QCA with reversible arithmetic and logic unit for nanoelectronics applications

Purpose-In this research work,brief quantum-dot cellular automata(QCA)concepts are discussed through arithmetic and logic *** work is most useful for nanoelectronic applications,VLSI industry mainly depends on this type of fault-tolerant QCA based arithmetic logic unit(ALU)*** ALU design is mainly depending on set instructions and rules;these are maintained through low-power ultra-functional tricks only possible with QCA-based reversible arithmetic and logic unit for *** main objective of this investigation is to design an ultra-low power and ultra-high-speed ALU design with QCA *** following QCA method has been implemented through reversible ***/methodology/approach-QCA logic is the main and critical condition for realizing NANO-scale design that delivers considerably fast integrate module,effective performable computation and is less energy efficiency at the nano-scale(QCA).Processors need an ALU in order to process and calculate *** ALU in QCA technology utilizing reverse logic is the primary objective of this *** are now two sections,*** ALU(RAU),logical(LAU)and arithmetical(RAU).Findings-A reversible 231 multiplexer based on the Fredkin gate(FRG)was developed to allow users to choose between arithmetic and logical *** full adders are also implemented to improve arithmetic operations’*** ALU is built using reversible logic gates that are ***/value-In contrast to earlier research,the suggested reversible multilayeredALU with reversible QCA operation is *** 8-and 16-bit ALU,as well as logical unit functioning,is designed through fewer gates,constant inputs and *** implementation is designed on the Mentor Graphics QCA tool and verifies all functionalities.

An automated retinal disease detection system has long been in exis-tence and it provides a safe,no-contact and cost-effective solution for detecting this *** paper presents a game theory-based dynamic weighted ensem-ble of a feature extraction-based machine learning model and a deep transfer learning model for automatic retinal disease *** feature extraction-based machine learning model uses Gaussian kernel-based fuzzy rough sets for reduction of features,and XGBoost classiﬁer for the classiﬁ*** transfer learning model uses VGG16 or ResNet50 or Inception-ResNet-v2.A novel ensemble classiﬁer based on the game theory approach is proposed for the fusion of the outputs of the transfer learning model and the XGBoost classiﬁer *** ensemble approach signiﬁcantly improves the accuracy of retinal disease pre-diction and results in an excellent performance when compared to the individual deep learning and feature-based models.

Harmonics Mitigation Using MMC Based UPFC and Particle Swarm Optimization

The application of non-linear loads in the power electronic device causes serious harmonic issues in the power system since it has the intrinsic prop-erty of retrieving harmonic current and reactive power from Alternating Current(AC)supply that leads to voltage *** maintain a reliable powerﬂow in the power system,an innovative Uniﬁed Power Flow Converter(UPFC)is uti-lized in this proposed *** conventional series converter is replaced with the Modular Multilevel Converter(MMC)that improves the power handling capability and achieves higher modular level with minimized *** shunt compensator assists in minimizing the voltageﬂuctuations and maximizing the voltage stability under different load *** Direct Quadrature(DQ)theory is utilized in this study to separate the harmonic components by generating reference frame *** Proportional Integral(PI)controller aids in maintain-ing the direct current potential difference in the constant mode whereas the Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)generator helps in delivering optimized output to the *** gain parameters of PI controller are optimized with the aid of employ-ing Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO).The entire work is validated using MATLAB simulink and the obtained outcomes proves that this new UPFC is highly beneﬁcial in minimizing the distortions with reduced Total Harmonic Distortion(THD)of 2.21%.

In recent years,there has been a significant increase in the number of people suffering from eye illnesses,which should be treated as soon as possible in order to avoid *** Fundus images are employed for this purpose,as well as for analysing eye abnormalities and diagnosing eye *** can be recognised as bright lesions in fundus pictures,which can be thefirst indicator of diabetic *** that in mind,the purpose of this work is to create an Integrated Model for Exudate and Diabetic Retinopathy Diagnosis(IM-EDRD)with multi-level *** model uses Support Vector Machine(SVM)-based classification to separate normal and abnormal fundus images at thefirst *** input pictures for SVM are pre-processed with Green Channel Extraction and the retrieved features are based on Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix(GLCM).Furthermore,the presence of Exudate and Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)in fundus images is detected using the Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS)classifier at the second level of *** detection,blood vessel extraction,and Optic Disc(OD)detection are all processed to achieve suitable ***,the second level processing comprises Morphological Component Analysis(MCA)based image enhancement and object segmentation processes,as well as feature extraction for training the ANFIS classifier,to reliably diagnose ***,thefindings reveal that the proposed model surpasses existing models in terms of accuracy,time efficiency,and precision rate with the lowest possible error rate.

