Alibrary of novel spiro[pyrazole-4,5′-isoxazoline]-5-one derivatives were designed and synthesized using a concise and efficient one-pot reaction protocol through 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition between 4-benzylidene-3-methyl-1-phenyl-^(1)H-pyrazol-5(4H)-one and *** synthesized derivatives were elucidated and characterized based on their spectroscopic data,including infrared spectrometry(IR),^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR,and elemental and mass spectral *** synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antitumor inhibition potency against four human cancer cell lines,including human prostatic adenocarcinoma(PC3),human colorectal carcinoma(HCT116),human liver hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)and breast adenocarcinoma(MCF7).The outcomes were compared with the standard reference drug *** the synthesized chlorooximes,compounds 6d and 6e were the most active compounds on all cell *** spiro[pyrazole-4,5′-isoxazoline]-5-one derivatives 7a and 7c were active on the HepG2 liver cancer cell *** comparison,compounds 7f and 7g were modera.ely active on the MCF7 cell *** structure-activity relationship was explored for the synthesized ***,in silico analysis of physicochemical,adsorption,distribution,metabolism,excretion and toxicity(ADMET)properties were done to determine the potential capacity of drug *** docking study onto the epidermal growth factor(EGF)tyrosine kinase receptor(3POZ)was done for the most active compounds to validate the reliability of in vitro anticancer screenings.

Modeling environmental sensitivity and risk assessment of PAHs in sediments along two marine coastal areas in Egypt

Modeling the environmental sensitivity index(ESI)is vital in the planning and management processes,especially along the coastal *** main objectives of the study were to define the main sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),establish an ESI model,and measure the risk of PAHs on humans and the environment using various *** methodology of the research involved analyzing PAHs according to the EPA 550 methodology in sediments of the coastline in two important coastline areas in Egypt,na.ely the Gulf of Suez and the Mediterranean Sea,modeling the sensitivity of PAHs using ArcGIS 10.5 by integrating different physical,biological,and land use/cover factors,identifying the sources,and performing a risk *** sediment samples were collected from each *** produced sensitivity map could explain the highly sensitive areas along the Mediterranean Sea and Gulf of Suez coastlines(especially areas that were near drains'outlets,industrial sites,and sea ports).The highest mean PAH concentrations were Acenaphthylene and Fluorine in the Mediterranean Sea and Suez Gulf,***'s obvious that the individual PAH concentrations were within the ERL,ERM,and Pel threshold limits,indicating no adverse biological *** ratios of BaA/BaA+Chy,Flu/Flu+Py,and Ant/Ant+Phe gave an indication that most PAH sources were petrogenic(63.64%)and others(36.36%)were from petroleum *** principle component analysis(PCA)indicated a diverse correlation among the isomer ratios and LU/LC *** carcinogenic risk values were in the very low category(may impact the aquatic environment and have impacts on organisms and coral *** it is highly recommended to keep shorelines and seawater free of oil spillage act

By using first-principles calculations we studied the electronic, optical and magnetic properties of ZnO co-doped with Eu and Pm. In this calculation, we used Wien2 k code based on full potential linearized augmented plane waves(FP-LAPW) method with the modified Becke-Johnson(mBJ) approximation. This correction gives good band gap compared to experimental band gap. The introduction of Eu and Pm codoping leads to an increase in the band gap. electrons can transit easily from the valence band to the conduction band, which results in an enhancement of visible light absorption in a wider absorption range. Absorption spectra reach a high value in visible and infrared light regions. With the significance of the obtained results, the studied compounds may potentially find spintronic and optoelectronic applications.

Reliability analysis of earth slopes using hybrid chaotic particle swarm optimization

A numerical procedure for reliability analysis of earth slope based on advanced first-order second-moment method is presented,while soil properties and pore water pressure may be considered as random *** factor of safety and performance function is formulated utilizing a new approach of the Morgenstern and Price *** evaluate the minimum reliability index defined by Hasofer and Lind and corresponding critical probabilistic slip surface,a hybrid algorithm combining chaotic particle swarm optimization and harmony search algorithm called CPSOHS is *** comparison of the results of the presented method,standard particle swarm optimization,and selected other methods employed in previous studies demonstrates the superior successful functioning of the new method by evaluating lower values of reliability index and factor of ***,the presented procedure is applied for sensitivity analysis and the obtained results show the influence of soil strength parameters and probability distribution types of random variables on the reliability index of slopes.

