Stable trajectory planning and energyefficience control allocation of lane change maneuver for autonomous electric vehicle

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to investigate problems in performing stable lane changes and toﬁnd a solution to reduce energy consumption of autonomous electric ***/methodology/approach–An optimization algorithm,model predictive control(MPC)and Karush–Kuhn–Tucker(KKT)conditions are adopted to resolve the problems of obtaining optimal lane time,tracking dynamic reference and energy-efﬁcient *** this paper,the dynamic constraints of vehicles during lane change areﬁrst established based on the longitudinal and lateral force coupling characteristics and the nominal reference ***,by optimizing the lane change time,the yaw rate and lateral acceleration that connect with the lane change time are ***,to assure the dynamic properties of autonomous vehicles,the real system inputs under the restraints are obtained by using the MPC *** on the gained inputs and the efﬁcient map of brushless direct-current in-wheel motors(BLDC IWMs),the nonlinear cost function which combines vehicle dynamic and energy consumption is given and the KKT-based method is ***–The effectiveness of the proposed control system is veriﬁed by numerical ***,the proposed control system can successfully achieve stable trajectory planning,which means that the yaw rate and longitudinal and lateral acceleration of vehicle are within stability boundaries,which accomplishes accurate tracking control and decreases obvious energy ***/value–This paper proposes a solution to simultaneously satisfy stable lane change maneuvering and reduction of energy consumption for autonomous electric *** from previous path planning researches in which only the geometric constraints are involved,this paper considers vehicle dynamics,and stability boundaries are established in path planning to ensure the feasibility of the generated reference path.

A new series of 1, 2, 4-triazine derivatives possessing indole nucleus were synthesized with an aim to explore their effect on in vitro growth of microorganisms causing microbial infection. In vitro antimicrobial activity was performed against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, P. mirabilis and E. coli using disk diffusion method. The MIC was detected using the double dilution method. The results were compared by calculating percent inhibition area/mg of the compounds with the standard drug ＂Ciprofloxacin＂.Selected compounds were evaluated for toxic effects using human hepatocellular carcinoma（HepG2） cell line by MTT-assay. Results revealed that some compounds of the series were found to exhibit better activity with less toxicity than Ciprofloxacin

Diabetic Retinopathy(DR)is a common complication of diabetes mellitus that causes lesions on the retina that affect *** detection of DR can lead to irreversible *** manual diagnosis process of DR retina fundus images by ophthalmologists is time consuming and ***,Classical Transfer learning models are extensively used for computer aided detection of DR;however,their maintenance costs limits detection performance ***,Quantum Transfer learning is a better option to address this problem in an optimized *** significance of Hybrid quantum transfer learning approach includes that it performs ***,our proposed methodology aims to detect DR using a hybrid quantum transfer learning *** build our model we extract the APTOS 2019 Blindness Detection dataset from Kaggle and used inception-V3 pre-trained classical neural network for feature extraction and Variational Quantum classifier for stratification and trained our model on Penny Lane default device,IBM Qiskit BasicAer device and Google Cirq Simulator *** models are built based on PyTorch machine learning *** bring about a contrast performance rate between classical and quantum *** proposed model achieves an accuracy of 93%–96%on the quantum hybrid model and 85%accuracy rate on the classical ***,quantum computing can harness quantum machine learning to do work with power and efficiency that is not possible for classical computers.

PCR Targeting of Antibiotic Resistant Bacteria in Public Drinking Water of Lahore Metropolitan,Pakistan

Objective To investigate the prevalence of kanamycin （kan） and ampicillin （amp） resistant bacteria in public drinking water. Methods Bacteria containing kan and amp resistant genes were amplified by PCR and further characterized by colony hybridization and transformation studies. The genus of kan and amp resistant bacteria was determined with standard methods. Results Among the 625 drinking water samples, 400 contained kan and amp resistant bacteria and the percentage was 42.5% and 57.5%, respectively, which was further confirmed by the amplification of a 810 bp kan resistant gene and a 850 bp amp resistant gene. Of the 170 kan resistant bacteria, 90 were Gram negative and 80 were Gram positive. Of the 230 amp resistant bacteria, 160 were Gram negative while 70 were Gram positive. Salmonella, Shigella, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and *** were detected as 13%, 11%, 17%, 30%, and 29%, respectively. Bacterial strain DH5α transformed with plasmids isolated from kan and amp resistant bacteria confirmed that the antibiotic resistant genes were mediated by plasmids. Conclusion Drinking water is contaminated with kan and amp resistant bacteria due to poor sanitary conditions.

