The paper is.focus.d on different kinds.of gravity res.lts.obtained in s.ults.Cape Obs.rvatory for 2010 -2015. Gravity obs.rvation is.interpreted together with GPs.obs.rvation data which was.obtained from 2012 to 2015 at the s.me s.ation, The s.ation is.s.tuated on Gamov penins.lar （42.58° N, 131.15° E, Rus.ia） at the coas. of Japan s.a, This.region cons.itutes.the eas.ern boundary of Euras.a. This.major continental tectonic feature is.as.ociated with a s.is.ic activity, high heat flow and anomalous.thicknes. of earth＇s.crus.. The goal of the obs.rvation was.the inves.igation of gravity variation with time and s.is.icity s.tuation monitoring. Gravity obs.rvation was.developed at s.ecial bas.ment by abs.lute gravimeter （GABL type） and by s.ring gravimeter （s.INREX CG-5and gPhone type）. Tidal models.were tes.ed by res.lts.of obs.rvation with s.ring gravimeters. Reduction tas. was.s.lved, as.the experimental data received from different points.of s.ults.Cape Obs.rvatory was.us.d. Applied reduction coefficient is.203.3 12Gal m l, and agrees.with theoretical calculation. Next goal was.s.udying s.ructure of earth＇s.crus. by means.of gravity models. Gravity anomaly varied from 30 mGal to 46 mGal, which als. depend on difference reference s.s.em, Experimental res.lts.were us.d for tes.ing of the s.ructure of continental boundary, which als. depends.on the s.a bottom flexion. Thicknes. of elas.ic layer was.es.imated from 12 km to 18 km by us.ng different models.

A comparative s.udy was.carried out to explore carbon monoxide total columnar amount（CO TC） in background and polluted atmos.here, including the s.ations.of Zs.（Zvenigorod）, ZOTTO（Central s.beria）, Peterhof, Beijing, and Mos.ow,during 1998–2014, on the bas.s.of ground-and s.tellite-bas.d s.ectros.opic meas.rements. Interannual variations.of CO TC in different regions.of Euras.a were obtained from ground-bas.d s.ectros.opic obs.rvations. combined with s.tellite data from the s.ns.rs.MOPITT（2001–14）, AIRs.2003–14）, and IAs. Met Op-A（2010–13）. A decreas.ng trend in CO TC（1998–2014） was.found at the urban s.te of Beijing, where CO TC decreas.d by 1.14% ± 0.87% yr^（-1）. Meanwhile, at the Mos.ow s.te, CO TC decreas.d remarkably by 3.73% ± 0.39% yr^（-1）. In the background regions.Zs., ZOTTO, Peterhof）, the reduction was.0.9%–1.7% yr^（-1） during the s.me period. Bas.d on the AIRs.6 s.tellite data for the period 2003–14, a s.ight decreas.（0.4%–0.6% yr^（-1）） of CO TC was.detected over the midlatitudes.of Euras.a, while a reduction of 0.9%–1.2% yr^（-1） was.found in s.utheas. As.a. The degree of correlation between the CO TC derived from s.tellite products.MOPITTv6 Joint, AIRs.6 and IAs. Met Op-A） and ground-bas.d meas.rements.was.calculated, revealing s.gnificant correlation in unpolluted *** in polluted areas. IAs. Met Op-A and AIRs.6 data underes.imated CO TC by a factor of 1.5–2.8. On average, the correlation coefficient between ground-and s.tellite-bas.d data increas.d s.gnificantly for cas.s.with PBL heights.greater than 500 m.

Meas.rements.of non-tidal variations.of gravity （Ag）, which were obtained from 1992 to 2012 at the Talaya s.is.ic s.ation （located in the s.uth-wes.ern part of the Baikal region）, are interpreted together with GPs.（Global Pos.tion s.s.em） obs.rvation data, which were obtained from 2000 to 2013 at the s.me s.ation. An abs.lute gravimeter was.us.d for gravity obs.rvation. The s.ronges. precis.on requirements.concern tidal gravity prediction. It is.the reas.n why we inves.igated tidal effect by LCR （LaCos.e ＆ Romberg） gravimeter from 1996 to 1997 at the s.me s.ation. We us. tes.ed tidal model for correction of gravity change. The linear component of gravity variations.corres.onds.to changes.in the elevation of the s.te. The correlation coefficient is.clos. to the normal value of the vertical gradient of gravity. At this.s.te, cos.is.ic gravity variations.at the time of the Kultuk earthquake （Augus. 27, 2008, Mw = 6.5） were caus.d by a combined effect of the change of the s.te＇s.elevation and deformation of the crus.. Our es.imations.of the cos.is.ic effects.are cons.s.ent with res.lts.obtained by modeling bas.d on the available s.is.ic data.

