Lateral surface near the fracture of before and after oxide film removing tensile sample was examined by scanning electron The relationship between surface morphology and microscopy （SEM） microstructure was established. The results show that the microcracks are caused by brittleness rupture of surface oxide films due to α lamellas sliding along α lamella boundaries. And the sliding of aligned α lamellas bring not only microcrack formation but also the raise of colony relative to prior sample surface. A slip model, which depicts the relationship between surface morphology and microstructure, was brought forward to analyze the observation.

This is a very rare toxic event, and there is insufficient data to describe prevention strategies. Today,urban traffic,growing populations,and dense transportation networks are contributing to an increase in traffic *** incidents include traffic accidents,vehicle breakdowns,fires,and traffic disputes,resulting in long waiting times,high carbon emissions,and other undesirable *** is vital to estimate incident response times quickly and accurately after traffic incidents occur for the success of incident-related planning and response *** study presents a model for forecasting the traffic incident duration of traffic events with high *** proposed model goes through a 4-stage process using various features to predict the duration of four different traffic events and presents a feature reduction approach to enable real-time data collection and *** the first stage,the dataset consisting of 24,431 data points and 75 variables is prepared by data collection,merging,missing data processing and data *** the second stage,models such as Decision Trees(DT),K-Nearest Neighbour(KNN),Random Forest(RF)and Support Vector Machines(SVM)are used and hyperparameter optimisation is performed with *** the third stage,feature selection and reduction are performed and real-time data are *** the last stage,model performance with 14 variables is evaluated with metrics such as accuracy,precision,recall,F1-score,MCC,confusion matrix and *** RF model outperforms other models with an accuracy of 98.5%.The study’s prediction results demonstrate that the proposed dynamic prediction model can achieve a high level of success.

BACKGROUND Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs) are a kind of single-stranded RNA of more than 200 nucleotides in length and have no protein-coding function. Amounting studies have indicated that lncRNAs could play a vital role in the initiation and development of cancers, including gastric cancer(GC). Considering the crucial functions of lncRNAs, the identification and exploration of novel lncRNAs in GC is *** To identify independent prognostic markers for the whole gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumor(GEP-NET) *** Ninety-three patients diagnosed with GEP-NETs within a specified period were included in this study. Patient data were retrospectively analyzed. The relationships between all independent variables and 5-year survival status calculated during the follow-up period(months) were assessed. In addition, the relationships between the independent variables were *** When 5-year survival rate was compared, a statistically significant relationship between the age at diagnosis, male gender, tumor size, tumor stage, liver and/or distant metastasis, and tumor grade determined by the Ki-67 level and mitotic count, and the level of C-reactive protein(CRP), was observed. The meansurvival(overall survival) of the study group was 102.5 ± 6.3(SD) mo. The percentages of 1, 3 and 5-year survival were 90%, 72%, and 61%, respectively. In63 of 93 patients, Ki-67 and the mitotic count determined the same grade. The Ki-67 levels in 29 patients and the mitotic count in only 1 patient were in the higher grade. The risk of death increased by 4% for every 1 year increase at the diagnosis age and was 2.0-fold higher for male patients, 3.0-fold higher for G3 according to the mitotic count, 3.7-fold higher for G3 according to the Ki-67 level, 12.7-fold higher for cases with tumor stage 3 or 4 by a 1 cm increase in the ratio of 9% in tumor size, and 6.1-fold higher for patients with liver metastasis for every 1 mg/dL increase in the ratio of 1.5% in CR
