Electrical and electronic waste(e-waste)is a growing challenge,matching the widespread boom in the use of information and communication *** to an alarming increasing amount of e-waste,a low rate of consumer engagement in ensuring the proper disposal of such materials intensifies the pressure on the exist‐ing e-waste *** deal with this thorny problem,it is of great interest to grasp consumers’disposal and re‐cycling behavioral ***,this study attempts to understand complementary perspectives around consumers’e-waste recycling intention based on the integration of the valence theory and the norm activation *** data mining models using classification and prediction-based algorithms,namely Chi squared automatic interaction detector(CHAID),Neural network,Discriminant analysis,and Quick,unbiased,efficient statistical tree(QUEST),were employed to analyze a set of the 398 data collected in *** re‐sults revealed that the social support value is by far the most critical predictor,followed by the utilitarian value,task difficulty,and monetary *** is also noteworthy that the awareness of consequences,education background,the ascription of responsibility,and age were also ranked as critical affecting *** lowest influential predictors found in this study were income and *** addition,a comparison was made in terms of the classification performance of the four utilized data mining *** on several evalua‐tion measurements(confusion matrix,accuracy,precision,recall,specificity,F-measure,ROC curve,and AUC),the aggregated results suggested that CHAID and Neural network performed the *** findings of this research are expected to assist policymakers and future researchers in updating all information surround‐ing consumer behavioral intention-related topics focusing on ***,the adoption of data min‐ing algorithms for prediction is another insight of this study,which may shed the light o

In our previous study,a gene predicted to encode a Tyrosine aminotransferase( TAT) was found to be significantly up-regulated in root rot diseased Gerbera by transcriptome sequencing. To confirm the genes and investigate the function,we cloned the gene by RT-PCR and then conduct bioinformatic analyses. In this study,a 1 537 bp long c DNA sequence of this gene( named as Gh TAT) was firstly cloned,which contained a coding region of 1 233 bp,which was predicted to encode a protein of 410 amino acids. Bioinformatic analysis showed that the Gh TAT was a stable hydrophobic protein without signal peptide. Subcellular location prediction result indicated that this protein located in chloroplast,which is the biosynthesis position of tyrosine and the derived products of tyrosine biosynthesis pathway. Moreover,typical Tyrosine aminotransferase domain was found in this protein,indicating that it is a TAT. According to the TAT-based phylogenetic analysis and similarity analysis,the closest relationship and highest similarity was found between Gh TAT and Halianthus annuus TAT,which again verified the TAT property of Gh TAT. Tyrosine aminotransferase( TAT) is the first enzyme in tyrosine biosynthesis pathway,whose products include many antioxidant substances such as tocopherols and tocotrienols. The up-regulation of Gh TAT in root rot diseased gerbera suggests that it may play an important role in response to the root rot pathogen infection. In addition,60 phosphorylation sites( accounting for 14. 6%) were found in this protein,suggesting that the expression of this protein and its encoding gene were greatly influenced by the phosphorylation reactions.

The kyaw Soe thu Prospect is a part of the Wabo deposit which is situated along Mogok Metamorphic Belt (MMB) in Central Myanmar. Gold bearing veins are hosted in the banded garnet-biotite gneiss, calc-silicate, marble and granitoid of the Wabo area. The granitic rocks intruded into banded garnet-biotite gneiss. The MMB was intensely deformed and it is a highly fractured metamorphic terrain in which metamorphic facies ranges from amphibolite to granulite facies. Gold mineralization at the kyaw Soe thu Prospect in the Wabo deposit occurred in the forms of gold-quartz veins. The quartz veins are a few centimeters in width. The color of the quartz vein at the kyaw Soe thu Prospect is commonly smoky and milky. The quartz vein exhibits chalcedonic, saccharoidal and granular textures. Three mineralizations were indicated. Stage I is the thin layered crustiform chalcedonic quartz. Stage II is chalcedonic quartz vein and stage III is Ankerite-quartz-sericite vein. Stage II and stage III are gold rich hydrothermal stages, and Ankerite-quartz-sericite veins were formed with a small amount of sericites in the kyaw Soe thu Prospect. The Ankerite-quartz-sericite veinlets range from a centimeter up to three centimeter in width within the stage II chalcedonic quartz vein. Textures of mineralized quartz vein samples were petrographically examined. The textures include a feathery texture that is most closely associated with electrum in both stage II chalcedonic quartz veins and stage III Ankerite-quartz-sericite veins. Ankerite varies in color from pink, white to buff. Among them, pink color is more common in the kyaw Soe thu Prospect. Ankerite in the kyaw Soe thu Prospect exhibits rhombohedral idiomorphic, which exhibits growth patterns. Ore minerals of the veins are electrum, pyrite, galena, and trace amount of very fine-grained chalcopyrite. On the basis of textures of the chalcedonic quartz veins, the kyaw Soe thu Prospect is ascribed to be a low-sulfidation epithermal deposit.

