This paper proposes a framework for critical element identification and demolition planning of frame *** quantitative indices considering the severity of the ultimate collapse scenario are proposed using reinforcement learning and graph *** action is defined as removing an element,and the state is described by integrating the joint and element features into a comprehensive feature vector for each *** establishing the policy network,the agent outputs the Q value for each action after observing the *** numerical examples,it is confirmed that the trained agent can provide an accurate estimation of the Q values,and handle problems with different action spaces owing to utilization of graph ***,different behaviors can be learned by varying hyperparameters in the reward *** comparing the proposed method and the conventional sensitivity index-based methods,it is demonstrated that the computational cost is considerably reduced because the reinforcement learning model is trained ***,it is proved that the Q values produced by the reinforcement learning agent can make up for the deficiencies of existing indices,and can be directly used as the quantitative index for the decision-making for determining the most expected collapse scenario,i.e.,the sequence of element removals.

The present study addressed the change in the microstructure of Al-2.5 wt%Fe binary alloy produced using laser powder bed fusion(L-PBF)technique by thermal exposure at 300℃,and the associated mechanical and thermal properties were systematically examined as ***-semi-cylindrical patterns corresponding to melt pools in the microstructure were macroscopically observed for the asmanufactured *** change in the melt-pool morphology was observed after thermal exposure for1000 *** the melt pools,a large number of the nanoscale metastable Al6 Fe phase particles were uniformly distributed inside columnar grains of theα-Al matrix containing concentrated solute Fe in *** sequential formation and coarsening of stableθ-Al13 Fe4 phases were observed upon exposure to a 300℃ environment,but a considerable amount of nano-sized metastable Al6 Fe phases remained even after 1000 ***,the thermal exposure continuously reduced the concentration of solute Fe atoms in theα-Al *** significant grain growth was found inα-Al matrix after 1000 h owing to the pinning effect of the dispersed fine particles on grain boundary *** results demonstrate a sluggish change in microstructural morphologies of the Al-2.5 wt%Fe *** quantified microstructural parameters addressed dominant strengthening contributions by the solid solution of Fe element and Orowan strengthening mechanism by fine Al-Fe intermetallics in the L-PBF-produced *** high strength level was sustained even after being exposed to 300℃ for long *** superior balance of mechanical properties and thermal conductivity can be achieved in the experimental alloys by taking advantage of the various microstructural parameters related to the Al-Fe intermetallic phases andα-Al matrix.

Background Heat stress in laying hens negatively affects egg production and shell quality by disrupting the homeo-stasis of plasma calcium and phosphorus *** the kidney plays an important role in calcium and phos-phorus homeostasis,evidence regarding the effect of heat stress on renal injury in laying hens is yet to be ***,the aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of chronic heat stress on renal damage in hens during laying *** A total of 16 white-leghorn laying hens(32 weeks old)were randomly assigned to two groups(n=8).One group was exposed to chronic heat stress(33°C for 4 weeks),whereas the other group was maintained at 24°*** Chronic heat exposure significantly increased plasma creatinine and decreased plasma albumin levels(P<0.05).Heat exposure also increased renal fibrosis and the transcription levels of fibrosis-related genes(COLA1A1,αSMA,and TGF-β)in the *** results suggest that renal failure and fibrosis were induced by chronic heat exposure in laying *** addition,chronic heat exposure decreased ATP levels and mitochondrial DNA copy number(mtDNA-CN)in renal tissue,suggesting that renal mitochondrial dysfunction occurs under conditions of heat *** mitochondria leak mtDNAs into the cytosol and mtDNA leakage may activate the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS)stimulator of interferon genes(STING)signaling *** results showed that chronic heat exposure activated the cGAS-STING pathway as indicated by increased expression of MDA5,STING,IRF7,MAVS,and NF-κB ***,the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines(IL-12)and chemokines(CCL4 and CCL20)was upregulated in heat-stressed *** These results suggest that chronic heat exposure induces renal fibrosis and mitochondrial damage in laying *** damage by heat stress may activate the mtDNA-cGAS-STING signaling and cause subse-quent inflammation,which contributes to the progression of renal fibrosis and

