Petrogenesis of an Early Cretaceous Xiabie Co I-type Granite in Southern Qiangtang,Tibet:Evidence from Geochemistry,Geochronology,Rb-Sr,Sm-Nd,Lu-Hf and Pb isotopes

Cretaceous magmatism is widely distributed on both sides of the Bangong-Nujiang suture zone(BNSZ).These rocks record the subduction to closure history of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethys Ocean(BNO)and the collisional history between the Lhasa(LS)and Qiangtang(QT)terranes.The Xiabie Co granite in Nyima County,which located on the southern margin of the QT terrane,Tibet.In this study,whole-rock geochemistry;Rb-Sr,Sm-Nd,and Pb isotopes;and laser ablation inductively coupled mass spectrometry(LA-ICP-MS)zircon U-Pb ages and Lu-Hf isotopes of the Xiabie Co granite in the Nyima area have been studied to constrain its petrogenesis and tectonic setting.Our study can help explain the tectonic evolution of the BNSZ and crust-mantle interaction.Zircon U-Pb dating indicates that the granite was emplaced at ca.120 ma.The granite contains a small amount of hornblende and has high silicon(SiO2=73.97-78.03 wt%),potassium(K_(2)O=4.75-6.53 wt%),and total alkali(K_(2)O+Na_(2)O=7.98-8.98 wt%)contents;low calcium content(CaO=2.33-4.11 wt%);and variable A/CNK(1.00-1.18)and A/NK(1.09-1.22)values.The P_(2)O_(5) content of the granite negatively correlated with the SiO_(2)content.Thus,the Xiabie Co granite is a weakly peraluminous I-type granite belonging to the high-K calcalkaline to Shoshone series.It is enriched in light rare earth elements(LREEs)and relatively depleted in heavy rare earth elements(HREEs),with LREE/HREE ratios of 8.03-16.40 and La_(N)/Yb_(N) ratios of 10.2-27.1.Samples show right-leaning chondrite-normalized rare earth element patterns with pronounced negative Eu anomalies(Eu/Eu*=0.67-0.76).The primitive-mantle-normalized trace element spider diagrams of the samples are right-leaning zigzag curves,showing relative enrichment in large-ion lithophile elements(LILEs,e.g.,Rb,Th,U,and K)and depletion in high-field-strength elements(HFSEs,e.g.,Nb,P,Ti,and Yb)and displaying striking Sr and Ba negative anomalies.The graniteεHf(t)values were positive(2.9-9.9),whereas the whole-rockεNd(t)values were negative(−2.841 to−2.33).The calcul

The Bangong Lake-Nujiang River metallogenic belt is located between the Qiangtang Block and Lhasa Block, and the Duolong ore concentration area is located in the western section of the Bangong Lake-Nujiang River metallogenic belt. Till now, several large and super large copper-gold deposits, such as Duobuza, Bolong, Dibaonamugang, Naruo and Rongna deposits have been discovered in this area, mainly porphyry copper-gold ones.

公交优先战略主要偏重于网络可达性优化,通过提高区域线网密度和站点密度可提升居民出行的便利性,但缺少对公交资源调度及移动性导向考虑。为弥补上述缺陷,首先将公交出行过程分为乘坐、换乘、候车等3个阶段,提出了一种涵盖3个阶段的区域公共交通可达性指标体系及测算方法;使用Pearson相关系数描述可达性指标与移动性水平的关联模式,采用K-means聚类算法划分关联模式,挖掘城市区域差异性和以移动性提升为导向的关键可达性要素;并以杭州市为例对该算法进行了案例分析。研究结果表明:公共交通的高可达性并非会带来移动性水平的必然提升,针对这种非一致性提出了分区域的公交网络发展策略。

针对工业污水含特征污染物、可生化性较差，处理过程存在噪声、臭气等特点，以广东某工业园区地下式工业污水处理厂设计为例，介绍了全地埋式工业污水处理厂的进水水质特征与废水处理工艺和主要设计参数。工业污水经预处理+水解酸化+A2O+高效沉淀+臭氧+BAF工艺处理后，确保出水能稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB 18918-2002）一级A标准。同时污水处理厂采用多种通风除臭措施，保障了操作人员的舒适度。地下式工业污水处理厂的设计不仅可以满足工业废水处理需求，而且也可以缓解用地紧张的压力，减少水厂运行过程中产生的环境风险。

Isolation of Antagonistic Bacteria against Fusarium graminearum and Its Antagonistic Activity

[ Objective] To develop biological control resources of endophytic bacteria in wheat, the bacteria with antagonistic effect against Fusarium graminearum were screened and their antagonistic activity was studied. [ Method] The endophytic bacteria of wheat with antagonistic effect were screened using plate confrontation method; the antagonistic bacteria were identified through physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis; the antagonistic spectrum of antagonistic bacteria was studied using plate confrontation method. [ Result] The antagonistic bacterium XY-3 was isolated from wheat leaves, and was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens according to the physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. [ Conclusion] XY-3 had antagonistic effect against four kinds of common pathogenic fungi, presenting broad spectrum antagonistic activity against plant pathogenic fungi.

