Alveolar echinococcosis(AE)is a lethal parasitic disease caused by Echinococcus multilocularis larvae,and more than 90%of pri-mary AE lesions occur in the *** of the affected individ-uals remain asymptomatic and the disease is often diagnosed at an advanced *** infection may spread to organs adjacent to the liver or distant locations,eventually causing end-stage multi-ple organ *** metastasis of AE is the most fatal with an inci-dence rate of 0.2%[1].

CEO compensation stickiness represents an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of compensation *** study uses CEO career experience data and compensation stickiness data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to investigate the compensation contracts’effectiveness of CEOs with diverse career *** findings are as follows:1)Compensation stickiness is more pronounced for CEOs with diverse career *** to the mechanism test,these CEOs with diverse career experiences can obtain compensation incentives by reducing corporate uncertainty perception and improving total factor *** approach leads to increased compensation stickiness and the effectiveness of compensation *** with diverse career experiences may receive excess compensation by raising agency costs,which intensifies compensation stickiness and weakens the effectiveness of compensation contracts.2)Compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant in companies with lower investor protection,which brings about less effective compensation *** contrast,in companies with higher diversification,the compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant,which delivers more effective compensation *** conclusions deepen the research of CEO compensation contracts and provide a helpful reference for CEO compensation management practices.

BACKGROUND Hepatic alveolar echinococcosis(AE)is most commonly found in retrohepatic inferior vena cava(RHIVC).Ex vivo liver resection and autotransplantation(ELRA)can better realize the radical resection of end-stage hepatic AE with severely compromised hepatocaval confluences,and reconstruction of the affected ***,there is a scarcity of information regarding RHIVC reconstruction in *** To propose reasonable RHICV reconstruction strategies for ex vivo liver resection and *** We retrospectively summarized the clinical data of 114 patients diagnosed with hepatic AE who treated by ELRA in our department.A total of 114 patients were divided into three groups according to the different reconstruction methods of RHIVC:Group A with original RHIVC being repaired and reconstructed(n=64),group B with RHIVC being replaced(n=43),and group C with RHIVC being resected without reconstruction(n=7).The clinical data of patients,including the operation time,anhepatic phase,intraoperative blood loss,complications and postoperative hospital stay,were analyzed and the patients were routinely followed *** normally distributed continuous variables were expressed as means±SD,whereas the abnormally distributed ones were expressed as median and analyzed by analysis of *** curve was plotted by the Kaplan-Meier *** All patients were routinely followed up for a median duration of 52(range,12-125)*** 30 d mortality rate was 7.0%(8/114)and 7 patients died within 90 *** all subjects,the inferior vena cava(IVC)-related complication rates were 17.5%(11/63)in group A and 16.3%(7/43)in group *** stenosis was found in 12 patients(10.5%),whereas thrombus was formed in 6 patients(5.3%).Twenty-two patients had grade III or higher complications,with the complication rates being 17.2%,16.3%,and 57.1%in the three *** average postoperative hospital stay in the three groups was 32.3±19.8,26.7±18.2,and 51.3±29.4 d(P=0.03),re

The presence of alumina agglomerates seriously affects the current efficiency of the aluminum electrolysis *** the dynamic dissolution process of agglomerates is essential to improve the current efficiency of aluminum electrolysis.A mathematical model is proposed to describe the different phenomena from the formation until complete dissolution of *** permeation and solidification processes of cryolite,a semi-analytical mathematical model is developed to formulate the formation,melting and dissolution processes of agglomerates,and the time duration for each stage is *** and heat mass transfer of agglomerates are explored based on the packing theory and mechanism of heat mass transfer in wet porous *** approach is applied to investigate the main factors affecting the dissolution stages and porosity of *** results show that the superheat has a great influence on the formation and melting stage,the diameter of agglomerates can reach 14.93 mm for 200 particles *** density decreases with the increase of agglomerated particle number,which varies in the range of 2.27-2.28 g/cm^(3).The average dissolution rate of agglomerates is about 1.83×10^(-5)-2.95×10^(-5) kg/s within the range of alumina concentration in this study.

Onlineγ-spectrometry systems for inland waters,most of which extract samples in situ and in real time,are able to produce reliable activity concentration measurements for waterborne radionuclides only when they are distributed relatively uniformly and enter into a steady-state diffusion regime in the measurement *** protect residents’health and ensure the safety of the living environment,better timeliness is required for this measurement *** address this issue,this study established a mathematical model of the online waterγ-spectrometry system so that rapid warning and activity estimates can be obtained for water under non-steady-state(NSS)*** addition,the detection efficiency of the detector for radionuclides during the NSS diffusion process was determined by applying the computational fluid dynamics technique in conjunction with Monte Carlo *** this basis,a method was developed that allowed the online waterγ-spectrometry system to provide rapid warning and activity concentration estimates for radionuclides in *** analysis of the NSS-mode measurements of^(40)K radioactive solutions with different activity concentrations determined the optimum warning threshold and measurement time for producing accurate activity concentration estimates for *** experimental results show that the proposed NSS measurement method is able to give warning and yield accurate activity concentration estimates for radionuclides 55.42 and 69.42 min after the entry of a 10 Bq/L^(40)K radioactive solution into the measurement chamber,*** times are much shorter than the 90 min required by the conventional measurement ***,the NSS measurement method allows the measurement system to give rapid(within approximately 15 min)warning when the activity concentrations of some radionuclides reach their respective limits stipulated in the Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality of the WHO,suggesting that this method con

Multi-machine collaboration of agricultural machinery is one of the international frontier and hot research in the field of agricultural equipment. However, the current domestic multi-machine collaborative operation of agricultural machinery is limited to the research of task goal planning and collaborative path optimization in a single production link. In order to achieve the purpose of zero inventory of agricultural materials and precise and efficient production operations, a new technology of agricultural machinery multi-machine collaboration with multi-dimension and full chain was proposed, which takes into account the whole process of agricultural production, as well as agricultural machinery system and external supply chain, storage and transportation chain collaboration. The problems of data collaboration, process collaboration and organization collaboration were analyzed. And the realization conditions of new multi-machine cooperative technology were analyzed. Meanwhile, the zero inventory mode and precise operation mode of agricultural materials under the background of multimachine cooperation of intelligent agricultural machinery were studied. Then, a precise and efficient agricultural production mode based on data-process-organization collaboration was constructed. The results showed that the multi-machine cooperative technology mode of multi-dimensional and full-chain agricultural machinery could greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery, operation quality, land utilization rate and reduce production cost.
