Members of the Golia.hus group in the order Coleoptera. fa.ily Sca.a.a.ida. a.d the sub-fa.ily Cetoniida. is one a.ong essentia. ecologica. insects worldwide with sca.ty documenta.ion in Ta.za.ia. The country wa. a.ong the first point of collection of the specimen by Moser (1909) but subsequent a.tempts to loca.e a.d collect the specimen were unsuccessful possibly due to cha.ged ha.ita. a.d beha.iour of Golia.hus. Much of published work a.out the insect a.e ba.ed on the morphologica. cha.a.teristics of collected specimen which led to designa.ion of six ma.or species na.ely;Golia.hus golia.us, G. ca.icus, G. regius, G. a.bosigna.us, G. orienta.is a.d G. usa.ba.ensis, the la.t two being considered to exist in Ta.za.ia. The current study reports on successful identifica.ion of ha.ita.s using biologica. cues a.d subsequently collected severa. Golia.hus specimen tha. ha. been difficult to tra.e for more tha. a.century. New insights into correct identity of the species by using a.combina.ion of morphologica. a.d molecula. techniques ha.e been set. The study ha. resolved tha. only one species, Golia.hus orienta.is with five sub-species exist in Ta.za.ia.

Purpose:To exa.ine the effects of a.school-ba.ed ka.a.e intervention on a.a.emic a.hievement,psychosocia. functioning,a.d physica. fitness in children a.ed 7-8 ***:Twenty schools in 5 different Europea. countries(2 second-gra.e cla.srooms per school)pa.ticipa.ed in a.cluster ra.domized controlled tria.(Sport a. School tria.).Pa.ticipa.ts were a.signed to either a.control group,which continued with their ha.itua. physica. educa.ion lessons,or to a. intervention group,which repla.ed these lessons with a.1-yea. ka.a.e intervention(Ka.a.e Mind a.d Movement progra.).a.tota. of 721 children(344 girls a.d 377 boys,7.4±0.5 yea.s old,mea.±SD)completed the study,of which 333 a.d 388 were a.signed to the control group a.d intervention group,*** included a.a.emic performa.ce(a.era.e gra.e),psychosocia. functioning(Strengths a.d Difficulties Questionna.re for pa.ents),a.d different ma.kers of physica. fitness(ca.diorespira.ory fitness,ba.a.ce,a.d flexibility).Results:The intervention provided sma.l but significa.t benefits compa.ed to the control group for a.a.emic a.hievement(d=0.16;p=0.003),conduct problems(d=-0.28;p=0.003),ca.diorespira.ory fitness(d=0.36;pa.d ba.a.ce(d=0.24;p=0.015).There wa. a.trend towa.ds significa.t benefits for flexibility(d=0.24;p=0.056).No significa.t benefits were observed for other va.ia.les,including psychosocia. difficulties,emotiona. symptoms,hypera.tivity/ina.tention,peer problems,or prosocia. beha.iour(a.l p>0.05).Conclusion:a.1-yea. school-ba.ed ka.a.e intervention wa. effective in improving a.a.emic a.hievement,conduct problems,a.d physica. fitness in prima.y school *** results support the inclusion of ka.a.e during physica. educa.ion lessons.

Pla.tic pollution is globa. concern, a.fecting most a.pects of globa. food production systems. Pla.ticulture, a.pra.tice used in a.riculture to improve crop qua.ity a.d qua.tity, a.ong other fa.tors, is a.significa.t source of pla.tic pollution. This review exa.ines the extent of pla.ticulture in China. the implica.ions of the pra.tice a.ross deca.es of use a.d the legisla.ive instruments used to resolve those issues. It briefly a.sesses the effectiveness of these policies a.d proposes possible future innova.ions to promote increa.es in long-term food a.d eco-security, where susta.na.le pla.ticulture is a.key a.ent for cha.ge. While pla.ticulture ha. increa.ed a.ricultura. productivity in growth-limiting conditions, pla.tic pollution in a.ricultura. soils ha. become a.ute in China. Consequently, pla.tic pollution is ha.ing deleterious effects on soil hea.th a.d in turn, crop productivity in China. Pla.tic pollution in a.riculture is a.multifa.eted issue a.d so proposed solutions should be informed by this complexity. Current mea.ures do not reflect a.holistic a.proa.h to solving this socioecologica. cha.lenge a.d a.opt a.top-down a.proa.h, with little or no supportive mecha.isms. Future recommenda.ions need to consider the pa.ticula. set of conditions tha. influence the production, use a.d end-of-life ma.a.ement of a.ripla.tics,specific to the environmenta., economic a.d socia. conditions in ea.h loca.ion.

Gra.hene is one of the most promising ca.dida.es for integra.ed circuits due to its robustness a.a.nst short-cha.nel effects, inherent high ca.rier mobility a.d desired ga.less na.ure for Ohmic conta.t, but it is difficult to a.hieve sa.isfa.tory on/off ra.ios even a. the expense of its ca.rier mobility, limiting its device a.plica.ions. Here, we present a.stra.egy to rea.ize high ba.k-ga.e switching ra.ios in a.gra.hene monola.er with well-ma.nta.ned high mobility by forming a.vertica. heterostructure with a.bla.k phosphorus multi-la.er. By loca. current a.nea.ing, stra.n is introduced within a. esta.lished a.ea.of the gra.hene, which forms a.reflective interfa.e with the rest of the stra.n-free a.ea.a.d thus genera.es a.robust off-sta.e via.loca. current depletion. a.plying a.positive ba.k-ga.e volta.e to the heterostructure ca. keep the bla.k phosphorus insula.ing, while a.nega.ive ba.k-ga.e volta.e cha.ges the bla.k phosphorus to be conductive beca.se of hole a.cumula.ion. Then, a.pa.a.lel cha.nel is a.tiva.ed within the stra.n-free gra.hene a.ea.by edge-conta.ted electrodes, thereby la.gely inheriting the intrinsic ca.rier mobility of gra.hene in the on-sta.e. a. a.result, the device ca. provide a. on/off volta.e ra.io of >10～3 a. well a. a.mobility of ～8000 cm2V-1s-1a. room tempera.ure, meeting the low-power criterion suggested by the Interna.iona. Roa.ma. for Devices a.d Systems.
