＜正＞The reproducibility of ultrasonic measurements complicates the interpretation of measurement *** signal from ultrasonic transducers varies for to several reasons,like manufacturing tolerances in a batch,cable length,amplifier properties etc.A known problem that is caused by this effect is the quantitative interpretation of C-scan images from laminates,particularly the porosity present in a *** this type of application,one requires a high level of signal fidelity,or in other words,system independent measurements. Ultrasonic transducers are commonly excited by a short electrical pulse,such that the temporal bandwidth of the transducers determines the shape of the ***,we propose to use an optimized sweep signal,such that after correlation the measured signal has a desired wavelet *** correlation is done with a specially designed correlation signal instead of using the transmitted *** the design process of the sweep and correlation signal,the transfer function of the system,i.e.,transducer and electronics is measured and transformed into a desired response independent of a specific transducer. This approach yields several advantages over conventional excitation,i.e.,it provides higher temporal and spatial resolution,a better signal to noise ratio and allows system independent ultrasonic measurements. The controlled excitation makes it possible to widen the frequency spectrum of a transducer by boosting the signals at frequencies where the transducer has a lower sensitivity.A bandwidth up to 150% is not difficult to achieve with this technique. The length of the sweep determines the signal to noise ratio,the correlation process has the same effect as averaging of signals,only it is much more efficient in *** up to 30 dB can be achieved compared to single pulse excitation.

1984年10月,霍戈文钢铁公司艾莫伊登厂投产了欧洲第一台RH—OB装置。到1985年该设备的处理能力为150万吨/年。安装RH—OB装置的主要原因是可以生产超深冲和镀锌用极低碳钢。在标准情况下,可以在20分钟内获得碳含量低于20ppm的钢。低碳铝镇静钢在一般轻处理时,碳含量在0.08～0.05％范围内的脱碳率为5.10^(-3)％C/分。与传统的氩气搅拌相比较,铝的消耗量从1.4公斤/吨降至0.9公斤/吨,因为在脱氧和添加合金时,300ppm的氧活度较弱。轻处理时温度在12分钟内降低20℃。用碳脱氧与化学法有很大差别,△a。/△C的平均值为0.59(0.30～1.00之间),比化学法1.3有明显降低。此平均值的获得可以归结于钢包渣和氧化炉瘤的再次氧化。当钢水温度低或碳的起始含量太高时进行吹氧。在第一种情况下,吹氧时加铝(用铝加热),使用100公斤铝和65标米~3氧,钢水温度上升10℃(300吨钢水)。此外,RH—OB装置可用于获得结构钢种的性能要求。至于特殊钢,用传统的方法即可获得低氢含量和低夹杂水平。设备内压力减少至1毫巴。添加剂收得率有了提高,耐火材料寿命和石墨棒的寿命都很理想。

Removal of Androgens and Estrogens from Water by Reactive Materials

Nowadays, endocrine disruptor compounds in the water system have become a concern due to the risk of contamination to wild life and humans even at the nanogram level. Excess estrogens and androgens are a major contributor group of endocrine compounds. Statistical surveys have shown that dairy farms contribute to over 90% of the total estrogens in the UK and US. Reporter gene assays (RGAs) is being developed to assess the efficiency of reactive materials to remove target hormonal contaminants from dairy farm wastewater. This study demonstrates that 2 g of reactive materials (granular activated carbon (GAC), zero-valent iron (ZVI) and organoclay) efficiently removed over 50% of 17β-estradiol and 92% Testosterone over a 24 h period from 20 ml of HPLC grade water spiked at a concentration of 1000 ng l-1. Therefore, these materials may be useful adsorbents for the advanced treatment of residual natural hormones in dairy farm wastewater.

嘌呤代谢中的酶腺苷脱氨酶(ADA,EC3.***.4.4) ADA是催化腺苷转化成次黄苷及氨的酶。ADA缺乏引起严重联合免疫缺陷综合征(SCID),导致T和B淋巴细胞功能障碍。编码ADA的基因定于20号染色体,座位cen-qter,ADA呈多态性表达。研究表明红细胞中只存在单体亚单位ADA-1(38KDa),而在其它组织中除游离亚单位(38KDa)外,还发现了蛋白结合亚单位(38KDa+190KDa)及组织特异片段。ADA几乎存在于所有组织中。ADA缺乏症的遗传方式为常染色体隐性遗传,发病率极低,至今仅报道了50例。血清尿酸降低、尿中出现修饰的和/或脱氧腺苷核苷。

Butterfly Diversity on a Southeast Florida Military Base Located within an Urban Matrix

South Florida is a renowned‘hotspot’for rare and endemic taxa,with insects and plants found in few other *** species evolved in Florida’s stochastic climate,adapting to seasonal drought and flooding,hurricanes and high-wind tropical *** human population growth and development increased,and natural ecosystems disappeared,or became increasingly degraded,at-risk taxa now face additional threats,such as urban pesticide use and fragmented remnant *** ability of species to adapt to these changing ecological factors is one of the dynamics that either impacts their fitness to greater survival or drives extirpation or *** are native indicator species that can be used to document environmental conditions affecting many other *** surveys were conducted over 16 months on an active military air reserve base located within a mosaic of densely populated urban,commercial,industrial,residential,and agricultural matrices in Homestead,southeast *** species richness,abundance and diversity were documented,providing valuable base-line data for on-going butterfly monitoring,and the importance of this site’s relatively healthy remnant ecosystems was evidenced by the supporting host plants for 20 migratory butterflies in 40 *** addition,the air reserve base acts as refugia for many rare,endangered,and threatened federal and state-listed plants as well.

参与式治理的创新已经受到广泛的讨论,但其实施却鲜少得到检验。本文试图解释在既有民主制度的背景下,地方政府为什么要采取参与式治理。我们运用2000—2012年1505个瑞士城镇实行微型公众协商(min-publics)的数据库来验证5个关于实施参与式治理的假设。研究发现,瑞士城镇中的微型公众协商是政策导向性的程序,只涉及一小部分市民。实施微型公众协商的城镇是那些没有"城镇大会"传统的地方,它们的公共服务存在增长压力,其特点是政治团体众多,政党和社区纽带强,且公共管理高度专业化。我们的结论是,参与式治理扩张的动力源于在集团利益强大且分裂的不利背景中提高治理水平的需求。
