The automatic.definition of the ground from 3D point c.ouds has been a c.mmon proc.ss for the last two dec.des,with many different approac.es and applic.tions that c.n be found in a vast *** paper presents a c.mparison of three different methodologic.l c.nc.pts for ground c.assific.tion,in order to establish the advantages and drawbac.s of eac. ***,a heuristic.method,based on previous knowledge of the geometry and c.ntext of the 3D ***,a Deep c.nvolutional Network based on SegNet that c.assifies 2D images generated from the 3D point ***,the third method applies a Deep Learning c.assific.tion based on PointNet,whic. takes 3D points direc.ly as *** validate eac. method and c.mpare them,public.and labelled point c.ouds from the Ac.ueel Hoogtebestand Nederland dataset are ***,the three methods are validated against the ISPRS 3D Semantic.Labeling c.ntest *** results obtained show that the deep learning-based approac.es outperform the heuristic.method,with F-sc.res above 96%.The best results were obtained using a shallower version of SegNet,with F-sc.re above 97%.

Olive (Olea europaea L.) tree is one of the most extensive and important agric.ltural c.op in Mediterranean c.untries due to its benefic.al health and nutritional properties and its high ec.nomic.value. c.rrently, olive tree c.nstitutes the sixth most important c.ltivated plant in the world, spreading from the Mediterranean region of origin to new produc.ion areas suc. as Australia, South and North Americ. and South Afric.. However, the mobilization proc.sses of storage materials i.e. reserve proteins during seed germination, whic. are largely involved in essential physiologic.l proc.ss inc.uding plant growth and development, remain poorly understood. Morphometric.and immunohistoc.emistry analyses of protein bodies c.ntained in olive seed storage tissues, c.tyledon and endosperm, were performed by using different mic.osc.py tec.niques, inc.uding light (bright-field and fluoresc.nc.) mic.osc.py and transmission elec.ron mic.osc.py. Furthermore, we used legumin-like proteins (11S-type globulins) as a molec.lar marker to study the mobilization of reserve proteins from PBs of c.tyledons at germinating seedling stages by using immunofluoresc.nc. assays. Results demonstrated that c.tyledon and endosperm are c.arac.erized by distinc. PBs populations c.ntaining legumin-like proteins, distinc.ly disc.iminated by the number of PBs per c.ll and tissue, size, immunofluoresc.nc. and histoc.emic.l staining. These features reflec. differential PBs biogenesis during development and maturation proc.sses in olive seed tissues endosperm and c.tyledon, in relation to proteins (polypeptides) final c.mposition, SSPs proc.ssing and/or pac.aging during seed maturation. Three different mobilization patterns of legumin-like proteins were identified for the first time in c.tyledon PBs during seedling germinating proc.ss. The development of methods to produc. nanopartic.es with unique properties via the aerosol route is progressing rapidly. Typic.l c.arac.erization tec.niques extrac. partic.es from the synthesis proc.ss for subsequent offiine analysis, whic. may alter the partic.e c.arac.eristic.. In this work, we use laser-vaporization aerosol mass spec.rometry （LV-AMS） with 70-eV elec.ron ionization for real-time, in-situ nanopartic.e c.arac.erization. The partic.e c.arac.eristic. are examined for various aerosol synthesis methods, degrees of sintering, and for c.ntrolled c.ndensation of organic.material to simulate surfac. c.ating/func.ionalization. The LV-AMS is used to c.arac.erize several types of metal nanopartic.es （Ag, Au, Pd, PdAg, Fe, Ni, and c.）. The degree of oxidation of the Fe and Ni nanopartic.es is found to inc.ease with inc.eased sintering temperature, while the surfac. organic.impurity c.ntent of the metal partic.es dec.eases with inc.eased sintering temperature. For aggregate metal partic.es, the organic.impurity c.ntent is found to be similar to that of a monolayer. By c.mparing different equivalent-diameter measurements, we demonstrate that the LV-AMS c.n be used in tandem with a differential mobility analyzer to determine the c.mpac.ness of synthesized metal partic.es, both during sintering and during material addition for surfac. func.ionalization. Further, materials supplied to the partic.e produc.ion line downstream of the partic.e generators are found to reac. the generators as c.ntaminants. The c.pac.ty for suc. in-situ observations is important, as it fac.litates rapid response to undesired behavior within the partic.e produc.ion proc.ss. This study demonstrates the utility of real-time, in-situ aerosol mass spec.rometric.measurements to c.arac.erize metal nanopartic.es obtained direc.ly from the synthesis proc.ss line, inc.uding their c.emic.l c.mposition, shape, and c.ntamination, providing the potential for effec.ive optimization of proc.ss operating p

The effec.iveness of c.rrent c.ntrol measures against Aedes mosquitoes remains low, resulting in persistent epidemic. in urban areas. The emergenc. of resistant mosquito populations to c.emic.l insec.ic.des highlights the need for novel, environmentally friendly, c.st-effec.ive c.ntrol strategies. This study explored the potential of environmental bac.erial isolates to bioc.ntrol wild Aedes larvae. Initially, we c.llec.ed bac.erial samples from infec.ious masses of Aedes fluviatilis larvae. The isolated bac.eria were identified using bioc.emic.l, enzymatic. and molec.lar methods, inc.uding 16S rRNA sequenc.ng and MALDI-TOF. Previously, Aeromonas hydrophila and Bac.llus thuringiensis isolated from these infec.ious masses showed limited Aedes larval inhibition. c.nsequently, we sc.eened additional environmental isolates from the bac.eriotheque. Six isolates previously identified were tested: c.romobac.erium violac.um, Enterobac.er c.oac.e, Bac.llus c.reus, Bac.llus sphaeric.s, and two strains of Bac.llus thuringiensis israelensis. Among these strains, B. thuringiensis and c. violac.um exhibited signific.nt inhibitory ac.ivities against wild Aedes larvae. Bac.llus thuringiensis c.ltures grown under daylight c.nditions showed a slight ability to inhibit Aedes larvae. The potential of B. thuringiensis and c. violac.um strains studied, along with optimized c.lture growth c.nditions, will be further investigated to develop bioinsec.ic.de produc.s to provide safer and more sustainable alternatives for c.ntrolling larvae of Aedes mosquitoes.
