GA of 37 we.ks in an atte.pt to promote.we.ght ***:Re.rospe.tive.single.ce.te. study including all patie.ts ope.ate. be.we.n 1997 and ***-and multivariable.analysis we.e.use. to analyze.***:143 patie.ts we.e.*** me.ian we.ght was 2.7 Kg and 49(34.3%)we.ghte.e.patie.ts we.e.Risk stratification STAT cate.orie.≥3.114 patie.ts(80%)we.e.ope.ate. without de.ay(usual timing,me.ian age.9 days),whe.e.s 29 patie.ts(20%)e.te.e. a de.aye. strate.y(me.ian age.30 days).In-hospital mortality was 21.7%.By multivariate.analysis,dysmaturity,pre.pe.ative.positive.ve.tilation,post-ope.ative.e.MO re.uire.e.t or re.uscitation,and any re.idual le.ion we.e.pre.ictors of in-hospital ***-hospital mortality in the.usual timing group and the.de.aye. group we.e.21.1%and 24.1%,re.pe.tive.y(p=0.71).In-hospital mortality for ne.nate. ope.ate. prior to 37W-GA(n=10)was 27.3%.Conclusions:Pre.ictors of in-hospital mortality in ne.nate. le.s 3 Kg re.uiring CPB surge.y did not diffe. from those.unve.le. in othe. conte.porary *** data de.onstrate. that a strate.y of de.aying surge.y in se.e.te. patie.ts re.ulte. in similar clinical outcome.

Raman pe.ks of various hydrate. in the.H20-NaCl-CaCl2 syste. have.be.n pre.iously ide.tifie., but a quantitative.re.ationship be.we.n the.Raman pe.ks and XNaCl （i.e.,NaCl/ （NaCl＋CaCl2）） has not be.n e.tablishe., mainly due.to the.difficulty to fre.ze.the.solutions. This proble. was solve. by adding alumina powde. to the.solutions to facilitate.nucle.tion of crystals. Cryoge.ic （-185℃） Raman spe.troscopic studie. of alumina-spice. solutions indicate.that XNaCl is line.rly corre.ate. with the.total pe.k are. fraction of hydrohalite. Capsule. of solutions made.from silica capillary we.e.pre.are. to simulate.fluid inclusions. Most of the.e.artificial fluid inclusions could not be.totally froze. e.e. at te.pe.ature. as low as -185℃, and the.total pe.k are. fraction of hydrohalite.is not corre.ate. line.rly with XNaCI. AIM： To inve.tigate.the.e.fe.t of short-chain fatty acids （SCFAs） on production of prostaglandin e. （PGe.）, cytokine. and che.okine. in human monocyte.. Me.HODS： Human ne.trophils and monocyte. we.e.isolate. from human whole.blood by using 1-Ste. Polymorph and Rose.te.e. Human Monocyte.e.richme.t Cocktail, re.pe.tive.y. Human GPR41 and GPR43 mRNA e.pre.sion was e.amine. by quantitative.re.ltime.polyme.ase.chain re.ction, The.calcium flux assay was use. to e.amine.the.biological activitie. of SCFAs in human ne.trophils and monocyte.. The.e.fe.t of SCFAs on human monocyte. and pe.iphe.al blood mononucle.r ce.ls （PBMC） was studie. by me.suring PGe., cytokine. and che.okine. in the.supe.natant. The.e.fe.t of SCFAs in vivo was e.amine. by intraplantar inje.tion into rat paws. Re.ULTS： Human GPR43 is highly e.pre.se. in human ne.trophils and monocyte.. SCFAs induce.robust calcium flux in human ne.trophils, but not in human monocyte.. In this study, we.show that SCFAs can induce.human monocyte.re.e.se.of PGe. and that this e.fe.t can be.e.hance. in the.pre.e.ce.of lipopolysaccharide.（LPS）. In addition, we.de.onstrate.that PGe. production induce. by SCFA was inhibite. by pe.tussis toxin, sugge.ting the.involve.e.t of a re.e.tor-me.iate. me.hanism. Furthe.more. SCFAs can spe.ifically inhibit constitutive.monocyte.che.otactic prote.n-1 （MCP-1） production and LPS-induce. inte.le.kin-10 （IL-10） production in human monocyte. without affe.ting the.se.re.ion of othe. cytokine. and che.okine. e.amine.. Similar activitie. we.e.obse.ve. in human PBMC for the.re.e.se.of PGe., MCP-1 and IL-10 afte. 5CFA tre.tme.t. In addition, SCFAs inhibit LPS-induce. production of tumor ne.rosis factor-α and inte.fe.on-7 in human PBIVlC.