Ion-acoustic waves in plasma of warm ions and isothermal electrons using time-fractional KdV equation

The ion-acoustic solitary wave in collisionless unmagnetized plasma consisting of warm ions-fluid and isothermal electrons is studied using the time fractional KdV equation. The reductive perturbation method has been employed to derive the Korteweg-de Vries equation for small but finite amplitude ion-acoustic wave in warm plasma. The Lagrangian of the time fractional KdV equation is used in a similar form to the Lagrangian of the regular KdV equation with fractional derivative for the time differentiation. The variation of the functional of this Lagrangian leads to the Euler-Lagrange equation that gives the time fractional KdV equation. The variational-iteration method is used to solve the derived time fractional KdV equation. The calculations of the solution are carried out for different values of the time fractional order. These calculations show that the time fractional can be used to modulate the electrostatic potential wave instead of adding a higher order dissipation term to the KdV equation. The results of the present investigation may be applicable to some plasma environments, such as the ionosphere plasma.

Naringenin suppresses NLRP3 inflammasome activation via the mRNA-208a signaling pathway in isoproterenol-induced myocardial infarction

Helicobacter pylori infection has been significantly linked to Peptic Ulcer Disease and Gastric *** fingerprinting may offer a principal way of early diagnosis and to understand the molecular mechanism of ***-induced *** rationale of the study is to explore the underlying distinct metabolic mechanisms of ***-induced PUD and to identify potential biomarkers for disease diagnosis and associated risks using Gas chromatography/mass ***/MS-based analytical method was used to compare metabolic profiles of healthy controls(N=20)and peptic ulcer patients(N=45).Acquired metabolomic data were analyzed by constructing a diagnostic model using principal component analysis and a non-parametric two-tailed paired Wilcoxon analysis to identify disease-specific metabolic biomarkers.A total of 75 low-molecular-weight endogenous metabolites were detected during comparative metabolomic analysis of PUD *** gut tissues,among which 16 metabolites are being proposed to be diagnostic markers of Human *** related to amino acids,carbohydrates,fatty acids,organic acids,and sterol metabolism were significantly revealed during this differential metabolomic *** convincingly suggest that metabolic profiles can contribute immensely in early diagnosis of the disease and understanding molecular mechanisms of disease progression for predicting novel drug targets for prophylactic and anaphylactic measures.

Production,characterization and biological activities of acidic exopolysaccharide from marine Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 3MS 2017

Objective: To evaluate in-vitro antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antitumor abilities against human breast adenocarcinoma(MCF7) and human prostate cancer(PC3) as well as the suppressor effect of bacterial exopolysaccharide(BAEPS) on Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC). Methods: In-vitro antioxidants characters of BAEPS were determined using various methods, while anti-inflammatory activity was estimated against cyclooxygenase(COX-1 and COX-2). In-vitro study, anticancer against MCF7 and PC3 were assessed by the mitochondrial dependent reduction of yellow MTT. In in-vivo study against EAC progression, mice were inoculated with EAC cells and then were orally administered BAEPS at 200 mg/kg after 24 h(equals to 0.10 of determined LD50)/10 d. Results: BAEPS was acidic exopolysaccharide contained uronic acid(12.3%) and sulfate(22.8%) with constitution of glucose, galactose and glucuronic acid in a molar ratio1.6: 1.0: 0.9, respectively, with a molecular mass of 3.76伊104 g/mol. BAEPS appeared potent antioxidant characters as free radical scavenging, oxygen reactive species scavenging and metal chelation, while its reducing power was low. BAEPS showed selective anti-inflammatory activity against COX-2 than COX-1, COX-2 selective. BAEPS exhibited potent and selective effect to breast cell cancer MCF7, the death percentage was 65.20% with IC_(50)=70 μg/m L and IC_(90)=127.40 μg/m L. BAEPS decreased counted viable EAC cells and induced non-viable cells. BAEPS improved all assessed hematological parameters. These improvements were reflected in the increasing median survival time and significant increment(Pmay be due to its content from sulfated groups and uronic acids and they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

This paper examines categories and functions of interactive and interactional textual elements used in the contractual discourse of selling/purchasing 100 shares of the Suez Canal Company in *** exchanged documents between the involved parties,the Egyptian(buyer)and the American(seller),are analyzed using Metadiscourse Analysis(MDA)as an approach to analyzing the textual resources used in the selected *** Theory is also used in conjunction with MDA to allocate the strategic behaviors of the players within the competitive contextual surroundings of the selected *** analysis explains the structural constructions of the correspondences exploring how interactional relations between the participants are linguistically *** analysis of the contract discourse is argued to contribute to econo-linguistics by examining how MDA and Game Theory can be integrated to construe/construct discourses about *** article concludes that metadiscourse resources enable the discourse of contracts to maintain a dialogic interactional language between the seller and the *** interaction assimilates a game where the author and the reader(or players)exchange moves strategically to reach the target ***,it can be argued that integrating MDA and Game Theory benefits econo-linguistics in highlighting hidden agendas and understanding interactive and interactional meanings in the discourse.