Inhibitory Effects of Phenamacril, Tebuconazole and Their Mixtures on Fusarium graminearum in Wheat

Fusarium head blight caused by Fusarium graminearum is one of the most serious diseases in wheat production worldwide, which seriously affects the yield and quality of wheat. Wheat grains carrying the pathogen are poisonous to human and livestock health. With the long-term use of single chemical pesticide, the drug-resistance of F. graminearum is increasing day by day, and mixed agent is one of the effective strategies to improve the efficacy and delay the resistance. The mycelial growth rate method was used to determine the inhibition rates of phenamacril, tebuconazole and their mixtures(1∶1, 1∶3, 1∶5, 1∶7, 3∶1, 5∶1 and 7∶1). The synergistic coefficient(SR) was calculated by Wadley method, and the combined action types of the two agents were evaluated. The results showed that the EC_(50) of tebuconazole was 0.418 28 mg/L, and that of phenamacril was 0.489 8 mg/L; the optimum mixture ratio of phenamacril and tebuconazole was 1 ∶1, with the EC_(50) value of 0.053 74 and the synergistic coefficient of 4.2696, and the control effect of mixed agent was significantly better than that of single agent. It is feasible to control Fusarium head blight by mixing phenamacril and tebuconazole, providing a theoretical basis for development of new compound agents and effective control of Fusarium head blight.

为探究利用电子鼻技术对小麦籽粒中DON含量定量检测的可行性,本研究在25℃和40℃平衡温度下对DON含量不同的80个小麦籽粒样品的顶空气体进行电子鼻检测,并结合由UPLC-MS/MS测得的各样品DON含量进行统计分析,结果发现,除4号和5号传感器外,其余8个传感器的响应值均与样品DON含量具有显著或极显著的相关性,其中1号传感器的响应值及其参数与样品DON含量的相关性最强,表明1号传感器可以作为检测小麦籽粒样品DON含量的关键气体传感器。以1号传感器的参数为主,分别建立了在两平衡温度下样品DON含量的回归模型。对各模型的拟合效果分析发现,在40℃平衡温度下基于X_(17)(1号传感器21~60 s响应值的和)所建一元回归模型最好;在25℃平衡温度下,基于X_(1)(1号传感器20~40 s响应值的平均值)和X_(12)(8号传感器1~5 s响应值的和)所建二元回归模型拟合效果最好,其次为基于X_(1)所建的一元回归模型。该研究可为电子鼻技术在小麦籽粒中DON含量检测中的应用提供理论依据和技术支撑。

Sensitivity of Fusarium graminearum to Carbendazim and Prochloraz

[ Objective] The paper was to understand the resistance of Fusarium graminearum to carbendazim and prochloraz in the main wheat producing areas in Hubei Province. [ Method] Totally 350 F. graminearum strains isolated in 2014 were determined to clear their sensitivity to carbendazim and prochloraz. [ Result] ALl isolates were sensitive to carbendazim and procidoraz in Hubei Province, and carbendazim was still valuable in controlling Fusarium head blight. The control effect of prochloraz was better than that of carbendazim, and the combination of prochloraz and carbendazim at the proportion of 1：7 received the best control effect. [ Conclusion ] Combination of chemical agents will occupy a more and more important position in future prevention and control against Fusarium head blight.

Wheat scab caused by Fusarium graminearum is increasingly severe in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River region. With long-term use of single chemical pesticide,the drug resistance of F. graminearum is growing day by day. In order to reveal the inhibition effect and synergistic effect of prochloraz and tebuconazole and their mixture on F. graminearum,new compound agents for controlling wheat scab were developed. The inhibition effect and synergistic effect of prochloraz and tebuconazole mixed at seven different ratios on F. graminearum were studied. The results showed that the efficiency of the mixture was the best when the proportion of prochloraz and tebuconazole was 1:7; the EC50 was 0.145 36 and the synergistic coefficient was 1.853 9. The results provide a theoretical basis for development of new compound agents and effective control of wheat scab.

Dynamic response of a Q&P steel to high-strain-rate tension

The experimental study on the volume fraction of retained austenite for QP980CR steel under high-strain-rate tension is briefly described. An interrupted tensile split Hopkinson bar （TSHB） is developed to control the elongation of specimens. The QP980CR steel sam- ples recovered from the interrupted TSt-IB tests are investigated using synchrotron X-ray diffraction （XRD） to analyze the effects of strain and strain rate on the martensitic trans- formation of retained austenite. A constitutive model of QP980CR steel coupling with the transformation-induced plasticity （TRIP） effect is presented based on Delannay＇s mean-field modeling. The stress-strain curves of quasi-static and dynamic tensile tests for QP980CR steel are compared with the results predicted by the presented constitutive model. The dif- fuse necking of QP980CR steel sheet specimens in TSHB tests is analyzed using Batra and Vv＇ei＇s instability criterion and the presented constitutive model. The effects of strain rate and temperature on the dynamic tensile fracture strain of QP980CR steel are also given.
