Introduction: Uroge.ita. fistula.is the.e.iste.ce.of a. a.norma. pa.hwa. be.we.n a.urina.y orga. a.d a.ge.ita. orga.. It is a.public he.0}th proble. be.a.se.of its fre.ue.cy a.d socia. a.pe.t. The.a.m of this study wa. to a.a.yse.the.ma.a.e.e.t of uroge.ita. fistula. by the.uppe. route.a. the.Na.iona. Fistula.Tre.0}me.t Ce.tre.in N’Dja.e.a. Ma.e.ia. a.d Me.hods: This wa. a.10-ye.0} re.rospe.tive.de.criptive.a.d a.a.ytica. study from Ma. 2011 to a.ril 2021. The.re.ords of a.l pa.ie.ts who ha. re.e.ve. fistula.tre.0}me.t during this pe.iod we.e.ide.tifie. a.d a.a.yse.. Re.ults: During the.study pe.iod 2369 pa.ie.ts we.e.ma.a.e. for cure.of uroge.ita. fistula.including 84 by the.uppe. route. i.e. 3.5%. The.me.0} a.e.wa. 28.5 ± 8.13 ye.0}s. Loss of urine.wa. the.most common re.0}on for consulta.ion (71.4%). Primigra.ida.we.e.re.re.e.te. in 50% (n = 42). The.a.e.a.e.ge.ta.iona. a.e.wa. 3.2 ± 2.8 with e.tre.e. of 0 to 9 pre.na.cie.. Obste.ric a.tiology wa. the.most common (92.8%). Ure.e.ova.ina. fistula. we.e.the.most common a.a.omoclinica. type.(36.9%). Ure.e.o-ve.ica. re.mpla.ta.ion wa. the.ma.n surgica. proce.ure.(41.7%). La.e.postope.a.ive.follow-up wa. succe.sful in 85.7% of ca.e.. Conclusion: Uroge.ita. fistula. a.e.common in our pra.tice. The.only wa. to comba. this scourge.is through pre.e.tion through informa.ion, e.uca.ion a.d communica.ion.
