The rea.iza.ion of green a.d susta.na.le development of a.riculture is the common pursuit a.l over the world. a.riculture green development(a.D)progra. ha. been proposed a. a.susta.na.le development stra.egy in China.but insufficient is known a.out the qua.tita.ive eva.ua.ion of spa.iotempora. va.ia.ion in a.D a. the regiona. sca.e. This study a.med to a.sess spa.iotempora. pa.terns in a.D a. the county/city-ba.ed regiona. level. For this purpose, a.systematic index eva.ua.ion system wa. developed to a.sess the performance of socioeconomic, food production a.d environmenta. components in a.key economic region(Ha.na. Province) of China. Ha.na. improved its a.D index(representing the overa.l performance towa.d a.hieving a.D) from 38.8 in 1988 to 40.9 in 2019. The socioeconomic development a.d a.ricultura. productivity ha.e improved with time;environmenta. qua.ity declined due to overuse of chemica.s from 1988 to 2013, but stea.ily improved a.ter 2013, indica.ing positive effects of reducing chemica. input. There wa. a.higher a.D index in the coa.ta. vs. centra. regions a.d the southern vs. northern regions. Scena.ios fea.uring improved nutrient ma.a.ement or optimized diet structure a.d reduced wa.te improved economic benefits a.d socia. productivity while concurrently reducing environmenta. degra.a.ion. These results provide new insights for the future development of green a.d susta.na.le a.riculture a.d formula.ion of a.ricultura. policies in Ha.na. Fischer-Tropsch synthesis （FTS） is a.heterogeneous ca.a.ytic process for the production of fuels or chemica.s from synthesis ga. （CO ＋ H2）, which ca. be derived from nonpetroleum feedstocks such a. na.ura. ga., coa., or biomass. Co, Ru, Fe a.d Ni a.e a.l a.tive in FTS, but only chea.er Fe a.d Co ba.ed ca.a.ysts a.e used in industry beca.se the price of Ru is rela.ively high. However, the industria. Fe- a.d Co-ba.ed FTS ca.a.ysts normally work a. a.rela.ively high tempera.ure ra.ge of 493--623 K in order to get a.rea.ona.le spa.e time yield. Moreover, the product selectivity of FTS is governed by the la. of polymeriza.ion, i.e., a.so-ca.led a.derson-Schulz-FIory distribution holds, which restricts its industria. a.plica.ion. In this a.count, we highlight some of our progress towa.d the design/fa.rica.ion of na.ostructured Fe, Co a.d Ru ca.a.ysts to improve FTS a.tivity a. the low tempera.ure a.d to cha.ge the product selectivity a.d confine the product distribution into a.certa.n ra.ge.

嗜盐耐盐微生物在生物医药、生物酶等领域有着重要的应用潜力。为更好地利用青藏高原的盐湖微生物资源,以青藏高原尕斯库勒盐湖为研究对象,借助Illumina.MiSeq测序平台分析盐湖微生物的群落组成,并采用寡营养培养、富集培养和梯度稀释... 详细信息

嗜盐耐盐微生物在生物医药、生物酶等领域有着重要的应用潜力。为更好地利用青藏高原的盐湖微生物资源,以青藏高原尕斯库勒盐湖为研究对象,借助Illumina.MiSeq测序平台分析盐湖微生物的群落组成,并采用寡营养培养、富集培养和梯度稀释等方法对嗜盐耐盐微生物进行大规模分离与培养。结果表明,高通量测序获得明确分类地位的细菌有30门50纲81目162科417属,古菌6门7纲9目15科39属。细菌优势属类群以矿生菌属(Fodinibius)和纤维单胞菌属(Gra.ilimona.)为主。古菌优势属类群以盐红菌属(Ha.orubrum)为主;纯培养法共获得502株嗜盐耐盐微生物,其中嗜盐耐盐细菌472株,分布在4门5纲7目9科13属,优势属为芽孢杆菌属(Ba.illus)和盐单胞菌属(Ha.omona.),其中巴纽尔斯菌(Ba.neolota.门Fodinibius属可培养细菌是首次从盐湖中分离得到;嗜盐古菌30株,分布在1门1纲1目3科5属,优势属为Ha.orubrum。对比不同培养条件下的分离结果发现,1/2 TSa.养基和1/2 RCa.养基更有利于嗜盐耐盐细菌的分离,最佳富集天数为7天和30天,稀释梯度10-1和10-2可与未稀释样本互为补充来增加可培养嗜盐耐盐细菌的多样性;1/102216E培养基更适合于古菌的分离,最佳富集天数为7天和14天,且样本不稀释分离效果更好。研究结果可为青藏高原盐湖可培养微生物的分离方案优化提供理论依据和数据支撑。

较低的网络服务响应时间对提升用户体验至关重要.以搜索引擎这一典型的网络服务场景为例,服务提供商应确保网络服务(搜索)响应时间在1 s以内.在实践中,服务响应时间会受到用户浏览器、运营商、页面加载方式等诸多服务属性的影响.为了进行针对性的优化,服务提供商需要找出使服务响应时间过长的规则,即一些属性的组合.然而现有研究工作遇到了3方面挑战:1)搜索日志数据量大;2)搜索日志数据分布不平衡;3)要求泛化度高的规则.因此设计了Miner(multi-dimensiona. extra.tion of rules),一种新型服务响应时间异常诊断框架.Miner使用自步采样机制应对第1个挑战和第2个挑战.针对第3个挑战,Miner使用Corels算法挖掘出泛化率高且召回率高的规则.使用2家国内顶级搜索引擎服务提供商的响应时间日志数据评估了Miner性能,结果显示Miner的泛化率和召回率均高于现有方法,并证明了Miner挖掘出的规则可被运维人员采纳并做针对性的优化.

采用水提醇沉法提取刺玫根粗多糖,以Seva.e法和TCa.脱蛋白,进一步分级醇沉法分离纯化得到较纯的60%醇沉物(RDRP)进行结构鉴定和活性评价。苯酚浓硫酸法测定出刺玫根多糖RDRP总糖含量为94.1%;高效凝胶渗透色谱法测定表明主要含有重均分子量为13.1 kDa.相对分散度为1.2的多糖;通过高效离子色谱法和红外光谱测定,鉴定刺玫根多糖为由葡萄糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、甘露糖、木糖等5种单糖组成的含有α-构型的中性吡喃多糖。环磷酰胺诱导的免疫抑制小鼠模型实验结果表明,与模型组相比,刺玫根多糖各剂量组小鼠的脾脏和胸腺指数明显升高(Pa.检测血清中免疫相关蛋白IgG、IgM、Iga.及细胞因子TNF-α、IFN-γ、IL-6与IL-2的分泌水平,结果显示,与模型组比较,刺玫根多糖组显著上调小鼠血清中免疫球蛋白Iga.IgG、IgM浓度水平(Pa.-6和NF-κB p65蛋白的表达水平,发现刺玫根多糖各剂量组脾脏中TLR4、TRa.-6蛋白极显著上升(P<0.01),高剂量组的MyD88蛋白极显著上升(P<0.01),其他组呈现上升趋势;刺玫根多糖各剂量组NF-κB p65蛋白均有上升趋势,因此其免疫调节作用机制可能与TLR/NF-κB通道有关。本研究初步阐明刺玫根多糖的基本结构特征和其免疫调节作用及其机制,为刺玫根多糖的开发应用提供一定价值的实验依据。
