This article implements maximum power point tracking(MPPT)based on the improved hill-climbing algorithm for photovoltaic(PV)systems feeding resistive loads.A direct current-to-direct current boost converter is inserted between the PV system and the load to achieve *** converter is managed using MPPT based on the hill-climbing *** objective of this paper is to optimize the code program to achieve the best compromise between accuracy and rapidity by implementing this algorithm using a *** PV systems are tested under identical meteorological *** the first,an improved hill-climbing MPPT controller is used whereas,in the second,the conventional version is *** experimental results obtained show a signifi-cant enhancement in terms of speed for the improved algorithm with a value of 0.4 s for the response time and 3%for the oscillation power;those values remain satisfactory in terms of precision of the algorithm compared with the conventional system studied and the compared algorithm from the literature.

BACKGrOUND Visceral leishmaniasis(VL)is a systemic protozoan infection caused by Leishmania donovani(***)and transmitted by sand flies,causing macrophage invasion in the liver,spleen,and bone *** of VL is currently based on clinical signs,symptoms,and specific in-vitro markers and bone marrow ***,VL's specific hematological and bone marrow manifestation in Sudanese pediatric patients is not well *** To examine the blood and bone marrow characteristics in pediatric patients from Sudan who have *** This is a retrospective hospital-based study with a sample of 107 consecutive Sudanese pediatric *** data focused on hematological and bone marrow *** included only the completed records of the pediatric patients with VL in the Tropical Disease Teaching Hospital in Khartoum,Sudan from the period of 2016 to *** The majority of pediatric patients included in this study are below 5-years-old(n=59,55.2%).Moreover,anemia,thrombocytopenia,and leukopenia were among the prevalent characteristics in the population under *** further analyze the data,we developed a machine learning model using boosted forest algorithms to predict *** parasites load,with a mean accuracy of 0.88 for the training dataset and an accuracy of 0.46,0.50,and 0.74 for mild,moderate,and severe *** parasite load in the validation *** This study shows that the most common bone marrow change among Sudanese VL children was increased chronic inflammatory cells(n=88,82.2%)with present macrophage hemophagocytes(n=103,96.3%).While anemia and thrombocytopenia were the most common hematological *** results will hopefully lead to an early diagnosis and hence better management for Sudanese pediatric patients with suspected VL.

Coronavirus Detection Using Two Step-AS Clustering and Ensemble Neural Network Model

Ovalbumin(OVA)is the major allergenic protein that can induce T helper 2(Th2)-allergic reactions,for which current treatment options are *** this study,we developed a polymerized hypoallergenic OVA product via laccase/caffeic acid(Lac/CA)-catalyzed crosslinking in conjunction with galactomannan(man).The formation of high molecular weight crosslinked polymers and the Ig G-binding were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and Western *** study indicated that Lac/CA-catalyzed crosslinking plus man conjugation substantially altered secondary and tertiary structures of OVA along with the variation in surface *** digestion stability assay indicated that crosslinked OVA exhibited less resistance in simulated gastric fluid(SGF)and simulated intestinal fluid(SIF).Mouse model study indicated that Lac-man/OVA ameliorated eosinophilic airway inflammatory response and efficiently downregulated the expression of Th2-related cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13),and upregulated IFN-γand IL-10 *** of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells with Lac-man/OVA suppressed the expression of phenotypic maturation markers(CD80 and CD86)and MHC class II molecules,and suppressed the expression levels of proinflammatory *** knowledge obtained in the present study offers an effective way to acquire a hypoallergenic OVA product that can have a therapeutic effect in alleviating OVA-induced allergic asthma.
