User profiles representing users’preferences and interests play an important role in many applications of personalized *** the rapid growth of social platforms,there is a critical need for efficient solutions to learn user profiles from the information they shared on social platforms so as to improve the quality of recommendation *** problem of user profile learning is significantly challenging due to difficulty in handling data from multiple sources,in different formats and often associated with *** this paper,we introduce an integrated approach that combines advanced Machine Learning techniques with evidential reasoning based on Dempster-Shafer theory of evidence for user profiling and *** developed methods for user profile learning and multi-criteria collaborative filtering are demonstrated with experimental results and analysis that show the effectiveness and practicality of the integrated approach.A proposal for extending multi-criteria recommendation systems by incorporating user profiles learned from different sources of data into the recommendation process so as to provide better recommendation capabilities is also highlighted.

This study contributes a rich set of quantitative methodologies including a nonparametric approach(Chi-plots and K-plots)as well as copulas(traditional and timevarying with Student’s t-copulas)to the existing literature in terms of determining the dependence structure in ASEAN stock *** on the emerging ASEAN equity returns of six countries from January 2001 to December 2017,we found that Student’s t-copulas under time-varying approach is the most appropriate approach to explain these *** all research return pairs,the dependence between Vietnam and other ASEAN equity indices has the lowest ***,all couples show left-and right-tail dependence by each pair for pre-and postfinancial ***,diversification across these pairs of equity markets from ASEAN is still adequate for international investors,though it might trigger contagion risks.

We have developed aggregation-induced emission （AIE） dye loaded polymer nanoparticles with deep-red emission for siRNA delivery to pancreatic cancer cells. Two US Food and Drug Administration （FDA） approved surfactant polymers, Pluronics F127 and PEGylated phospholipid, were used to prepare the dye-loaded nanoparticle formulations and they can be used as nanovectors for gene silencing of mutant K-ras in pancreatic cancer cells. The successful transfection of siRNA by the developed nanovectors was confirmed by the fluorescent imaging and quantified through flow cytometry. Quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction （PCR） indicates that the expression of the mutant K-ras oncogene from the MiaPaCa-2 pancreatic cancer cells has been successfully suppressed. More importantly, our in vivo toxicity study has revealed that both the nanoparticle formulations are highly biocompatible in BALC/c mice. Overall, our results suggest that the AIE dye-loaded polymer nanoparticle formulations developed here are suitable for gene delivery and have high potential applications in translational medicine research.

越南高平省教育系统人力资源管理的问题与对策

越南党和国家认定教育与培训的发展是首要国策,是促进国家工业化和现代化的基础及动力,同时也是社会和经济发展、经济快速增长与稳定的根本因素。越南高平省离全国经济中心较远,然而有7个口岸,这是推动高平省与外界尤其是中国的经济交流的重要优势。近年来,高平省在经济与社会发展方面取得了巨大的成就,其教育和培训事业的数量和质量发生了巨大变化,初步符合了省内经济和社会发展的需求,以及提高人民的教育和培训水平的需求。但是,高平省的教育,特别是在教师队伍,教学管理人员队伍和后勤服务人员队伍建设方面存在局限性,影响了高平省教育质量的提高。应采取有效措施,加强教师队伍建设,提高高平省的教育质量,从而促进全国教育质量的提高。本研究采用文献法和调查法对越南高平省教育系统人力资源管理的现状进行了比较系统的调查,发现高平省教育系统人力资源管理存在如下问题,并对其进行原因分析:教师队伍尚未能够同步,学科结构失衡(外语教师,美术教师,体育教师数量缺乏)。招聘工作尚未得到适当的重视。实际上仍存在一部分教师与管理干部尚未能够发挥作用,未能满足新时代的教学要求。仍存在一些地方剩余或短缺教师与管理干部队伍的现象。除了国家的政策外,省内尚未建立其他待遇政策,以吸引那些优秀、教学能力强的教师。针对高平省教育系统人力资源管理存在的问题及原因,研究者提出了如下对策:完善高平省教育系统人力资源发展规划,满足经济社会发展的要求。确定教师与管理干部的需求:全省与各级教育。改进高平省教育系统人力资源招募选拔和任用。教师招聘工作需要同步从各师范高等学校的需求确定、招生指标建立步骤,毕业生招聘步骤到各教育单位的分配步骤。为教师与管理干部培养工作不仅限于知识培养而且还要真正注重教学业务水平以及教师学生的技能。改革高平省教育系统人力资源待遇政策,需要为教师和教育干部建立涨薪制度。为业绩优秀的教师干部建立薪资水准及家新机制的特殊薪资制度。