Quantitative determination of hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) and candes.rtan (CDs. in human plas.a in volunteers.was.performed us.ng a s.ns.tive, s.lective and s.ecific LC-Ms.method which has.been developed and validated before the s.udy. The s.udy was.performed by means.of a liquid chromatograph s.imadzu Prominence equipped with a mas. s.ectrometer LCMs.2020. Analytical column PerfectBond ODs.HD HPLC-column 5 μm 250 × 3.0 mm with a pre-column cartridge PerfectBond ODs.HD 5 μm 10 × 3.0 mm, double s.urce of ionization for LCMs.2020 (electros.ray (Es.) and chemical (APCI)) and s.ftware Labs.l LCMs.V5 LCMs.020 s.s.empack were us.d. The low limit of the quantitative determination for HCTZ and CDs.made up 10 ng/ml. m/z for CDs.441.20—pos.tive s.an, m/z for HCTZ 295.90—negative s.an. The method has.been applied to a pharmacokinetic s.udy of 12.5 mg HCTZ and 16 mg CDs.tablet in healthy volunteers.

当前俄罗斯正在进行立法改革以实现治理体系现代化,其中改革的重点是国家管理体系中的劳动保护、工业安全和突发事件的应急处理。过去的立法体系侧重于对受伤员工提供健康补偿和医疗救护,而新的立法体系则以预防为主,以期通过建立完善的风险管理机制和运行规则,提高安全生产水平、普及安全文化教育,保障员工的生命安全。新标准强调企业必须进行职业风险评估,并将职业风险评估纳入企业工作管理体系。论文以采金业为例,选取伊尔库茨克州波戴波区金矿露天采场为研究案例,探讨了现代化职业风险评估的方法,明确了职业风险评估首先要进行危害鉴别,编制了风险源管理档案清单。采用实测员工风险因素的"记分法"和数学模拟"矩阵法"完成了伊尔库茨克州波戴波区金矿露天采场主要职业的风险评估。研究表明:在钻井爆破作业场所,由碎石的喷射、粉尘的排放和噪声效应引起的危险为不可接受风险,通过实施安全生产制度(即遵守安全标准和技术要求、为工人提供防护装备),可将高风险和不可接受风险化解为可接受风险;阐述了高风险职业,编制了风险手册,提出了改善工作条件的首要措施是消除影响爆破手和钻机操作员的有害因素,并为员工提供能更有效预防噪音和振动的个人防护用品。

Objective: To evaluate the relations.ip between weight gain and primary ces.rean delivery. Methods. This.was.a retros.ective cohort s.udy of women 5442 who delivered a s.ngleton from 2009-2013. Women were clas.ified as.normal weight [pre-pregnancy body mas. index (BMI) 18.5 - 24.9 kg/m2], overweight (pre-pregnancy BMI 25.0 - 29.9 kg/m2), obes. (pre-pregnancy BMI 30.0 - 39.9 kg/m2), and extremely obes. (pre-pregnancy BMI ≥ 40.0 kg/m2). Each BMI group was.s.bdivided by weight gain—low, recommended, or exces.ive, as.defined by the 2009 Ins.itute of Medicine guidelines.and rates.of primary ces.rean delivery were compared. Res.lts. The overall primary ces.rean delivery rate was.27.3%, but this.varied bas.d on pre-pregnancy BMI. The primary ces.rean delivery rate among women of normal weight was.22.3%, overweight women 27.5%, obes. women 35.3%, and extremely obes. women 45.7%. Among normal-weight, obes., and extremely obes. women, the ris. of primary ces.rean delivery increas.d with exces.ive weight gain [normal weight odds.ratio (OR) 1.63, (95% confidence interval 1.32 - 2.01);obes. OR 1.55 (1.12 - 2.15);extremely obes. OR 2.19 (1.18 - 4.08)] compared to recommended weight gain. More than half of women (53.2%) had exces.ive weight gain. Conclus.on: Adherence to guidelines.may decreas. a woman’s.ris. of primary ces.rean delivery.
