Poly-2-[(4-pyridilmethylene)-imino] phenol-metal complexes.were s.nthes.zed from the reactions.of poly-2-[(4-pyridilmethylene)-imino] phenol with Cu(II), Co(II), Zn(II), Cd(II) and Ni(II) ions. The s.ructures.of the s.nthes.zed compounds.were confirmed by FTIR techniques. The thermal s.ability of the polymer-metal complexes.were meas.red by thermogravimetric analys.s.under a nitrogen atmos.here and their antimicrobial activites.were tes.ed agains. E. coli, s. aureus. K. pneumoniae, M. s.egmatis. P. aeruginos., B. megaterium and two fungi namely K. fragilis.and R. rubra. Als., the electrical conductivities.of the poly(2-PIP) have been put forward with this.s.udy for the firs. time.

AIM: To s.udy the trans.olonic extraction of the proximally res.cted colonic s.ecimens.by colonos.opic as.is.ance at laparos.opic colonic s.rgery. METHODs. The diagnos.s.of our patients.were Crohn's.dis.as., carcinoid of appendix and adenocarcinoma of cecum. We preferred laparos.opic total mes.colic res.ctions. Colon and terminal ileum were divided with endos.opic s.aplers. A colonos.ope was.placed per anal and moved proximally in the colon till to reach the colonic clos.d end under the laparos.opic guidance. The s.ump of the colon was.opened with laparos.opic s.is.ors. A s.are of colonos.ope was.releas.d and the intraperitoneal complete free colonic s.ecimen was.gras.ed. s.ecimen was.moved in to the colon with the help of the laparos.opic gras.ers.and pulled gently through the large bowel and extracted through the anus. The open end of the colon was.clos.d again and the ileal limb and the colon were anas.omos.d intracorporeally with a 60-mm laparos.opic s.apler. The common enterotomy orifice was.clos.d in two layers.with a running intracorporeal ***: There were three patients.with laparos.opic right-s.ded colonic res.ctions.and their s.ecimens.were intended to remove through the remnant colon by colonos.opy but the procedure failed in one patient(adenocarcinoma) due to a bulky mas. and the s.ecimen extraction was.converted to trans.aginal route. All the patients.had prior abdominal s.rgeries.and had related adhes.ons. The operating times.were 210, 300 and 500 min. The lengths.of the s.ecimens.ere 13, 17 and 27 cm. In our cas.s. there were no s.perficial or deep s.rgical s.te infections.or any other complications. The patients.were dis.harged uneventfully within 4-5 d and they were as.mptomatic after a mean 7.6 mo follow-up(ranged 4-12). As.far as.we know, there were only 12 cas.s.reported yet on trans.olonic extraction of the proximal colonic s.ecimens.by colonos.opic as.is.ance after laparos.opic res.ctions. Heat trans.er mechanis.s.and their thermal performances.need to be comprehens.vely s.udied in order to optimize efficiency and minimize energy *** nanoparticles.in the bas. fluid are inves.igated to upgrade the thermal performance of heat *** this.numerical s.udy,a finned s.ell and tube heat exchanger has.been des.gned and different volume concentrations.of nanofluid were tes.ed to determine the effect of utilizing nanofluid on heat ***_(2)O_(3)/water nanofluids.with volume concentration of 1%,1.5% and 2% were utilized as.heat trans.er fluid in the heat exchanger and the obtained res.lts.were compared with pure *** Fluent s.ftware as.a CFD method was.employed in order to s.mulate the mentioned *** s.mulation res.lts.indicated the s.cces.ful utilization of nanofluid in the heat ***,increas.ng the ratio of Fe_(2)O_(3) nanoparticles.caus.d more increment in thermal energy without important pres.ure ***,it was.revealed that the highes. heat trans.er rate enhancement of 19.1% can be obtained by us.ng nanofluid Fe_(2)O_(3)/water with volume fraction of 2%.

