This research paper aims to perform dynamics analysis,3E assessment including energy,exergy,exergoeconomic,and the multiobjective evolutionary optimization on a novel solar Li-Br absorption refrigeration *** research is time-dependent,owing to solar radiation variability during different ***,all the necessary thermodynamic,energy,and exergy equations are applied *** is followed by the thermoeconomic analysis,which takes place after defining the designing variables during the thermoeconomic optimization process and is presented together with the economic relations of the system and its thermoeconomic ***,the sensitivity analysis is undertaken,the source of system inefficiency is determined,the multi-objective evolutionary optimization of the whole system is carried out,and the optimal values are compared with the primary *** Equation Solver(EES)software has been used to accomplish comprehensive *** part of the validation process,the results of the research are compared with those published previously and are found to be relatively consistent.

Recrystallization and mechanical properties of WE43 magnesium alloy processed via cyclic expansion extrusion

In this study, cyclic expansion extrusion（CEE）, as a relatively new severe plastic deformation（SPD） process, is applied to a rare earth（RE） containing Mg alloy WE43. The effects of the processing temperature and the number of passes are also investigated. The results showed that dynamic recrystallization（DRX） occurred after CEE processing at 400°C, and a bimodal structure with ultrafine DRXed grains surrounded the unrecrystallized grains. However, the DRX at 330°C was retarded because of the existence of RE elements. The tensile tests showed that a simultaneous increase in the strength and the ductility of WE43 is obtained after CEE processing at 400°C via two passes. Furthermore, the highest ultimate tensile strength of 440 MPa was achieved after the second pass of CEE at 330°C, and the highest ductility of 21% was attained after the second pass of CEE at 400°C. The microhardness measurements showed that the hardness increased from HV 80 to HV 114 and HV 98 after two passes of CEE processing at 330 and 400°C, respectively. In conclusion, increasing the processing passes could increase the mechanical properties and the volume fraction of the recrystallized grains. Moreover, increasing the temperature reduced the strength and the microhardness even if the elongation increased.

Analysis of shock wave reflection from fixed and moving boundaries using a stabilized particle method

In the present paper, the efficiency of an enhanced formulation of the stabilized corrective smoothed particle method （CSPM） for simulation of shock wave propagation and reflection from fixed and moving solid boundaries in compressible fluids is investigated. The Lagrangian nature and its accuracy for imposing the boundary conditions are the two main reasons for adoption of CSPM. The governing equations are further modified for imposition of moving solid boundary conditions. In addition to the traditional artificial viscosity, which can remove numerically induced abnormal jumps in the field values, a velocity field smoothing technique is introduced as an efficient method for stabilizing the solution. The method has been implemented for one- and two-dimensional shock wave propagation and reflection from fixed and moving boundaries and the results have been compared with other available solutions. The method has also been adopted for simulation of shock wave propagation and reflection from infinite and finite solid boundaries.

Advanced optimization of gas turbine aero-engine transient performance using linkage-learning genetic algorithm:PartⅡ,optimization in flight mission and controller gains correlation development

Maximum entropy based finite element analysis of porous media

The maximum entropy theory has been used in a wide variety of physical, mathematical and engineering applications in the past few years. However, its application in numerical methods, especially in developing new shape functions, has attracted much interest in recent years. These shape functions possess the potential for performing better than the conventional basis functions in problems with randomly generated coarse meshes. In this paper, the maximum entropy theory is adopted to spatially discretize the defonnation variable of the governing coupled equations of porous media. This is in line with the well-known fact that higher-order shape functions can provide more stable solutions in porous problems. Some of the benchmark problems in deformable porous media are solved with the developed approach and the results are compared with available references.

Single-step transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy in high myopia：qualitative and quantitative visual functions

AIM：To investigate quantitative and qualitative optical outcomes of single-step transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy（Trans PRK）in high ***：In a prospective interventional case-series,30 eyes with high myopia（-6.00 to-8.75 D）with（up to-3.00 D）or without astigmatism were enrolled from Bina Eye Hospital,Tehran,Iran. One-step Trans PRK was performed with aberration-free aspherical optimized profile and SCHWIND AMARIS 500 laser. One-year follow-up results for refraction,visual acuities,vector analysis,ocular wavefront（OWF）and corneal wave-front（CWF）higher order aberrations（HOA）,contrast sensitivity（CS）,and postoperative haze were ***：After the surgery,both photopic and mesopic CSs significantly improved（both P〈0.001）. We detected significant induction of OWF coma and trefoil（P〈0.001 for both）HOAs; CWF coma（P=0.002）,spherical（P〈0.001）,and tetrafoil（P=0.003）HOAs in 6 mm analysis diameter; and CWF trefoil（P=0.04）HOA in 4 mm analysis diameter. The range of mean induction observed for various HOAs was0.005-0.11 μm. The 86.7% of eyes reached an uncorrected distance visual acuity of 20/20 or better; 96.7% of eyes were within ±0.5 D of targeted spherical refraction. In vector analysis,mean correction index value was 1.03 and mean index of success was 0.22. By 12mo after the operation,no eye lost any number of corrected distancevisual acuity lines. We detected no corneal haze greater than 1~＋ throughout the ***：Our findings show promising effects of single-step Trans PRK on quality of vision in high myopic eyes. It also improves refraction and visual acuity.

A survey of instantaneous poles for a class of two-degree-of- freedom spherical mechanisms

This paper is a detailed exploration of instantaneous poles for a class of two-degree-of-freedom （two-DOF） spherical mechanisms （SMs） with seven links or bars. For two-DOF SMs, the secondary instantaneous poles （the ones which cannot be found by direct inspection） must lie on the specified great circles. For many of these mechanisms, however, some of these great circles cannot be obtained by a direct application of Aronhold-Kennedy theorem. This paper presents geome- trical and analytical techniques to locate these unknown great circles for three topologies of seven-bar two-DOF SMs.