BACKGROUND:Pancreatic tumors located in the neck region usually require pancreaticoduodenectomy or *** small benign tumors enucleation is not usually feasible due to their size and localization;then pancreatectomy is often *** pancreatectomy consists of a limited resection of the midportion of the pancreas and can be offered in benign and low-grade malignant tumors of the neck of the *** study aimed to evaluate whether central pancreatectomy has a place in pancreatic surgery. METHODS:In this study,which covered a period of 14 months,we performed central pancreatectomy in four selected *** evaluation and operative frozen section biopsy in indicated cases allowed proper selection for the *** details,complications and follow-up were recorded. RESULTS:Four patients,two with serous cystadenoma,and one with an islet cell tumor,and one with a hydatid cyst, were identified for the *** mean tumor size was 3 cm,the mean operative time was 217.5 minutes,and the mean blood loss was 382.5 *** was no morbidity or mortality in this *** endocrine or exocrine deficiency was observed in any patient during a mean follow-up of 22.7 months. CONCLUSIONS:Central pancreatectomy is a procedure that offers excellent results in benign and low-grade malignant *** preserves functional elements(endocrine and exocrine)of the pancreas and also eliminates the infective and hematological effects of ***,central pancreatectomy should be included in the armamentarium of pancreatic surgery,and in order to obtain good results,proper indications and adequate experience are recommended.

1, 3, 4-Oxadiazole derivatives(4 a–5 f) were previously synthesized to investigate their anticancer ***, studies relating to their antioxidant potential and signal transducer and activator of transcription(STAT) inhibition have not been performed. We investigated previously synthesized 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole derivatives(4 a–5 f) for various radical scavenging properties using several in vitro antioxidant assays and also for direct inhibition of STAT3 through molecular docking. The data obtained from various antioxidant assays such as 2, 2,-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH), nitric oxide, hydrogen peroxide, and superoxide anion radical revealed that among all the derivatives, compound 5 e displayed high antioxidant activities than the standard antioxidant L-ascorbic acid. Additionally, the total reduction assay and antioxidant capacity assay further confirmed the antioxidant potential of compound 5 e. Furthermore, the molecular docking studies performed for all derivatives along with the standard inhibitor STX-0119 showed that binding energy released in direct binding with the SH2 domain of STAT3 was the highest for compound 5 e(-9.91 kcal/mol).Through virtual screening, compound 5 e was found to exhibit optimum competency in inhibiting STAT3 activity. Compound 5 e decreased the activation of STAT3 as observed with Western blot. In brief, compound5 e was identified as a potent antioxidant agent and STAT3 inhibitor and effective agent for cancer treatment.

This paper aims to introduce the novel concept of the bipolar picture fuzzy set(BPFS)as a hybrid structure of bipolar fuzzy set(BFS)and picture fuzzy set(PFS).BPFS is a new kind of fuzzy sets to deal with bipolarity(both positive and negative aspects)to each membership degree(belonging-ness),neutral membership(not decided),and non-membership degree(refusal).In this article,some basic properties of bipolar picture fuzzy sets(BPFSs)and their fundamental operations are *** score function,accuracy function and certainty function are suggested to discuss the comparability of bipolar picture fuzzy numbers(BPFNs).Additionally,the concept of new distance measures of BPFSs is presented to discuss geometrical properties of *** the context of BPFSs,certain aggregation operators(AOs)named as“bipolar picture fuzzy weighted geometric(BPFWG)operator,bipolar picture fuzzy ordered weighted geometric(BPFOWG)operator and bipolar picture fuzzy hybrid geometric(BPFHG)operator”are defined for information aggregation of *** on the proposed AOs,a new multicriteria decision-making(MCDM)approach is proposed to address uncertain real-life ***,a practical application of proposed methodology is also illustrated to discuss its feasibility and applicability.
