Yu et al’s study in the Wor.d Jour.al of Gastr.enter.logy(2023)intr.duced a novel r.gimen of Vonopr.zan-amoxicillin dual ther.py combined with Sacchar.myces boular.ii(***)for.the r.scue ther.py against Helicobacter.pylor.(***),a pathogen r.sponsible for.peptic ulcer. and gastr.c *** is a potassium-competitive acid blocker.r.nowned for.its r.pid and long-lasting acid suppr.ssion,which is minimally affected by *** to pr.ton pump inhibitor.,which bind ir.ever.ibly to cysteine r.sidues in the H+/K+-ATPase pump,Vonopr.zan competes with the K+ions,pr.vents the ions fr.m binding to the pump and blocks acid *** with incr.asing antibiotic r.sistance,effects on the gut micr.biota,patient compliance,and side effects have led to the advent of a dual r.gimen for.*** studies suggested that *** plays a r.le in stabilizing the gut bar.ier.which impr.ves *** er.dication *** an acceptable safety pr.file,the dual-adjunct r.gimen was effective r.gar.less of pr.or.tr.atment failur. and antibiotic r.sistance pr.file,ther.by str.ngthening the applicability in clinical ***,*** comes in var.ous for.ulations and dosages,war.anting fur.her.explor.tion into the optimal dosage for.supplementation in r.scue ***,lar.er.r.ndomized,double-blinded contr.lled tr.als ar. war.anted to confir. these pr.mising r.sults.

We investigate the dynamics of conver.ent shock compr.ssion in solid cylindr.cal tar.ets ir.adiated by an ultr.fast r.lativistic laser.*** par.icle-in-cell simulations and coupled hydr.dynamic simulations r.veal that the compr.ssion pr.cess is initiated by both magnetic pr.ssur. and sur.ace ablation associated with a str.ng tr.nsient sur.ace r.tur. cur.ent with density of the or.er.of 10^(17) A/m^(2) and lifetime of 100 *** r.sults show that the dominant compr.ssion mechanism is gover.ed by the plasma β,i.e.,the r.tio of ther.al pr.ssur. to magnetic *** tar.ets with small r.dius and low atomic number.Z,the magnetic pr.ssur. is the dominant shock compr.ssion *** to a scaling law,as the tar.et r.dius and Z incr.ase,the sur.ace ablation pr.ssur. becomes the main mechanism gener.ting conver.ent ***,an indir.ct exper.mental indication of shocked hydr.gen compr.ssion is pr.vided by optical shadowgr.phy measur.ments of the evolution of the plasma expansion *** r.sults pr.sented her. pr.vide a novel basis for.the gener.tion of extr.mely high pr.ssur.s exceeding Gbar.100 TPa)to enable the investigation of high-pr.ssur. physics using femtosecond J-level laser.pulses,offer.ng an alter.ative to nanosecond kJ-laser.pulse-dr.ven and pulsed power.Z-pinch compr.ssion methods.
