Introduction:Over the last 12 years,there has been a consistent decline in the cases of typhoid/paratyphoid fever in *** the epidemiological patterns of these diseases in various provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs)and examining potential influencing factors can provide crucial information for implementing successful control ***:In this study,we analyzed the cases and incidence rates of typhoid/paratyphoid fever reported in various PLADs of China from 2011 to 2022,along with exploring potential influencing *** initially studied spatial shifts in the incidence rates through centroid shift *** variations in typhoid/paratyphoid fever onset were examined using *** autocorrelation analysis was utilized to understand the spatial correlations among different *** assess potential factors,we utilized a generalized estimating equations model that integrated spatial lag effects and sequence comparison ***:The study identified significant geographical clustering of typhoid/paratyphoid fever cases in southwestern China.A decrease in incidence rates in the west resulted in a movement of the disease center towards the *** incidence occurred during warmer seasons,highlighting the seasonal pattern of the *** such as meteorological conditions and socioeconomic status were probable influencers of typhoid/paratyphoid ***:The geographical and temporal spread of typhoid/paratyphoid fever can be impacted by meteorological and socioeconomic *** economic conditions,particularly in regions with high disease prevalence,could aid in the prevention and management of these fevers.

The correlation between Epstein-Barr virus(EBV)infection and nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)risk has been extensively *** continual monitoring of EBV-IgAs provides a promising approach of NPC screening in its early *** this study,we successfully synthesized a single-atom nanozyme(SANzyme)through the application of iron-porphyrin based metal organic framework(MOF-FeP).The MOF-FeP possesses precisely-defined electronic and geometric structures that accurately mimic highly-evolved catalytic site of natural *** peroxidase-like activity of MOF-FeP enables it to catalyze the chemiluminescence of luminol *** integrating MOF-FeP into a traditional strip,we created a rapid and highly-sensitive evaluation tool for detecting ***,the MOF-FeP strip enables the simultaneous detection of three EBV-IgAs,greatly improving the accuracy of EBV-associated NPC *** sensitivities of the MOF-FeP strip(75.56%–93.30%)surpass those of current enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)methods(64.44%–82.22%).This test takes only 16 min to perform as opposed to the customary 1–2 h required for standard ***,the MOF-FeP strip is suitable for whole blood samples,thereby significantly simplifying the sample preparation and detection *** conclusion,the MOF-FeP strip combines the simplicity of traditional strip with the high catalytic activity of *** innovative MOF-FeP strip offers a new point-of-care strategy for EBV-IgAs detection,which is expected to markedly facilitate early screening for EBV-associated diseases.

Application Effect of Feedforward Control in Outpatient Blood Specimen Management

Objective:To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in outpatient blood specimen ***:1,200 patients who had their venous blood collected in outpatient phlebotomy room of our hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the observation *** two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the staff,the efficiency of the nurses and the quality of nursing care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,the rejection rate of the blood specimens,and the time of result ***:After the implementation of feedforward control,patients'satisfaction with staff,nurses work efficiency and quality of care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,specimen rejection rate,and result reporting time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of feedforward control in the management of outpatient blood specimens has significant effect,which effectively improves patients'satisfaction,enhances the efficiency of nurses and the quality of nursing care,shortens the turnaround time of specimens before analysis and the reporting time of results,and reduces the rejection rate of specimens.

Introduction:Traditional methods for determining radiation dose in nuclear medicine include the Monte Carlo method,the discrete ordinate method,and the point kernel integration *** study presents a new mathematical model for predicting the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:A new algorithm was created by combining the physical model of“cylinder superposition”of the human body with integral analysis to assess the radiation dose rate in the vicinity of nuclear medicine ***:The model accurately predicted radiation dose rates within distances of 0.1–3.0 m,with a deviation of less than 11%compared to observed *** model demonstrated greater accuracy at shorter distances from the radiation source,with a deviation of only 1.55%from observed values at 0.1 ***:The model proposed in this study effectively represents the spatial and temporal distribution of the radiation field around nuclear medicine patients and demonstrates good agreement with actual *** model has the potential to serve as a radiation dose rate alert system in hospital environments.