In this study,we investigated warpage and corner lifting minimization for three-dimensional printed parts generated by macro-size fused deposition modeling(FDM).First,the reasons for warpage were theoretically *** approach revealed that the thermal deformation and differential volumetric shrinkage of the extruded molten plastic resulted in warpage of FDM *** addition,low adhesion between the deposited model and the heated or non-heated printing bed may intensify warpage *** a next step,initial small-size and medium-size models were used to identify parameters to manage and minimize warpage in a way that would reduce material consumption and running ***,a macro-size model was built to experimentally investigate and verify the technical solutions to minimize the warpage of FDM *** conclusion,an improved part with reduced warpage was efficiently produced after detailed consideration of thermal effects and adhesion *** exists to widen the application scope of FDM technology in manufacturing for processes like thermoforming that involve mold core fabrication with *** technology,which has applications not only in mechanical engineering but also in related engineering fields,is convenient and could readily be applied to practical manufacturing industries.

Objective:This study aimed to describe the conflict management styles and identify factors affecting the conflict management styles of nurse *** and Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted by interviewing nurse managers with a questionnaire,including the Rahim Organizational Conflict Inventory-II Form B,used to assess an individual’s approach to conflict management across five styles:cooperating,competing,compromising,obliging,and ***:A total of 30 nurse managers participated in this *** mean scores of the cooperating style were the highest at 4.3±0.4,followed by a compromising style at 3.4±0.5,an avoiding style at 3.1±0.6,an accommodating style at 2.9±0.7,and a competing style at 2.8±0.8(χ^(2)=66.624,Phose of master’s degree nurse managers(2.7±0.6)(P=0.036).Nurse managers over 40 years old,holding a managerial position for≥10 years,and frequent conflict handling rated higher mean scores for the cooperating style than their counterparts(P<0.05).Conclusion:The cooperating style was the most commonly used conflict management style among nurse *** affecting the conflict management style were age,education level,and experience in management and conflict *** findings are useful for developing interventions that enhance the competencies of nurse managers in conflict management.

In the context of the debate on the role of cryptocurrencies in the economy as well as their dynamics and forecasting,this brief study analyzes the predictability of Bitcoin volume and returns using Google search *** employed a rich set of established empirical approaches,including a VAR framework,a copulas approach,and non-parametric drawings,to capture a dependence *** a weekly dataset from 2013 to 2017,our key results suggest that the frequency of Google searches leads to positive returns and a surge in Bitcoin trading *** to search values have a positive effect,which persisted for at least a *** findings contribute to the debate on cryptocurrencies/Bitcoins and have profound implications in terms of understanding their dynamics,which are of special interest to investors and economic policymakers.

This paper investigates the impact of economic policy uncertainty(EPU)on the crash risk of US stock market during the COVID-19 *** this end,we use the GARCHS(GARCH with skewness)model to estimate daily skewness as a proxy for the stock market crash *** empirical results show the significantly negative correlation between EPU and stock market crash risk,indicating the aggravation of EPU increase the crash ***,the negative correlation gets stronger after the global COVID-19 outbreak,which shows the crash risk of the US stock market will be more affected by EPU during the epidemic.

Vietnam’s economy has been developing strongly in recent years;however, it is necessary to examine the impact of its economic activities on environmental quality. This study aims to evaluate the relationship between CO2 emissions and economic growth, industrial production, and foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam. The ARDL estimation was used to process the dataset from World Bank. Results showed that economic growth, industrial production, and FDI have an impact on CO2 emissions in the long run in Vietnam. Granger Causality test also indicated that there is a causal relationship between economic growth, industrial production, and CO2 emissions in Vietnam from 1990 to 2018, at 5% statistical significance level. Proposed solutions to reduce CO2 emissions but still promote economic growth toward the green growth orientation and zero carbon target attainment are as follows: 1) reduce the use of fossil energy in industrial manufacturing and replace it by renewable energy sources;2) use modern technology for all production sectors in economy;and 3) develop a legal framework for FDI projects selection and choose foreign investors with modern and low carbon emission technology.
