BACKGROUND Chronic he.atitis C(CHC)is a he.lth burde. with conse.ue.t morbidity and *** biopsy is the.gold standard for e.aluating fibrosis and asse.sing dise.se.se.e.ity and prognostic purpose. *** alte.n-ative. for live. biopsy such as transie.t e.astography(Te.and diffusion-we.ghte. magne.ic re.onance.imaging(DW-MRI)are.critical *** To e.aluate.Te.and DW-MRI as noninvasive.tools for pre.icting live. fibrosis in childre. with *** This prospe.tive.cross-se.tional study initially re.ruite. 100 childre. with CHC virus ***-four childre. comple.e. the.full se. of inve.tigations including live. stiffne.s me.sure.e.t(LSM)using Te.and me.sure.e.t of appare.t diffusion coe.ficie.t(ADC)of the.live. and sple.n using *** biopsie. we.e.e.aluate. for fibrosis using Ishak scoring *** and live. and sple.n ADC we.e.compare. in diffe.e.t fibrosis stage. and corre.ation analysis was pe.forme. with histopathological findings and othe. laboratory *** Most patie.ts had mode.ate.fibrosis(73.5%)while.26.5%had mild *** had se.e.e.fibrosis or *** majority(68.8%)had mild activity,while.only 7.8%had mode.ate.*** score. had a significant dire.t corre.ation with LSM(P=0.008)and we.e.ne.ative.y corre.ate. with both live. and sple.n ADC but with no statistical significance.P=0.086 and P=0.145,re.pe.tive.y).Similarly,histopatho-logical activity corre.ate. significantly with LSM(P=0.002)but not with live. or sple.n ADC(P=0.84 and 0.98 re.pe.tive.y).LSM and live. 越南等发展中国家的道路基础设施建设需要大量天然砂。河砂日益紧缺,其供应量将持续下降。因此,建筑行业必须实施可持续发展战略,将废弃材料与各种可利用资源相结合,以有效应对这一严峻形势。本研究的目的是测试采石场粉尘和海砂混合物的力学性能,并评估其在高速公路路基层中的潜在应用。进行了一系列试验,包括材料的含水率、相对密度、休止角测试和三轴试验,以研究不同配比下混合物的组成。结合Plaxis土工试验中的校准进行了广泛的参数研究,得出了割线模量e.(50)和围压曲线。根据加州承载比CBR对公路路基层所用材料的评估结果,证明海砂和采石场粉尘混合物具有适当性能,可用于公路路基的建设。
