本文介绍用非均相沉淀方法制备的纳米ＳｉＣ－ＺｒＯ２（３Ｙ）－Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合粉体经放电等离子超快速烧结得到晶肉型的纳米复相陶瓷；超快速烧结的升温速率为６００／ｍｉｎ；在烧结温度不保温，迅即在３ｍｉｎ内冷却至６００以下．力学性能研究结果表明，在１４５０超快速烧结得到的纳米复相陶瓷的抗弯强度高达１２００ＭＰａ，断裂韧性Ｋ１ｃ为５ＭＰａ·ｍ１／２ＴＥＭ像显示纳米ＳｉＣ颗粒大多分布在Ａｌ２Ｏ３母体晶粒内，也有一些纳米ＳｉＣ颗粒分布在ＺｒＯ２晶粒内．断裂表面的ＳＥＭ像表明，穿晶断裂是其主要的断裂模式，这是所制备的纳米复相陶瓷力学性能大幅提高的主要原因．

Huanglongbing (HLB) or citrus greening is currently the most important citrus disease, caused by the bacterium Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus (CLas). The impossibility of isolating it causes understanding its pathogenic mechanisms to be a complicated task. Recent studies identified 16 proteins with the signal peptide needed to be secreted in the plant and cause the disease. The present study aims to perform a bioinformatic analysis of these proteins with the function prediction approach by gene ontology (GO) and the detection of conserved domains. It was observed that of the 16 proteins analyzed not all are found in different infective strains reported in the literature. The GO analysis allowed us to relate different proteins with the biological process of energy and pathogenic activity, especially CLIBASIA_03315 and CLIBASIA_05115, respectively. The domain analysis allowed the observation of a β-CA domain, tentatively related to the damage caused to the chloroplast and a PAAR domain associated with the T6SS secretory system. Our results provide information on the possible function of potential pathogenicity effectors in Clas.

Introduction: Degeneration of the cervical spine (CDSD) prevalence is nearly 90% by the 7th decade. This is the first research that compares the outcomes between the Anterior Approach (AA) and Posterior Approach (PA) to cervical myelopathy (CM) in the elderly. Materials and Methods: A retrospective observational study of electronic health records at the Hospital Central Sur de Alta Especialidad (HCSAE), PEMEX from January 2010 to May 2020 with patients older than 60 years submitted to cervical surgery. For the analysis we elaborated two groups according to the surgical approach: AA vs PA;we analyzed the trans-operative behavior, the immediate outcome, and after 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Results: As a total of 145 patients, the prevalence of CM in elderly was the 63.8% with a median age of 69 (64 - 75) years. We found statistical differences in strength outcome only in the P3m (p = 0.011), for sensitivity we found major prevalence of affection in the PA group. We didn’t report a significant difference in the Neck Disability Index (NDI) at all measures, but the PA presented a major incapacity. The Nurick scale results were significant in all stages (p . Obscure gastrointestinal bleeding is still a clinical challenge for gastroenterologists. The recent development of novel technologies for the diagnosis and treatment of different bleeding causes has allowed a better management of patients, but it also determines the need of a deeper comprehension of pathophysiology and the analysis of local expertise in order to develop a rational management algorithm. Obscure gastrointestinal bleeding can be divided in occult, when a positive occult blood fecal test is the main manifestation, and overt, when external sings of bleeding are visible. In this paper we are going to focus on overt gastrointestinal bleeding, describing the physiopathology of the most usual causes, analyzing the diagnostic procedures available, from the most classical to the novel ones, and establishing a standard algorithm which can be adapted depending on the local expertise or availability. Finally, we will review the main therapeutic options for this complex and not so uncommon clinical problem.

AIM Evaluate the association between phase angle and the development of hepatic encephalopathy in the longterm follow-up of cirrhotic *** This was a prospective cohort study. Clinical, nutritional and biochemical evaluations were performed. MannWhitney's U and χ2 tests were used as appropriate. Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox proportional Hazards analysis were used to evaluate the prediction and incidence of hepatic *** Two hundred and twenty were included; the most frequent etiology of cirrhosis was hepatitis C infection, 52% of the patients developed hepatic encephalopathy(18.6% covert and 33.3% overt); the main precipitating factors were infections and variceal bleeding. KaplanMeier curves showed a higher proportion of HE in the group with low phase angle(39%) compared to the normal phase angle group(13%)(P = 0.012). Furthermore, creatinine and phase angle remained independently associated to hepatic encephalopathy in the Cox regression multivariate analysis [hazard ratio = 1.80(1.07-3.03)]. CONCLUSION In our cohort of patients low phase angle was associated with an increased incidence of hepatic encephalopathy. Phase angle is a useful nutritional marker that evaluates cachexia and could be used as a part of the integral assessment in patients with cirrhosis.

During the hydrogenation process of vegetable, oils originates isomer with trans fatty acids (TFA). Various investigations have been made to know the effect of TFA on health and it has been reported in the literature that if they are consumed in large proportions increases low density lipoprotein causing an imbalance in cholesterol, which causes cardiovascular problems. As a result, some countries have legislated and regulated the TFA content in foods. The purpose of this work is to study the FA of the butters produced from hydrogenated vegetable oil (MV) and pure cow"s milk (MPV) with and without oxidation by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) spectroscopy. The butters were acquired at a local supermarket and oxidized at 200 oC by 30 min. Infrared Radiation (IR) measurements were carried out in the Attenuated Total Reflectance mode and in the region of 400-4000 cm-1. IR spectra of the two butters with and without oxidation present absorption bands around 968 and 3006 cm-1, which are characteristic of the functional groups trans and cis, respectively. The MV presented a greater intensity; in addition, it was more stable to heat treatment. With FTIR is possible to define precisely the peak associated with the functional group cis.