Predicting the inner displacements of deep vertical shafts during the excavation process has been a difficult task considering the geological,structural,and constructional *** fact,the two-dimensional(2D)analytical solution based on the retaining wall model remains insufficient for understanding the actual behavior during an *** is because the deformation of vertical shafts becomes complicated due to the unexpected arching effect brought about by the three-dimensional(3D)flexible displacements occurring in the excavation *** analytical solutions only considered the limit ***,the present study deals with a 3D soil-structure simulation by considering the displacements of a cylindrical shaft and the mechanical behavior of the surrounding soil as well as the geometry of the cylindrical ***,this mechanical behaviors of the surrounding soil and shaft are controlled by the shaft stiffness;hence,the relationships among the shaft stiffness,mechanical behavior of the surrounding soil(in terms of earth pressure coefficient),and shaft displacement were investigated.A cylindrical model,120 m in depth and 20 m in diameter,was positioned at the center of a sand domain,and each excavation step was performed at an interval depth of 20 m.A 3D finite difference method analysis was applied using the modified Cam-Clay(MCC)model to represent the soil *** a result,the present study provides a new normalized lateral earth pressure theory for excavated shafts by considering the 3D arching effect obtained from parametric studies using various levels of shaft *** a comparison with the analytical solutions of previous studies(Terzaghi,1943a;Prater,1977;Cheng&Hu,2005),it is found that the previous studies underestimated the earth pressure acting on the cylindrical shaft because they did not consider the accurate arching effect.

选择壳寡糖(GT)和复合寡糖(KP)为制剂处理,以大棚常规对照(CG)和清水对照(CK)为对比,分析黄瓜叶片叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、叶绿素荧光参数和超微结构,根系表观形态和根系活力(RV),以及抗氧化酶和内源激素的变化,比较不同类型寡糖制剂对设施黄瓜生长及产量的调控作用。结果表明:与其他处理相比,KP处理能有效促进黄瓜叶片和根系生长,其SPAD、最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)和RV均显著增加4.15%~15.63%、6.49%~20.03%、33.33%~152.63%、10.37%~71.62%和8.51%~171.43%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著提升6.75%~91.49%、3.85%~97.62%和3.00%~28.15%;此外,促使黄瓜生育后期叶片生长素(IAA)含量显著提高5.43%以上,脱落酸(ABA)含量显著降低4.35%~18.63%;黄瓜产量和可溶性糖含量显著增加13.72%和11.52%以上。比较而言,GT处理对黄瓜根冠生长,内源激素和抗氧化酶活性的影响表现出不稳定性,仅坐果期叶片光合生理特性(SPAD、叶绿素荧光参数和叶片超微结构)和RV有所改善。相较于GT处理,KP处理在促进黄瓜根冠生长,调控抗氧化酶活性和内源激素平衡方面具有明显优势。结合相关性分析发现,黄瓜产量与NPQ、RV、SOD和POD活性呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与Fv/Fm显著正相关(P<0.05);且SOD和POD活性均与ABA含量显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上,外源复合寡糖主要通过促进黄瓜根冠协调生长,维持生育后期高光合效率、根系活力和叶片功能结构稳定,调节抗氧化酶活性,促进生长激素和抑制生长激素间的平衡,保障生育后期细胞膜功能稳定,延缓叶片自然衰老,实现黄瓜的提质增产。

Artificial Sweat for Humanoid Finger

To achieve favorable Frictional Tactile Sensation （FTS） for robot and humanoid fingers, this report investigated the effects of human finger sweat on Friction Coefficient （FC） and verified the effectiveness of artificial sweat on FTS tbr a humanoid finger. The results show that the model sweat （salt and urea water faked real sweat） increases the FC of the real finger sliding on the high hygroscopic and rough surface （paper）, whereas on the low hygroscopic and smooth surface （PMMA）, the sweat forms a fluid film and decreases FC, restricting severe finger adhesion. Further, the film formation and capillary adhesion force of sweat were discussed. The experimental results with the artificial sweats （ethanol and water） and humanoid finger （silicone rubber skin with tactile sensors） verifies the effectiveness. The artificial sweat restricts severe adhesion （stick-slip vibration）, and enhances cognitive capability of FTS.
