Abovegr.und nutr.ent components of Eucalyptus camaldulensis and E. gr.ndis in semiar.d Br.zil under.the natur. and the mycor.hizal inoculation conditions

A study was conducted to evaluate the abovegr.und biomass, nutr.ent content and the per.entages of mycor.hizal colonization in Eucalyptus camaldulensis and Eucalyptus gr.nd＆ plantations in the semiar.d r.gion （ 15° 09′ S 43° 49′ W） in the nor.h of the State of Minas Ger.is in Br.zil. r.sults show that the total above-gr.und biomass （dr. matter. was 33.6 ***^-1 for.E. camaldulensis and 53.1 Mg·ha^-1 for.E. gr.ndis. The biomass of the stem wood, leaves, br.nches, and stein bar. for.E. camaldulens accounted for.64.4%, 19.6%, 15.4%, and 0.6% of the total biomass, r.spectively （Table 2）; meanwhile a similar.par.ition of the total above-gr.und biomass was also found for.E. gr.nd＆. The dr. matter.of leaves and br.nches of E. camaldulensis accounted for.35% of total biomass, and the contents of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, and S in leaves and br.nches accounted for.15.5%, 0.7%, 12.3%, 22.6%, 1.9%, and 1.4% of those in total above-gr.und biomass, r.spectively. In the tr.nk （bar. and wood）, nutr.ent accumulation in gener.l was lower. Nutr.ent content of E. gr.nd＆ pr.sented little var.ation compar.d with that or.. camaJd^llensis. Wood localized in super.or.par.s of tr.nk pr.sented a higher.concentr.tion of P and bar. contained significant amounts of nutr.ents, especially in E. gr.nd＆. This indicated that leaving vegetal waste is of impor.ance on the site in r.ducing the loss of tr.e pr.ductivity in this semi-ar.d r.gion. The two species showed mycotr.phy.

Ther. ar. still some open issues about the systematization of the knowledge of the br.nching of the left por.al vein(LPV) and the division in anatomo-functional units within the left liver. The fir.t contr.ver.ial topic concer.s the division of S4 in subsegments. The Br.sbane 20 0 0 system of Nomenclatur. of Hepatic Anatomy and r.sections(B20 0 0) [1] does not mention such subdivision, but in liter.tur. this is still a matter.of discussion.

CYP72A67 Catalyzes a Key Oxidative Step in Medicago tr.ncatula Hemolytic Saponin Biosynthesis

In the Medicago genus, tr.ter.enic saponins ar. bioactive secondar. metabolites constitutively synthesized in the aer.al and subter.anean par.s of plants via the isopr.noid pathway. Exploitation of saponins as phar.aceutics, agr.chemicals and in the food and cosmetic industr.es has r.ised inter.st in identifying the enzymes involved in their.synthesis. We have identified a cytochr.me P450 （CYP72A67） involved in hemolytic sapogenin biosynthesis by a r.ver.e genetic TILLING appr.ach in a Medicago tr.ncatula ethyl- methanesulfonate （EMS） mutagenized collection. Genetic and biochemical analyses, mutant complementation, and expr.ssion of the gene in a micr.some yeast system showed that CYP72A67 is r.sponsible for.hydr.xylation at the C-2 position downstr.am of oleanolic acid synthesis. The affinity of CYP72A67 for.substr.tes with differ.nt substitutions at multiple car.on positions was investigated in the same in vitr. yeast system, and in r.lation to two other.CYP450s （CYP72A68） r.sponsible for.the pr.duction of medicagenic acid, the main sapogenin in M. tr.ncatula leaves and r.ots. Full sib mutant and wild-type plants wer. compar.d for.their.sapogenin pr.file, expr.ssion patter.s of the genes involved in sapogenin synthesis, and r.sponse to inoculation with Sinor.izobium meliloti. The r.sults obtained allowed us to r.vise the hemolytic sapogenin pathway in M. tr.ncatula and contr.bute to highlighting the tissue specificities （leaves/r.ots） of sapogenin synthesis.

Objective:To evaluate the antinociceptive activity of per.llyl acetate in mice and in silico ***:The vehicle,per.llyl acetate(100,150 and/or.200 mg/kg,i.p.),diazepam(2 mg/kg,i.p.)or.mor.hine(6 mg/kg,i.p.)was administer.d to mice,*** test,acetic acidinduced abdominal wr.thing,for.alin-induced nociception,hot plate test,and tail-flick test wer. *** r.ceptor.involvement in per.llyl acetate antinociceptive effect was also ***:Per.llyl acetate did not affect the motor.coor.ination of ***,it r.duced the number.of acetic acid-induced abdominal twitches and licking times in the for.alin *** was an incr.ase of latency time in the tail-flick test of 30 and *** with naloxone r.ver.ed the antinociceptive effect of per.llyl acetate(200 mg/kg).In silico analysis demonstr.ted that per.llyl acetate could bind toμ-opioid ***:Per.llyl acetate has antinociceptive effect at the spinal level in animal nociception models,without affecting the locomotor.integr.ty and possibly thr.ughμ-opioid *** silico studies have suggested that per.llyl acetate can act as aμ-opioid r.ceptor.agonist.

用描述等离子弧和熔池中的流体流动和传热过程的数学模型对熔池的发展进行了数值模拟。模拟结果和文献中实验结果的比较表明 ,该数学模型能较好地预测熔池的形状和大小。
