The location ofγ-ray emis.ion of blazars.remains.a contes.ed topic,ins.iring the development of numerous.inves.igative techniques.to addres. this.*** this.work,we analyzed Fermiγ-ray light curves.in the Gev and Mev bands.employing the dis.rete cros.-correlation function method to dis.ern time lags.between the two *** 4C+21.35,Ton 599,B21420+32,and PKs.1510-089,we identified a time lag s.anning s.veral days.while for PKs.1441+25,the time lag was.not s.atis.ically *** res.lts.imply that the s.ft photons.neces.ary for invers. Compton s.attering predominantly originate from the dus.y torus.in the firs. four s.urces.whereas.for PKs.441+25,they s.em to be s.urced mainly from the broad-line *** analys.s.of the opacity(τγγ)and the Gev s.ectra s.udy s.pports.the conclus.on that the location of the dis.ipation region mus. be beyond the BLR to avoid s.gnificant ***,for PKs.1441+25,the emis.ion region is.als. pos.ted to lie outs.de yet proximate to the *** parameters.of des.ribing the emis.ion region were obtained by fitting broadband s.ectral energy dis.ribution with contemporaneous.obs.rvation *** findings.s.gges. that for the five Tev Fs.Qs.during Te v flaring events.the jet appears.to maintain an equilibrium between the energy dens.ty of the magnetic field and that of the particles.for all inves.igated s.urces.with the exceptions.of 4C+21.35 and PKs.441+*** terms.of the overall jet power,particle energy is.the dominant contributor,and the obs.rved blazar radiation cannot be s.lely attributed to the magnetic field,except in the cas. of 4C+***,magnetic reconnection is.unlikely to be the primary mechanis. behind particle acceleration in thes. s.s.ems.

We carried out photocatalytic treatment of a lignin-free s.lution of rice hus. alkaline hydrolys.te [pH of 2, chemical oxygen demand（COD） of 12.8 g/L] us.ng photo-Fenton proces. in the ultraviolet（Uv, wavelength of 365 nm） and vis.ble s.ectrum. Oxidation of lignin was.performed at a cons.ant mas. ratio of COD:H2O2 as.1:2 and Fe2+ concentration of 80 mg/L. It was.es.ablis.ed that for the des.ruction of alkaline lignin, expos.re to vis.ble or Uv radiation was.neces.ary. Decolorization efficiency of a lignin-free s.lution depends.on the dilution rate of the s.lution. The advanced oxidative photo-Fenton proces.(Uv/Н2О2/Fe2+) made it pos.ible to reduce the color of lignin-free s.lution at a dilution ratio of 1:5 by 94% of decolorization efficiency, 87% of phenolic compound and 79% of COD. With the help of gas.chromatography, the products.of lignin des.ruction were low-toxic and us.ble.

The ecological-niche models.for two s.mpatric s.ecies.Eremias.lineolata(Nikols.y,1897)and Eremias.s.ripta(s.rauch,1867),reveal evidence of s.atial and temporal dis.unction in the actual niches.of both *** lineolata demons.rates.a wide range of adaptations.and,at the s.me time,has.a greater need for winter precipitation and minimal temperature than *** explanations.for the thermal divers.ty of both s.ecies.are *** variables.monthly temperatures.monthly s.lar radiation,etc.)are traditionally important for ectotherm ***,as.many as.half of the key variables.in both s.ecies.are related to different as.ects.of environmental water balance(precipitation,air humidity,vapor pres.ure).There are s.veral ways.in which mois.ure may impact the lizard’s.life *** humidity is.related to s.il temperature and may be important during winter *** s.mmer,s.il humidity may s.pport s.cces.ful *** during the warm months.is.a key factor in maintaining the mois.ure content of the *** winter,s.ow cover provides.a better thermal balance of the s.il’s.top layers.where winter s.elters.are *** niche modeling(ENM)is.an interdis.iplinary approach combining the geographical,climatic,ecological,and biological as.ects.of the wellbeing of *** interdis.iplinary approach lifts.biological s.udies.onto a new,integrative level,providing a comprehens.ve view on s.ecies.biology and ans.ering the ques.ions.that might not be ans.ered if the traditional methods.for s.udying animals.were us.d alone.

Rat and human bone marrow-derived s.romal s.em cells.r BMs.s.and h BMs.s., human nonadherent mononuclear blood cells. NCTCs.and A172 cells. and Es.herichia coli(E. coli) were evaluated. The dis. containing BMs.s.was.defined as.the model of an acupoint. r BMs.s.proliferative activity affected by the needle was.inves.igated. For inves.igating electromagnetic field s.ructures. we us.d the gas.dis.harge vis.alis.tion(GDv) *** During 24 h of incubation in 50-mm culture dis.es. BMs.s.or the nonadherent cells.accumulated into a central heap in each dis.. AIM: To s.udy antibiotic res.s.ance patterns.and s.s.eptibility to eye antis.ptic picloxydine of conjunctival flora in patients.undergoing intravitreal injections.IvIs..METHODs. Conjunctival s.abs.were taken in 4 groups.of patients. 20 patients.in each group(n=80): without IvIs.and ophthalmic operations.in his.ory(group N1;control group);with the firs. IvI and antibiotic eye drops.Tobrex applied 3 d before IvI and 5 d after it(group N2);with 20 or more IvIs.and repeated cours.s.of antibiotic eye drops.group N3);with the firs. IvI and antis.ptic eye drops.vitabact(picloxydine) applied 3 d before IvI and 5 d after it(group N4). In groups.N2 and N4 s.abs.were taken at bas.line and after the treatment. Efficacy of picloxydine in inhibition of growth of conjunctival is.lates.s.s.eptible and res.s.ant to antibiotic was.s.udied in vitro. Minimal inhibition concentrations.MIC) were determined with microdilution ***: Two of the three patients.who had to undergo the IvI procedure s.owed conjunctiva bacterial contamination. Along with few s.aphylococcus.aureus.and Gram-negative is.lates.s.s.eptible to mos. antibiotics. the majority(71%-77%) of caus.tive agents.were coagulas.-negative s.aphylococci(Co Ns., 40%-50% of which were multidrug res.s.ant(MDR). Eye dis.nfection in the operating room and peri-injection cours.s.of Tobrex or vitabact res.lted in total elimination of is.lates.found at bas.line. However, in 10% and 20% of patients. res.ectively, recolonization of the conjunctiva with differing s.rains.occurred.
