In this paper we focused on the structural,elastic and thermodynamic properties of the B1 phase of LaBi by using the modified TBP model,including the role of *** successfully obtained the phase transition pressure and volume change at different *** addition,elastic constants and bulk modulus of B1 phase of LaBi at different temperatures were *** results were comparable with the previous ones at high temperatures and *** thermodynamical properties of the B1 phase of LaBi were also predicted.

Diabetes is a burning issue in the whole *** is the imbalance between body glucose and *** study of this imbalance is very much needed from a research point of *** this reason,Bergman gave an important model named-Bergman *** the present work,using Caputo-Fabrizio(CF)fractional derivative,we generalize Bergman’s minimal blood glucose-insulin ***,we modify the old model by including one more component known as diet D(t),which is also essential for the blood glucose *** solve the modified modelwith the help of Sumudu transformand fixed-point iteration ***,using the fixed point theorem,we examine the existence and uniqueness of the results along with their numerical and graphical ***,the comparison between the values of parameters obtained by calculating different values of t with experimental data is also ***,we draw the graphs of G(t),X(t),I(t),andD(t)for different values ofτ.It is also clear from the obtained results and their graphical representation that the obtained results of modified Bergman’s minimal model are better than Bergman’s model.

This article discusses short–term forecasting of the novel Corona Virus(COVID-19)data for infected and recovered cases using the ARIMA method for Saudi *** COVID-19 data was obtained from the Worldometer and MOH(Ministry of Health,Saudi Arabia).The data was analyzed for the period from March 2,2020(the first case reported)to June 15,*** ARIMA(2,1,0),we obtained the short forecast up to July 02,*** statistical parameters were tested for the goodness of fit to evaluate the forecasting *** results show that ARIMA(2,1,0)gave a better forecast for the data *** 19 data followed quadratic behavior,and in the long run,it spreads with a high *** is concluded that COVID-19 will follow secondary shock waves,and it is strongly advisable to maintain social distancing with all safety measures as the pandemic situation is not in control.

The axon initial segment(AIS)region is crucial for action potential initiation due to the presence of high-density AIS protein voltage-gated sodium channels(Nav).Nav channels comprise several serine residues responsible for the recruitment of Nav channels into the structure of AIS through interactions with ankyrin-G(AnkG).In this study,a series of computational experiments are performed to understand the role of AIS proteins casein kinase 2 and AnkG on Nav channel recruitment into the *** computational simulation results using Virtual cell software indicate that Nav channels with all serine sites available for phosphorylation bind to AnkG with strong *** the low initial concentration of AnkG and casein kinase 2,the concentration of Nav channels reduces significantly,suggesting the importance of casein kinase 2 and AnkG in the recruitment of Nav channels.

We explore the variable generalized Chaplygin gas(VGCG)model in the theory of matter creation cosmology within the framework of a spatially homogeneous and isotropic flat Friedmann—Lemai tre—Robertson—Walker *** creation cosmology is based on reinterpretation of the energy–momentum tensor in Einstein's field *** creation corresponds to an irreversible energy flow from the gravitational field to the created matter *** variable Chaplygin gas(VCG)is also studied as a particular *** use the Markov chain Monte Carlo method to constrain the free parameters of three models,namely,Lambda-Cold-Dark matter(ΛCDM),VGCG and VCG models with and without matter creation from the latest observational data from baryon acoustic oscillations,cosmic chronometer,type Ia supernovae(Pantheon)including gamma-ray bursts,quasars and the local measurement of H_(0) from R21 *** different combinations of dataset provide a fairly tight constraint on the parameters of theΛCDM,VGCG and VCG *** present values of various cosmological parameters are obtained,which are very close to theΛCDM ***,we perform stability analysis,Bayesian evidence analysis and information criteria analysis for these models through studying the sound speed,Bayes factor,and Akaike information criteria(AIC)and Bayesian information criteria(BIC)selection *** values of sound speed for VGCG and VCG models shows that both the models are *** to AIC,it is observed that VGCG and VCG models with matter creation are supported considerably less by current observations,while BIC shows that these models are not favoured by observational data.

In this paper, uncertainty has been measured in the form of fuzziness which arises due to imprecise boundaries of fuzzy sets. Uncertainty caused due to human’s cognition can be decreased by the use of fuzzy soft sets. There are different approaches to deal with the measurement of uncertainty. The method we proposed uses fuzzified evidence theory to calculate total degree of fuzziness of the parameters. It consists of mainly four *** first part is to measure uncertainties of parameters using fuzzy soft sets and then to modulate the uncertainties calculated. Afterward, the appropriate basic probability assignments with respect to each parameter are produced. In the last, we use Dempster’s rule of combination to fuse independent parameters into integrated one. To validate the proposed method, we perform an experiment and compare our outputs with grey relational analysis method. Also,a medical diagnosis application in reference to COVID-19 has been given to show the effectiveness of advanced method by comparing with other method.

In industrial wireless networks,data transmitted from source to destination are highly *** often leads to the queuing of the data,and poor management of the queued data results in excessive delays,increased energy consumption,and packet ***,a nature-inspired-based Dragonfly Interaction Optimization Algorithm(DMOA)is proposed for optimization of the queue delay in industrial wireless *** term“interaction”herein used is the characterization of the“flying movement”of the dragonfly towards damselflies(female dragonflies)for *** a result,interaction is represented as the flow of transmitted data packets,or traffic,from the source to the base *** includes each and every feature of dragonfly movement as well as awareness of the rival dragonflies,predators,and damselflies for the desired optimization of the queue *** features are juxtaposed as noise and interference,which are further used in the calculation of industrial wireless metrics:latency,error rate(reliability),throughput,energy efficiency,and fairness for the optimization of the queue *** analysis,convergence analysis,the Wilcoxon test,the Friedman test,and the classical as well as the 2014 IEEE Congress of Evolutionary Computation(CEC)on the benchmark functions are also used for the evaluation of DMOA in terms of its robustness and *** results demonstrate the robustness of the proposed algorithm for both classical and benchmarking functions of the IEEE CEC ***,the accuracy and efficacy of DMOA were demonstrated by means of the convergence rate,Wilcoxon testing,and ***,fairness using Jain’s index in queue delay optimization in terms of throughput and latency,along with computational complexity,is also evaluated and compared with other *** results show that DMOA exceeds other bio-inspired optimization algorithms in terms of fairness in queue delay management and average packet *** proposed a

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma(PDAC)is the third leading cause of cancerrelated deaths in the United *** chemotherapeutic regimens such as gemcitabine+nab-paclitaxel and FOLFIRINOX(FOLinic acid,5-Fluroruracil,IRINotecan,and Oxaliplatin)significantly improve patient survival,the prevalence of therapy resistance remains a major roadblock in the success of these *** review discusses the molecular mechanisms that play a crucial role in PDAC therapy resistance and how a better understanding of these mechanisms has shaped clinical trials for pancreatic cancer ***,we have discussed the metabolic alterations and DNA repair mechanisms observed in PDAC and current approaches in targeting these *** discussion also includes the lessons learned following the failure of immunotherapy in PDAC and current approaches underway to improve tumor’s immunological response.