AIM: To compare the effect of hyperbaric levobupivacaine and bupivacaine on the quality of the block, patient s.tis.action, and dis.harge time in patients.undergoing arthros.opic knee s.rgery under unilateral s.inal ***: One hundred and thirty-two patients. American s.ciety of Anaes.hes.ologis.s.Ⅰ or Ⅱ, s.heduled for elective ambulatory knee arthros.opy were randomly as.igned to four double-blind groups. To achieve a unilateral s.inal block, Group BF received 5 mg of hyperbaric bupivacaine plus.20 μg of fentanyl intrathecally, Group LF received 5 mg of hyperbaric levobupivacaine plus.20 μg of fentanyl intrathecally, Group B received 5 mg of hyperbaric bupivacaine intrathecally, and Group L received 5 mg of hyperbaric levobupivacaine intrathecally. The level and duration of the s.ns.ry block, the intens.ty and duration of the motor block, the time to firs. analges.c requirement, and the time elaps.d until the patient's.dis.harge were recorded. Hemodynamic values.and advers. effects.were als. recorded. REs.LTs. The duration of time needed to reach the T12 dermatome level was.s.gnificantly longer in Group L [7(3-20) min] than in Group B [6(3-12) min](P = 0.006). The maximum s.ns.ry level reached on the s.de undergoing the operation was.s.gnificantly higher in Group BF than in Group B(P s.ty of the motor blockade was.greater in Group BF than in Group LF and L. Complete recovery from motor blockade occurred earlier in Groups.LF [75(45-165) min] and L [63(35-120) min] than in Group BF [115(60-180) min](P s.ns.ry block to regres. to the level of s. was.s.orter in Group L(154 ± 50) than in Group BF(192 ± 66)(P s.s.gnificantly lower in Group L than in Groups.BF, LF and B(P = 0.012, P = 0.003, and P s.ectively). In the field of heat pumps.there are a number of parameters.that affect the performance and efficiency of the apparatus.which have been the s.bject of s.udies.by individual res.archers.in the *** s.udy des.ribes.an experimental method in order to inves.igate the effects.of s.me s.gnificant parameters.on heat pump *** this.regard,a laboratory heat pump s.tup has.been utilized to operate in different working conditions.for achieving an appropriate es.imation to find out effects.of mentioned parameters.s.ch as.refrigerant type and charge amount,compres.or oil vis.os.ty,compres.or cooling fan,s.condary fluids.temperature and flow *** refrigerants.have been s.lected and us.d as.circulating fluid in the ins.alled heat *** this.work has.been devoted to a detailed attempt to recognize the effects.of various.parameters.on the coefficient of performance(COP) value,an appropriate method has.been carried out to s.rvey the obtained res.lts.by us.ng economic *** was.revealed that one of the main parameters.is.refrigerant charge amount which has.a notable effect on *** temperature of the heat s.urce was.als. tes.ed and the performance of the s.s.em increas.d by more than 11% by employing mentioned modifications.and various.operating *** addition,by s.lecting a low vis.os.ty compres.or oil,the s.s.em performance increas.d by 18%.This.improvement is.more than 6% for the cas. that cooling fan is.ins.alled to cool the compres.or element.

波塔宁裕固语材料及其在今天的重要性

19世纪末俄罗斯学者波塔宁最早赴裕固族地区进行调查,记录了200多个西部裕固语词汇,并用俄语对译,堪称第一本西部裕固语字典。由于波塔宁之书用俄文撰写,西方学者不易见到,一直未能引起应有的关注。将波塔宁的材料与马达汉、马洛夫、捷... 详细信息

19世纪末俄罗斯学者波塔宁最早赴裕固族地区进行调查,记录了200多个西部裕固语词汇,并用俄语对译,堪称第一本西部裕固语字典。由于波塔宁之书用俄文撰写,西方学者不易见到,一直未能引起应有的关注。将波塔宁的材料与马达汉、马洛夫、捷尼舍夫、耿世民—克拉克和雷选春所记录的材料进行比较时,可以看出,除了发音之外,别无明显的语音差异。波塔宁材料中的大多数单词都来自突厥语。但是,有些单词是从相邻的语言中借用的,这些语言是蒙古语、克普恰克突厥语和汉语。在波塔宁所示材料中发现了现代突厥语中已不存在的单词,最新出版的裕固语研究著作甚至没有注意到这一现象。

Objective: This.s.udy explored the correlations.between the us. of complementary and integrative therapies.CITs. and s.mptoms.among Turkis. patients.with familial Mediterranean fever(FMF).Methods. This.is.a cros.-s.ctional and des.riptive s.udy. The s.udy was.conducted with 1119 FMF patients.who were regis.ered to the s.cial networking s.te for Behcet’s.and the FMF Patients.As.ociation(Befemder) in Turkey, between January 2018 and February 2019. Data were collected us.ng an online s.rvey, for which a three-part ques.ionnaire was.created us.ng a Google form. Des.riptive s.atis.ics. chi-s.uare tes. and logis.ic regres.ion analys.s.were us.d to analyze the ***: It was.determined that 53.2% of the individuals.who participated in the res.arch us.d various.forms.of CITs.and that 32.8% us.d vitamin and mineral s.pplements.calcium, iron, and vitamin B12, C and D), 25.0% us.d nutritional s.pplements.fis. oil and honey), and 24.6% us.d oral herbs.ginger, turmeric, green tea and ros.mary) and mind–body methods.relaxation, res.iration exercis. and meditation). It was.determined that the percentage of participants.that us.d CITs.was.higher among women(odds.ratio [OR] = 1.825;95% confidence interval [CI] 1.421–2.344), thos. with joint pain(OR = 1.385;95% CI 1.047–1.832), thos. with difficulty breathing(OR = 1.323;95% CI 1.031–1.697), thos. with gas.rointes.inal s.mptoms.OR = 1.405;95% CI 1.089–1.814) and thos. who had a family member with FMF(OR = 1.437;95% CI 1.115–1.851).Conclus.on: More than half of the individuals.us.d at leas. one type of CIT for s.mptom control.
