聚合物微针作为一种高效、安全、成型简单、节能环保的新型经皮药物递送医疗产品,逐渐得到关注。为研究聚合物微针体外递送中药液的效率,在已知的工艺条件下,通过微注射制备了聚乳酸(PLA)微针,利用扫描电镜观察其形貌特征,并对小鼠腹部皮肤进行穿刺,然后进行石蜡切片,观察其产生的微小通道,同时,通过体外透皮扩散评估了PLA微针预处理后的中药液递送效率。结果表明,针高为520μm的PLA微针具有较好的力学性能,能刺穿鼠皮皮肤的角质层,在微针预处理和未预处理Franz扩散实验中,120 min后,骨痹通方中药液预处理的吸光值为1.086881,未处理的吸光值为0.09004,经过线性拟合后,微针预处理实验组药物浓度至少是未处理对照组的10倍。

戏剧教学法因其戏剧性要素的具身属性,成为近年来具身学习的研究热点之一。目前,对具身属性多从认知科学和教育学的角度展开研究,缺少戏剧视角,导致对戏剧性要素发挥具身作用的条件认识不足。戏剧教学法中的具身学习是指参与者以假装的游戏本能,依照活动的规则,在与可体认的情境的互动中,产生吻合或能导向教学目标的体验。戏剧教学法中具身学习的达成要满足三方面条件,即能将教学目标转换为激发互动的环境,设定能够复合多项教学需求的空间,选择难度相宜的教学工具。戏剧教学法在运用中要选择适切的教学目标,以问题和反馈促进活动体验的迁移,构建适宜协作学习的活动形态。

Searching for insensitive melt-castable energetic materials is still facing great *** this work,we developed a promising strategy that is regulating the ratio of non-covalent interaction by fluorine atoms to regulate the melting point to develop new melt-castable energetic *** this method,a highly sym-metric 1,2-difluoro-4,5-dinitrobenzene(DFDNB)was synthesized in one step and fully *** has a desirable melting point(83.2℃),high decomposition temperature(>400℃),acceptable detonation properties(6786 m s^(-1),21.5 GPa)but superior safety performance(>40 J,>360 N),and excellent chemical compatibility with 1,3,5-trinitro-1,3,5-triazine(RDX)that make it a promising insensitive melt-castable energetic material.A detailed study based on crystal stacking,electrostatic potential,and intermolecular weak interactions in DFDNB and its isomers or analogs demonstrates that non-covalent interactions including the C-F…H,N-O…H hydrogen bonding,and C-F…O halogen-like bonding play an important role in regulating the melting point.

Mei-yu is an important weather phenomenon in the middle-lower Yangtze River valley(YRV) *** study investigates the changes in the characteristics of Mei-yu under global warming and the potential reasons based on observation and reanalysis data during 1961–2022. Notable increasing long-term trends are detected in the number of days without rainfall(NDWOR), the intensity of rainfall events, and the frequency and intensity of extreme precipitation events(EPEs) in the YRV region during the Mei-yu period(15 June–10 July) over past decades. The increasing trend in NDWOR is attributed to decreased relative humidity over land surface and a longer time for the air to be replenished with moisture after rainfall events in a warming climate. The increasing trends in the intensity of rainfall events and frequency/intensity of EPEs are attributed to the strengthened transient water vapor convergence and convection in the atmosphere under global warming. Furthermore, the response of Mei-yu to 2°C of global warming with respect to the pre-industrial climate is analysed using CMIP6 models. The results suggest that the NDWOR,intensity of rainfall events and frequency of EPEs will increase in the YRV region during the Mei-yu period under the 2°C warming scenario, which implies a more challenging climate risk management in the ***, the intensity of rainfall events during the Mei-yu period has the most significant response to climate change in observations and projections. The model results have a relatively large uncertainty.

针对二元高硅氧玻璃纤维易遭受侵蚀,稳定性差,难以纺织加工以及现有通用型浸润剂难以从根本上避免水对玻璃纤维原丝侵蚀的问题,以植物油为原料,通过碱催化酯交换的方法对其进行改性,制备出黏度低、稳定性好的环保型浸润剂介质组分——植物油甲酯,并将其与抗氧化剂和成膜剂共混得到二元高硅氧玻璃纤维浸润剂。对比分析了植物油改性前后的化学结构、平均分子量和黏度、稳定性,对浸润剂的涂覆性及原纱的集束性、力学性能进行表征,研究了浸润剂对原纱酸沥滤工艺的影响。结果表明,改性后的植物油甲酯分子量及黏度明显降低、稳定性好,所制备的浸润剂可以有效保护二元高硅氧玻璃纤维原纱的结构,其断裂强力损失率指标满足企业要求,改善了纤维加工性能,为高硅氧玻璃纤维产业的发展提供参考。

BACKGROUND Acute decompensation(AD)of cirrhosis is associated with high short-term mortality,mainly due to the development of acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF).Thus,there is a need for biomarkers for early and accurate identification of AD patients with high risk of development of ACLF and *** triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(sTREM-1)is released from activated innate immune cells and correlated with various inflammatory *** To explore the prognostic value of sTREM-1 in patients with AD of *** A multicenter prospective cohort of 442 patients with cirrhosis hospitalized for AD was divided into a study cohort(n=309)and validation cohort(n=133).Demographic and clinical data were collected,and serum sTREM-1 was measured at *** enrolled patients were followed-up for at least 1 *** In patients with AD and cirrhosis,serum sTREM-1 was an independent prognosis predictor for 1-year survival and correlated with liver,coagulation,cerebral and kidney failure.A new prognostic model of AD(P-AD)incorporating sTREM-1,blood urea nitrogen(BUN),total bilirubin(TBil),international normalized ratio(INR)and hepatic encephalopathy grades was established and performed better than the model for end-stage liver disease(MELD),MELD-sodium(MELD-Na),chronic liver failure-consortium(CLIF-C)ACLF and CLIF-C AD ***,sTREM-1 was increased in ACLF and predicted the development of ACLF during first 28-d *** ACLF risk score incorporating serum sTREM-1,BUN,INR,TBil and aspartate aminotransferase levels was established and significantly superior to MELD,MELD-Na,CLIF-C ACLF,CLIF-C AD and P-AD in predicting risk of ACLF *** Serum sTREM-1 is a promising prognostic biomarker for ACLF development and mortality in patients with AD of cirrhosis.

Antarctic krill has been widely studied because of its abundant biomass,rich nutritional value,and great production ***,krill oil(KO)is rich in phospholipids(PLs),polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFAs),and astaxanthin.A method based on a green switchable hydrophilicity solvent N,7V-dimethyIcyclohexylamine(DMCHA),which can reversibly change from oil soluble to water soluble in the presence of CO2 was used to extract KO from frozen Antarctic krill as it consumes less energy than traditional *** showed that DMCHA destroyed the surface structure of Antarctic krill and accelerated the dissolution of *** addition,this method enabled the PL extraction to reach up to 80.2%of total PLs,among which PC accounted for the highest proportion,up to 90.91%in *** fact,the astaxanthin extraction reached up to 81.44%of total astaxanthin while the fatty acid(FA)extraction up to 84.35%.The KO extracted through DMCHA was rich in PUFA,up to 47.74%,and the content of EPA+DHA reached 42.16%of total FA ***,the amount of residual solvent in the lipid phase was just 0.23%of the DMCHA used for the extraction and the recovery rate of solvent was up to 93.2%.Our results demonstrated the high efficiency of oil extraction and the environmental friendliness of this method.