Integration of Wind and PV Systems Using Genetic-Assisted Artificial Neural Network

The prominence of Renewable Energy Sources(RES)in the process of power generation is exponentially increased in the recent days since these sources assist in minimizing the environmental contamination.A grid-tied DFIG(Doubly Fed Induction Generator)based WECS(Wind Energy Conversion System)is introduced in this work,in which a Landsman converter is implemented to impro-vise the output voltage of PV without anyﬂuctuations.A novel GA(Genetic Algorithm)assisted ANN(Artiﬁcial Neural Network)is employed for tracking the Maximum power from *** the rotor and grid side controllers,the for-mer is implemented by combining the statorﬂux with d-q reference frame and the latter is realized by the PI *** proposed approach delivers better per-formance in the compensation of real and reactive power along with the DC link voltage *** controlling mechanism is veriﬁed in both MATLAB and experimental bench setupby using an emulated wind turbine for the concurrent control of DC link potential,active and reactive *** source current THD is observed as 1.93%and 2.4%for simulation and hardware implementation respectively.

员工保留率是企业发展的重要指标,其直接关系着企业的稳定性和可持续发展。因此,如何留住核心员工,激励他们不断创新创造,成为企业和组织急需解决的问题。本文采用了问卷调查的方法,收集了重庆8家著名家具销售企业的372名员工的问卷,综合分析了被调查者的封闭式问题答案,并结合分析结果评估了员工保留率的影响因素。问卷调查结果显示,外部因素、内部因素和个人因素均对员工保留率产生重要影响。

This study proposes a novel and more efficient quantum algorithm for portfolio optimization using quantum combinatorial optimization(Qco)techniques.A recent construction developed in 2021 has sparked the field of financial portfolio optimization through the Quantum Walk Optimization Algorithm(QWOA).In this study,we investigated the complexity and efficiency of quantum optimization algorithms with a special interest in *** objective is to minimize investment risk by having a good combination of assets in the *** also focused on reducing the number of iterations while attaining a high-quality resolution through contraction of the solution space to ease *** concept of QwOA was extended by constructing a newly outperforming scheme known as the"Quantum Mix Optimization Algorithm(QMOA)."QMOA algorithm codes were provided for the implementation and simulation of numerical *** addition,the efficiency of QMOA,which is better than the existing QCO algorithms,was *** instance,the least QWOA number of computations required to execute the initial state equation was p>2,whereas this value was p≥2 in the proposed QMOA.

Orthogonal quantification of soluble inducible T-cell costimulator(ICOS)in healthy and diseased human serum

Inducible T-cell costimulator(ICOS),a homodimeric protein expressed on the surface of activated T-cells,is being investigated as a potential therapeutic target to treat various *** studies have reported aberrant increases in the soluble form of ICOS(sICOS)in human serum in disease-state patients,primarily using commercial ELISA ***,results from our in-house immunoassay did not show these aberrant increases,leading us to speculate that commercial sICOS ELISAs may be prone to *** directly tested that hypothesis and found that one widely used commercial kit yields falsepositives and is prone to human anti-mouse antibody *** then analyzed a panel of healthy,cancer,chronic hepatitis C virus,systemic lupus erythematosus,and diffuse cutaneous systemic sclerosis human serum using our in-house immunoassay and reported the measured sICOS concentrations in these *** even well characterized immunoassay methods are prone to non-specific interference,we also developed a novel sICOS LC-MS/MS method to confirm the *** these orthogonal approaches,we show that sICOS is a low abundance soluble protein that cannot be measured above approximately 20 pg/mL in human serum.
