is *** obtained llZt exhibits a relative density of over 96%and an ionic conductivity exceeding 7×10^(−4)S·cm^(−1)with no abnormal grain *** symmetric cell demonstrates an excellent lithium dendrite suppressing ability(stable cycling at a current density of 0.3 mA·cm^(−2)for over 1000 h).Such dynamic lithium-compensation strategy has been successfully applied in atmosphere manipulation of llZt sintering process,which reduces the dependence of llZt on the li_(2)o atmosphere,making it conducive to large-scale preparation of electrolyte ceramics.

All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSlBs)have attracted great interest due to their promising energy density and strong ***,the interface issues,including large interfacial resistance between electrode and electrolyte and low electrochemical stability of solid-state electrolytes against high-voltage cathodes,have restricted the development of high-voltage ***,we report an ASSlB with stable cycling by adopting a conformal polymer interlayer in-situ formed at the li_(6.4)la_(3)Zr_(1.4)ta_(0.6)o_(12)(llZto)–cathode *** polymer can perfectlyﬁll the voids and create a stable interface contact between llZto and *** addition,the electric field across the polymer interlayer is reduced compared with pure solid polymer electrolyte(SPE),which facilitates the electrochemical stability with high-voltage *** all-solid-state li|llZto-SPE|liFe_(0.4)Mn_(0.6)Po_(4)(lMFP)cells achieve a low interface impedance,high specific capacity,and excellent cycling *** work presents an effective and practical strategy to rationally design the electrode–electrolyte interface for the application of high-voltage ASSlBs.

Submerged abrasive waterjet peening(SAWJP)is an effective anti-fatigue manufacturing technology that is widely used to strengthen aeroengine *** study investigated the correlation of SAWJP process parameters on surface integrity and fatigue life of titanium alloy *** with different water pressures and standoff distances(SoDs)was conducted on the ta19 *** surface integrity of the specimens before and after SAWJP with different process parameters was experimentally studied,including microstructure,surface roughness,microhardness,and compressive residual stress(CrS).Finally,fatigue tests of the specimens before and after SAWJP treatment with different process parameters were carried out at room *** results highlighted that the fatigue life of the ta19 specimen can be increased by 5.46,5.98,and 6.28 times under relatively optimal process parameters,which is mainly due to the improved surface integrity of the specimen after SAWJP ***,the fatigue life of specimens treated with improper process parameters is decreased by 0.55 to 0.69 times owing to the terrible surface roughness caused by the material *** work verifies that SAWJP can effectively improve the surface integrity and fatigue life of workpieces,and reveals the relationship between process parameters,surface integrity,and fatigue life,which provides support for the promotion of SAWJP in the manufacturing fields.

High-entropy diboride has been arousing considerable interest in recent ***,the low toughness and damage tolerance limit its applications as ultra-high-temperature structural *** we report that a unique SiB_(6) additive has been first incorporated as boron and silicon sources to fabricate a high-entropy boride(ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)ta_(0.2))B_(2)–SiC composite though one-step boro/carbothermal reduction reactive sintering.A synergetic effect of high-entropy sluggish diffusion and SiC secondary phase retarded the grain growth of the(ti_(0.2)Zr_(0.2)Hf_(0.2)Nb_(0.2)ta_(0.2))B_(2)–51SiC *** small grain size was beneficial to shorten the diffusion path for mass transport,thereby enhancing the relative density to~99.3%.these results in an increase of fracture toughness from~5.2 in HEBS-1900 to~7.7 MPa·m^(1/2) in HEBS-2000,which corresponded to a large improvement of 48%.the improvement was attributed to a mixed mode of intergranular and transgranular cracking for offering effective pinning in crack propagation,resulting from balanced grain boundary strength collectively affected by improved densification,solid solution strengthening,and incorporation of SiC secondary phase.

oxidation resistance enhancement of pure ti often comes at the cost of reduced ductility,which is frequently the problem through alloying with sole Al,Si,W,Mo and *** overcome the short coming of single element alloying,this paper proposes a multi-element low-alloying strategy to take advantage of synergistic effects and resolve the conflict between oxidation resistance and *** demonstrates that the addition of a small quantity of ta（0.51wt%） can boost both oxidation resistance and ductility in comparison to pure ***,the combined addition of a small amount（0.54 wt%） of ta,Nb and Si not only preserves good ductility of pure ti,but also reduces mass gains to 14%-67% of pure ti during 100 h oxidation at 650-850℃ in *** indicates even better oxidation resistance than that obtained through the use of ta,Nb,or Nb+ta *** ta+Nb+Si alloying creates an oxide layer that is less porous and more resistant to stratification and ***,a 3-μm N-rich layer can form in the ti substrate beneath the oxide scale,in which phase transformation generates coherent ti2N with（0001）tias the habit plane,with N atoms prefers to diffuse along ■ than along [0001]*** completely transformed ti2N region or partially transformed ti+ti2N region can effectively impede oxygen ***,the multielement low-alloying strategy is promising for enhancing both oxidation resistance and mechanical properties of metallic materials in the future.
