The rubber tree,Hevea brasiliensis,produces natural rubber that serves as an essential industrial raw ***,we present a high-quality reference genome for a rubber tree cultivar GT1 using single-molecule real-time sequencing(SMRT)and Hi-C technologies to anchor the～1.47-Gb genome assembly into 18 *** chromosome-based genome analysis enabled us to establish a model of spurge chromosome evolution,since the common paleopolyploid event occurred before the split of Hevea and *** show recent and rapid bursts of the three Hevea-specific LTR-retrotransposon families during the last 10 million years,leading to the massive expansion by～65.88%(～970 Mbp)of the whole rubber tree genome since the divergence from *** identify large-scale expansion of genes associated with whole rubber biosynthesis processes,such as basal metabolic processes,ethylene biosynthesis,and the activation of polysaccharide and glycoprotein lectin,which are important properties for latex production.A map of genomic variation between the cultivated and wild rubber trees was obtained,which contains～15.7 million high-quality single-nucleotide *** identified hundreds of candidate domestication genes with drastically lowered genomic diversity in the cultivated but not wild rubber trees despite a relatively short domestication history of rubber tree,some of which are involved in rubber *** genome assembly represents key resources for future rubber tree research and breeding,providing novel targets for improving plant biotic and abiotic tolerance and rubber production.

目的评价盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法哮喘患儿150例作为口服盐酸班布特罗口服液治疗组,50例使用爱纳灵治疗作为对照组。结果两组均有较好的疗效,治疗后第1周,治疗组在喘息、肺部哮鸣音改善等方面优于对照组(P<0.05) 治疗组咳嗽及夜间睡眠改善情况在治疗后第1、2周的疗效明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。两组不良反应均少结论盐酸班布特罗是安全、方便、有效的长效支气管扩张剂。

Effect of the new maternity insurance scheme on medical expenditures for caesarean delivery in Wuxi, China： a retrospective pre/post-reform case study

Aiming to control rising medical expenditures and help improve China＇s healthcare systems, this study examined whether a cap-based medical insurance scheme with shared financial interest between the insurance and healthcare providers is effective in containing hospitals＇ C-section medical expenditures. We used 6547 caesarean delivery case records from a teaching tertiary-level general public hospital located in Wuxi, China （2004-2013）, and used the Chow test to investigate the possibility of significant variation in mean medical expenditures for caesarean deliveries pre- and post-reform. We also used paired sample t-tests and linear regression models to compare the mean medical expenditures between insured and uninsured women undergoing caesarean delivery during the post-reform period. After the scheme＇s implementation, medical expenditures for caesarean deliveries declined and the medical expenditures of women covered by the scheme were significantly lower than those of uninsured patients. These findings indicated the scheme＇s effectiveness in minimizing caesarean delivery expenditures. The cap-based medical insurance scheme with shared financial interest between insurance and healthcare providers would likely steer healtbcare providers＇ behaviors in a more cost-effective direction.

Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is the standard treatment for early-stage gastric cancer,but the large post-operative ulcers caused by ESD often lead to serious side ***-ESD mu-cosal repair materials provide a new option for the treatment of post-ESD *** this study,we developed a polyurethane/small intestinal submucosa(PU/SIS)hydrogel and investigated its effi-cacy for accelerating ESD-induced ulcer healing in a canine ***/SIS hydrogel possessed great biocompatibility and distinctive pH-sensitive swelling properties and protected GES-1 cells from acid attack through forming a dense film in acidic conditions in ***,PU/SIS gels present a strong bio-adhesion to gastric tissues under acidic conditions,thus ensuring the reten-tion time of PU/SIS gels in *** a canine model,PU/SIS hydrogel was easily delivered via endoscopy and adhered to the ulcer ***/SIS hydrogel accelerated gastric ulcer healing at an early stage with more epithelium regeneration and slight *** findings reveal PU/SIS hydrogel is a promising and attractive candidate for ESD-induced ulcer repair.

We show that reactive molecules with a unit probability of reaction naturally provide a simulator of some intriguing black hole *** unit reaction at the short distance acts as an event horizon and delivers a one-way traffic for matter waves passing through the potential barrier when two molecules interact by high partialwave scatterings or dipole-dipole *** particular,the scattering rate as a function of the incident energy exhibits a thermal-like distribution near the maximum of the interaction energy in the same manner as a scalar field scatters with the potential barrier outside the event horizon of a black *** a thermal-like scattering can be extracted from the temperature-dependent two-body loss rate measured in experiments on KRb and other molecules.

For a supercritical branching processes with immigration {Zn};it is known that under suitable conditions on the offspring and immigration distributions, Zn/mn converges almost surely to a finite and strictly positive limit, where m is the offspring mean. We are interested in the limiting properties of P(Zn=kn) with kn=o(mn) as n→∞. We give asymptotic behavior of such lower deviation probabilities in both Schröder and Böttcher cases, unifying and extending the previous results for Galton-Watson processes in literature.

Cooperative automatic modulation recognition in cognitive radio

In this article, a new effective method of cooperative modulation recognition （CMR） is proposed to recognize different modulation types of primary user for cognitive radio receivers. In the cognitive radio （CR） system, two CR users respectively send their feature parameters to the cooperative recognition center, which is composed of back propagation neural network （BPNN）. With two users＇ cooperation and the application of an error back propagation learning algorithm with momentum, the center improves the performance of modulation recognition, especially when one of the CR users＇ signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） is low. To measure the performance of the proposed method, simulations are carried out to classify different types of modulated signals corrupted by additive white Gaussian noise （AWGN）. The simulation results show that this cooperation algorithm has a better recognition performance than those without cooperation.

Ferrotitanium slag(FS)is a waste slag produced during the smelting of ferrotitanium alloys by thermite *** alumina content is high and can be used as alumina raw *** runner castables containing different amounts of FS were prepared and *** results show that the introduction of FS is beneficial to the sintering of the castables *** the FS concentration is 11.2 wt.%,the aggregate and matrix of the castables sample have a good combination,and the mechanical strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC–C castable reaches a maximum at room ***,excessive introduction of FS generates a large amount of anorthite phase,which reduces the mechanical strength of the Al_(2)O_(3)–SiC–C castable at room *** addition,the high-melting phase CaTiO_(3)is formed in FS,which has good mechanical ***,the cracks of FS are reduced,and the combination between phases is closer,thus significantly improving the hot modulus of rupture of the *** the FS concentration is not above 33.6 wt.%,the castables show good slag *** TiO_(2)in FS is transformed into TiC by carbothermal reaction,which is enriched at the boundary and prevents further reaction of the slag.
