Given the scientific progresses as well as the invention of new methods in exploration, it is necessary to conduct some re-investigations in several exploration zones. So, in the present research, geochemical data on Tanurjeh exploration zone, (located in Northern Neishaboor, Khorasane Razavi province) is studied by using some modern statistical methods. Fractal methods are appropriated to study and separate the grades societies in deposits. In this article, litho-geochemical analysis results (ICP) are processed by concentration area fractal method (CA). The distribution diagrams related to the statistical populations are drawn, and anomaly populations of Copper, Gold and Molybdenum are determined besides previous studies (petrography and alteration), the results of statistic methods (CA) and aid presence of the porphyry system in depth.

Over the past three decades, neurophysiologists studying the neural circuitry responsible for control of skeletal muscles have developed several different general theories of sensorimotor control. These have usually invoked one or more of the sources of proprioceptive signals (e.g. muscle spindle and Golgi tendon organ afferents) in positive or negative feed-back loops to the homonymous alpha motoneurones. In this paper we consider to analyze the role of posi-tive feedback in combination of negative feedback due to important role of them in stabilizing the neu-romuscular system.

Since the early 1990, significant progress in database technology has provided new platform for emerging new dimensions of data engineering. New models were introduced to utilize the data sets stored in the new generations of databases. These models have a deep impact on evolving decision-support systems. But they suffer a variety of practical problems while accessing real-world data sources. Specifically a type of data storage model based on data distribution theory has been increasingly used in recent years by large-scale enterprises, while it is not compatible with existing decision-support models. This data storage model stores the data in different geographical sites where they are more regularly accessed. This leads to considerably less inter-site data transfer that can reduce data security issues in some circumstances and also significantly improve data manipulation transactions speed. The aim of this paper is to propose a new approach for supporting proactive decision-making that utilizes a workable data source management methodology. The new model can effectively organize and use complex data sources, even when they are distributed in different sites in a fragmented form. At the same time, the new model provides a very high level of intellectual management decision-support by intelligent use of the data collections through utilizing new smart methods in synthesizing useful knowledge. The results of an empirical study to evaluate the model are provided.

In this study, separate absorption, grading, charge, and multiplication (SAGCM) avalanche photodiode (APD) with double heterojunction AlN/AlxGa1-xN/GaN in multiplication region were designed to reduce excess noise using Monte Carlo simulation. The multiplication region was broken to three different regions and tried to enhance localization of the first and second impact ionization events at near the heterojunctions. The excess noise of the proposed structure, for high gains, was 64% smaller than that of the fabricated standard AlGaN-APDs.

BACKGROUND The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has made it more challenging for patients to undergo yttrium-90(Y-90)radioembolization(RE).Same day Y-90 RE provides an opportunity to minimize logistical challenges and infection risk associated with COVID-19,thus improving patient *** To describe the use of same day Y-90 RE with routine single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography(SPECT/CT)in order to optimize *** All patients were selected for Y-90 RE through a multidisciplinary tumor board,and were screened and tested for COVID-19 infection per institutional protocol.A same day procedure was developed,consisting of angiography,imaging,and Y-90 resin particle *** SPECT/CT after technetium-99m macroaggregated albumin(Tc-99m MAA)administration was performed for assessment of arterial supply,personalized dosimetry,and extrahepatic ***-treatment Y-90 bremsstrahlung SPECT/CT was performed for confirmation of particle delivery,by utilization of energy windowing to limit signal from previously administered Tc-99m MAA *** A total of 14 patients underwent same day Y-90 RE between March and June *** lung shunt fraction was 6.13%(range 3.5%-13.1%).Y-90 RE was performed for a single lesion in 7 patients,while the remaining 7 patients had treatment of multifocal *** largest lesion measured 8.3 *** patients tolerated the procedure well and were discharged the same *** Same day Y-90 RE with resin-based microspheres is feasible,and provides an opportunity to mitigate infection risk and logistical challenges associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and *** recommend consideration of SPECT/CT,especially among patients with complex malignancies,for the potential to improve outcomes and eligibility of patients to undergo same day Y-90 RE.

AIM： To assess the possible role of occult HBV infection in the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis in Iranian patients. METHODS： After exclusion of autoimmune, metabolic and viral etiologies, 104 consecutive adult patients with histologic and biochemical features of chronic hepatitis and negative HBsAg were enrolled in the study. Qualitative PCR with a sensitivity of 150 × 10^3 copies/L, using two primers for Pre-S and core regions was applied to measure presence of HBV DNA in serum of the patients. RESULTS： All 104 patients completed the study Qualitative HBV DNA was positive in two patients （1.9%） CONCLUSION： Occult HBV infection has negligible role in the pathogenesis of cryptogenic chronic hepatitis in Iranian patients.

We report on the use of titanium dioxide nanoparticles (NPs) coated with poly-thiophene for the preconcentration of copper and silverions. The NPs were prepared by first modifying the surface of TiO2 NPs with vinyl groups and then copolymerizing them with vinyl thiophen. The resulting TiO2-polythiophene core-shell NPs were characterized by thermogravimetry, differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry and X-ray diffraction. The experimental conditions such as pH value, adsorption and desorption time, type, concentration and volume of the eluent, break through volume, and effect of potentially interfering ions were optimized. The ions were then desorbed with hydrochloric acid and determined by FAAS. The limits of detection are 0.4 and 1.2 μg·L_1 for Cu(II) and Ag(I), respectively, and recoveries and precisions are >98.0%

AIM： To characterize the clinical, serologic and virologic features of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection in Iranian patients with different stages of liver disease.METHODS： Sixty two patients comprising of 12 inactive carriers, 30 chronic hepatitis patients, 13 patients with liver cirrhosis and 7 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） were enrolled in the study. The HBV S, C and basal core promoter （BCP） regions were amplified and sequenced, and the clinical, serologic, phylogenetic and virologic characteristics were investigated.RESULTS： The study group consisted of 16 HBeAgpositive and 46 HBeAg-negative patients. Anti-HBepositive patients were older and had higher levels of ALT, ASL and bilirubin compared to HBeAg-positive patients. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that all patients were infected with genotype D （mostly ayw2）. The G1896A precore （PC） mutant was detected in 58.1% patients. HBeAg-negative patients showed a higher rate of PC mutant compared to HBeAg-positive patients （2,2 = 9.682, P = 0.003）. The majority of patients with HCC were HBeAg-negative and were infected with PC mutant variants. There was no significant difference in the occurrence of BCP mutation between the two groups, while the rate of BCP plus PC mutants was higher in HBeAg-negative patients （2,2 = 4.308, P = 0.04）. In the HBV S region, the genetic variability was low, and the marked substitution was P120T/S, with a rate of 9.7% （n = 6）.CONCLUSION： In conclusion, HBV/D is the predominant genotype in Iran, and the nucleotide variability in the BCP and PC regions may play a role in HBV disease outcome in HBeAg-negative patients.
