目的:观察鬼针草水提物对内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)抑制剂L-NAME诱导的高血压大鼠的降血压作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法:将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为6组:空白对照组、模型组、卡托普利组(10 mg/kg)及鬼针草低(3g/kg)、中(6g/kg)、高(9g/kg)剂量组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,其余各组大鼠均灌胃给予L-NAME复制高血压大鼠模型。造模4周后,各治疗组均连续灌胃给药28d,空白对照组和模型组则给予等量生理盐水。实验过程中采用无创血压测量分析系统测定各组大鼠尾动脉压。采用硝酸还原酶法测定各组大鼠血清中一氧化氮(NO)的含量,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定各组大鼠血浆中内皮素1(ET-1)、肾素血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)的含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组大鼠血压明显升高(P0.05);给药1~4周后,鬼针草高、中、低剂量组和卡托普利组大鼠SBP、DBP、MBP均有不同程度的降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),且鬼针草水提物对血压的降低作用呈剂量依赖性。与模型组比较,鬼针草高、中、低剂量组大鼠血清ET-1、AngⅡ含量降低,NO含量升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈剂量依赖性。结论:鬼针草水提物对L-NAME诱导的高血压大鼠具有显著降压作用,该作用可能与增加NO的产生,减少内源性缩血管活性物质AngⅡ和ET-1的释放有关。

Objective: To study objectively auditory temporal processing in a group of nor mal hearing subjects and in a group of hearing-impaired individuals with audito ry neuropathy (AN) using electrophysiological and psychoacoustic methods. Method s:Scalp recorded evoked potentials were measured to brief silent intervals (gaps ) varying between 2 and 50 ms embedded in continuous noise. Latencies and amplit udes of N100 and P200 were measured and analyzed in two conditions:(1) active, w hen using a button in response to gaps;(2) passive, listening, but not respondin g. Results: In normal subjects evoked potentials(N100/P200 components) were reco rded in response to gaps as short as 5 ms in both active and passive conditions. Gap evoked potentials in AN subjects appeared only with prolonged gap durations (10-50 ms). There was a close association between gap detection thresholds mea sured psychoacoustically and electrophysiologically in both normals and in AN su ***: Auditory cortical potentials can provide objective measures of auditory temporal processes. Significance:The combination of electrophysiolog ical and psychoacoustic methods converged to provide useful objective measures f or studying auditory cortical temporal processing in normals and hearing-impair ed individuals. The procedure used may also provide objective measures of tempor al processing for evaluating special populations such as children who may not be able to provide subjective responses.

通过搜集国内外的有关文献资料、比照IPNI网站提供的枇杷属植物的记录,查对900多份枇杷植物标本,结合对我国枇杷属植物的实地查证,在排除了错置种类25个后,初步确定我国原产的枇杷属植物有16个种(21个种类);东南亚原产的枇杷属植物有6个... 详细信息

通过搜集国内外的有关文献资料、比照IPNI网站提供的枇杷属植物的记录,查对900多份枇杷植物标本,结合对我国枇杷属植物的实地查证,在排除了错置种类25个后,初步确定我国原产的枇杷属植物有16个种(21个种类);东南亚原产的枇杷属植物有6个种(11个种类):印越枇杷、椭圆枇杷贝特罗变种、椭圆枇杷长叶柄变型、香花枇杷多毛变型、胡克尔枇杷、宽叶枇杷、大果枇杷、菲律宾枇杷、波宜兰枇杷、栎叶枇杷老挝变种和椭圆托叶枇杷。种类数的确定,为枇杷属植物种质资源研究奠定必要的基础。

The cryptic lifestyle of most fungi necessitates molecular identification of the guild in environmental *** the past decades,rapid development and affordability of molecular tools have tremendously improved insights of the fungal diversity in all ecosystems and ***,in spite of the progress of molecular methods,knowledge about functional properties of the fungal taxa is vague and interpretation of environmental studies in an ecologically meaningful manner remains *** order to facilitate functional assignments and ecological interpretation of environmental studies we introduce a user friendly traits and character database FungalTraits operating at genus and species hypothesis *** the information from previous efforts such as FUNGuild and FunFun together with involvement of expert knowledge,we reannotated 10,210 and 151 fungal and Stramenopila genera,*** resulted in a stand-alone spreadsheet dataset covering 17 lifestyle related traits of fungal and Stramenopila genera,designed for rapid functional assignments of environmental *** order to assign the trait states to fungal species hypotheses,the scientific community of experts manually categorised and assigned available trait information to 697,413 fungal ITS *** the basis of those sequences we were able to summarise trait and host information into 92,623 fungal species hypotheses at 1%dissimilarity threshold.

Background During the COVID-19 pandemic,decreased volumes of stroke admissions and mechanical thrombectomy were *** study’s objective was to examine whether subarachnoid haemorrhage(SAH)hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm coiling interventions demonstrated similar *** We conducted a cross-sectional,retrospective,observational study across 6 continents,37 countries and 140 comprehensive stroke *** with the diagnosis of SAH,aneurysmal SAH,ruptured aneurysm coiling interventions and COVID-19 were identified by prospective aneurysm databases or by International Classification of Diseases,10th Revision,*** 3-month cumulative volume,monthly volumes for SAH hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm coiling procedures were compared for the period before(1 year and immediately before)and during the pandemic,defined as 1 March-31 may *** prior 1-year control period(1 March-31 may 2019)was obtained to account for seasonal *** There was a significant decline in SAH hospitalisations,with 2044 admissions in the 3 months immediately before and 1585 admissions during the pandemic,representing a relative decline of 22.5%(95%CI−24.3%to−20.7%,p<0.0001).Embolisation of ruptured aneurysms declined with 1170-1035 procedures,respectively,representing an 11.5%(95%CI−13.5%to−9.8%,p=0.002)relative *** analysis was noted for aneurysmal SAH hospitalisation decline from 834 to 626 hospitalisations,a 24.9%relative decline(95%CI−28.0%to−22.1%,p<0.0001).A relative increase in ruptured aneurysm coiling was noted in low coiling volume hospitals of 41.1%(95%CI 32.3%to 50.6%,p=0.008)despite a decrease in SAH admissions in this *** There was a relative decrease in the volume of SAH hospitalisations,aneurysmal SAH hospitalisations and ruptured aneurysm embolisations during the COVID-19 *** findings in SAH are consistent with a decrease in other emergencies,such as stroke and myocardial infarction.