Investigating natural-inspired applications is a perennially appealing subject for scientists. The current increase in the speed of natural-origin structure growth may be linked to their superior mechanical properties and environmental resilience. Biological composite structures with helicoidal schemes and designs have remarkable capacities to absorb impact energy and withstand damage. However, there is a dearth of extensive study on the influence of fiber redirection and reorientation inside the matrix of a helicoid structure on its mechanical performance and reactivity. The present study aimed to explore the static and transient responses of a bio-inspired helicoid laminated composite(B-iHLC) shell under the influence of an explosive load using an isomorphic method. The structural integrity of the shell is maintained by a viscoelastic basis known as the Pasternak foundation, which encompasses two coefficients of stiffness and one coefficient of damping. The equilibrium equations governing shell dynamics are obtained by using Hamilton's principle and including the modified first-order shear theory,therefore obviating the need to employ a shear correction factor. The paper's model and approach are validated by doing numerical comparisons with respected publications. The findings of this study may be used in the construction of military and civilian infrastructure in situations when the structure is subjected to severe stresses that might potentially result in catastrophic collapse. The findings of this paper serve as the foundation for several other issues, including geometric optimization and the dynamic response of similar mechanical structures.

The bacterial pathogen Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) colonizes in over half of the world’s population. H. pylori that establishes life-long infection in the stomach is definitely associated with gastro-duodenal diseases and a wide variety of non-gastrointestinal tract conditions such as immune thrombocytopenia. Triple therapy which consists of a proton pump inhibitor and combinations of two antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin or amoxicillin, metronidazol) is commonly used for H. pylori eradication. Recently, the occurrence of drug-resistant H. pylori and the adverse effect of antibiotics have severely weakened eradication therapy. Generally antibiotics induce the disturbance of human gastrointestinal microflora. Furthermore, there are inappropriate cases of triple therapy such as allergy to antibiotics, severe complications (liver and/or kidney dysfunction), the aged and people who reject the triple therapy. These prompt us to seek alterative agents instead of antibiotics and to develop more effective and safe therapy with these agents. The combination of these agents actually may result in lower a dose of antibiotics. There are many reports world-wide that non-antibiotic substances from natural products potentially have an anti-H. pylori agent. We briefly review the constituents derived from nature that fight against H. pylori in the literature with our studies.

教育与人类社会共始终,是一个国家的百年大计。一个国家的教育强则综合国力强,所以世界各国都重视教育事业的发展。缅甸作为一个发展中国家,社会经济发展还相对落后,但政府意识到教育对于国家和社会的进步至关重要,认为贫困家庭的孩子缺乏上学的机会不仅影响到国家的发展和进步,而且会出现家庭贫困的代际传递。缅甸也是一个宗教比较浓厚的国家,公益性寺院学校教育在缅甸的教育领域扮演着重要角色。本研究运用文献研究法、问卷调査和访谈调查等研究方法,研究了缅甸公益性寺院学校教育的办学特点,挖掘其办学优势,分析其办学不足并提出具体对策,不仅对缅甸的公益性教育未来的发展大有裨益,而且对中国的公益性教育发展有所启迪。缅甸公益性寺院学校教育的发展,经历了古代公益性寺院学校教育、新时期公益性寺院学校教育和现代公益性寺院学校教育三个阶段,每个阶段的教育都有自己的发展特质。公益性寺院学校教育是缅甸的教育起源,古代的公益性寺院学校教育重视宣传佛经与小佛教。英国殖民时期缅甸公益性寺院学校教育被消除,直到1993年缅甸公益性寺院学校教育才得以恢复。2000年之后缅甸公益性寺院学校教育迅速发展,公益性学校与公立学校联手,并得到政府的允许,在公益性寺院学校中使用正规的教材,为贫穷人民提供免费教育服务。目前公益性寺院学校中教师对公益性教育非常热爱,对学生的满意也度高,群众对公益性寺院学校的认同度大为提高。MYINTHAR MYO OO公益性寺院学校教育和MAHAWTHADAR公益性寺院学校教育是缅甸仰光最具代表性的公益性寺院学校教育。这两所寺院学校都有自己的培养目标与纪律,拥有学校教育的系统组织,也有具体的招生办法和流程,对教师的聘任和学校管理的日常安排都作出明确规定。缅甸公益性寺院学校教育的优势在于,学校里的学生与其父母彼此包容、彼此帮助、彼此理解。学生学习能力强、踏实肯干、不畏艰难、能吃苦耐劳、沟通协调能力强、善于团队合作。教师尊重学生,而且不计较个人利益的得失,怀着对学生美好未来负责的态度,坚守教师工作岗位,做好教书育人工作。缅甸公益性寺院学校教育存在的问题表现为:缺乏组织性和管理性,缺乏高质量的教师,缺乏办学的规模效应。因应缅甸公益性寺院学校教育问题的对策有,加强公益性寺院学校与公立学校的合作,建立公益性寺院学校的有关组织或管理部门,提升公益性寺院学校教师队伍的专业素养。
