Software visualization and visual editing are important and practical techniques to improve the development of complex software systems.A challenge when applying the two technologies is how to realize the correspondence,a bidirectional relationship,between the data and its visual representation correctly.Although many tools and frameworks have been developed to support the construction of visual tools,it is still complicated and error-prone to realize the bidirectional relationship.In this paper,we propose a model-driven and bidirectional-transformation-based framework for data visualization and visual editing.Our approach mainly focuses on 1)how to define and manage graphical symbols in the model form and 2)how to specify and implement the bidirectional relationship based on the technique of bidirectional model transformation.Then,a prototype tool and four case studies are presented to evaluate the feasibility of our work.

目的探究梓醇对H_(2)O_(2)诱导成骨细胞损伤的影响及机制。方法将小鼠成骨细胞MC3T3-E1分为对照组、模型组、空载组(转染空载质粒)、梓醇组(100μmol/L)、梓醇+叉头框蛋白O3(FoxO3)过表达组(100μmol/L梓醇+转染FoxO3过表达质粒),经梓醇和转染处理后,除对照组细胞不作处理外,其余各组细胞以H_(2)O_(2)诱导建立成骨细胞氧化应激模型。检测各组细胞活力、凋亡率、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性、钙结节光密度(OD)值、活性氧(ROS)的平均荧光强度(MFI)、抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)]活性、炎症因子[白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-1β]水平、FoxO3/Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)信号通路相关蛋白表达水平。结果与对照组比较,模型组细胞活力、ALP活性、钙结节OD值、抗氧化酶活性和Wnt、β-catenin蛋白表达水平均显著降低,凋亡率、ROS的MFI、炎症因子水平和FoxO3蛋白表达水平均显著升高(P0.05),梓醇组细胞上述指标均显著逆转(P<0.05);与梓醇组比较,梓醇+FoxO3过表达组细胞上述指标的逆转效果均被显著削弱(P<0.05)。结论梓醇可通过下调FoxO3激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,抑制H_(2)O_(2)诱导的MC3T3-E1细胞氧化应激和炎症反应,提高细胞活力与成骨分化能力,抑制细胞凋亡。

The defects in object-oriented models will result in poor quality of applications based on the models, and thus it is necessary to know which defects often occur in practice, to what extent they occur, why they occur, and how they can be prevented. To gain deeper insights into these problems, this paper discusses how to improve the quality of object- oriented models from novice modelers through project prac- tice. This paper summarizes a set of typical quality defect types from a large number of the defects, and confirms them through our project practice. Moreover, the paper analyzes the improvement of the quality of object-oriented models by quantifying the level of occurrence for the defect types in dif- ferent phases of the project practice, and presents preventive measures by analyzing the causes for the defects to occur in object-oriented models in the aspects of syntax, semantics, and pragmatics.

目的探讨老年鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎患者的临床特点、影像学、实验室检查及治疗策略。方法回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年10月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院采用宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)技术诊断的14例老年鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎患者的诊治过程,记录患者临床表现、实验室检查、影像学表现和治疗及预后情况。结果14例患者平均年龄(68.9±5.9)岁,7例有明确禽类接触史;临床主要表现包括发热(100.0%,14/14)、乏力(71.4%,10/14)、Ⅰ型呼吸衰竭(50.0%,7/14)。实验室检查白细胞(WBC)有6例高于9.95×10^(9)/L,中性粒细胞比例(NR)多数增高,13例NR高于75%。所有病例均表现为C反应蛋白(CRP)明显增高。最常见的影像改变是实变,表现为大叶性肺炎,下叶及单肺叶大叶性肺炎常见(57.1%,8/14),常伴胸腔积液(71.4%,10/14)。治疗过程中,用药方案主要为单用莫西沙星、多西环素联合莫西沙星或者多西环素联合其他用药。最终出现休克2例,给予呼吸支持治疗2例,仅有1例死亡,其他均好转。结论老年鹦鹉热衣原体肺炎较易出现低氧血症,甚至呼吸衰竭,经恰当的治疗,总体预后良好,能取得明显的效果。

The complexity and diversity of modern software demands a variety of metamodel-based modeling languages for software development. Existing languages change continuously, and new ones are constantly emerging. In this situation, and especially for metamodel-based modeling languages, a quality assurance mechanism for metamodels is needed. This paper presents an approach to assessing the quality of metamodels. A quality model, which systematically characterizes and classifies quality attributes, and an operable measuring mechanism for effectively assessing the quality of metamodels based on the quality model, are pre- sented, using UML as the main example.

Community Question Answering(CQA) in web forums, as a classic forum for user communication,provides a large number of high-quality useful answers in comparison with traditional question answering.Development of methods to get good, honest answers according to user questions is a challenging task in natural language processing. many answers are not associated with the actual problem or shift the subjects,and this usually occurs in relatively long answers. In this paper, we enhance answer selection in CQA using multidimensional feature combination and similarity order. We make full use of the information in answers to questions to determine the similarity between questions and answers, and use the text-based description of the answer to determine whether it is a reasonable one. Our work includes two subtasks:(a) classifying answers as good, bad, or potentially associated with a question, and(b) answering YES/NO based on a list of all answers to a question. The experimental results show that our approach is significantly more efficient than the baseline model, and its overall ranking is relatively high in comparison with that of other models.

Next-generation advanced high/pulsed power capacitors urgently require dielectric materials with outstanding energy storage performance.Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based lead-free materials exhibit high polarization,but the high remanent polarization and large polarization hysteresis limit their applications in dielectric capacitors.Herein,high-entropy perovskite relaxor ferroelectrics(Na_(0.2)Bi_(0.2)Ba_(0.2)Sr_(0.2)Ca_(0.2))(Ti1-x%Zrx%)O_(3)are designed by adding multiple ions in the A-site and replacing the B-site Ti^(4+)with a certain amount of Zr^(4+).The newly designed system showed high relaxor feature and slim polarization-electric(P-E)loops.Especially,improved relaxor feature and obviously delayed polarization saturation were found with the increasing of Zr^(4+).Of particular importance is that both high recoverable energy storage density of 6.6 J/cm^(3) and energy efficiency of 93.5%were achieved under 550 kV/cm for the ceramics of x=6,accompanying with excellent frequency stability,appreciable thermal stability,and prosperous discharge property.This work not only provides potential dielectric materials for energy storage applications,but also offers an effective strategy to obtain dielectric ceramics with ultrahigh comprehensive energy storage performance to meet the demanding requirements of advanced energy storage applications.
