We aimed to reuse the propylene oxide sludge(POS).Propylene oxide sludge shell-aggregate(POSS-A)and propylene oxide sludge gradient shell-aggregate(POSGS-A)whose main hydrated phase is tobermorite were successfully manufactured by the hydrothermal synthesis of POS and silica materials under the condition of autoclaved(180℃,1.0 MPa)*** of pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate and pressure application mode on the different concretes were *** experimental results show that the concrete with POSS-A as coarse aggregate(POSS-A concrete),the concrete with POS gradient shell-aggregate as coarse aggregate(POSGS-A concrete),sintered aggregate concrete and common concrete,all have excellent impermeability performance whatever the pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate is 0.5 h or 24 h,and the pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate has a negligible influence on the *** influence degree of pressure application mode on the impermeability performance of the sintered aggregate concrete is the greatest among three kinds of concrete,which has a negligible influence on impermeability performance of the other ***-A can be used as a green building light aggregate in hydraulic concrete.

目的:评估经导管射频去肾神经术(RDN)治疗难治性高血压的远期临床结果。方法:连续纳入2012年2月至2019年11月在中国医学科学院阜外医院接受经股动脉路径RDN治疗的58例难治性高血压患者,于术后1、3、6、12个月和随后每年进行随访,于2023年6月进行末次随访。记录基线数据及术后随访的诊室血压、24小时平均血压和心率、降压药物种类和负荷、肾功能及主要不良事件(包括肾动脉狭窄、急性心肌梗死、脑卒中、心血管死亡及全因死亡)等数据。RDN对10年心脑血管事件的影响采用Framingham风险评估模型和国人风险评估模型。结果:共入选58例患者,随访期间1例(1.72%)因肺癌死亡,末次随访到41例(70.69%)。41例患者平均随访(10.21±1.75)年。与基线相比,末次随访诊室收缩压/舒张压下降(12.59±21.65)/(9.87±14.27)mmHg(P0.05),降压药种类减少(1.17±2.25)种(P<0.01),降压药物每日负荷剂量降低1.45±2.37(P<0.001),估算肾小球滤过率下降(6.83±18.37)ml/(min·1.73 m^(2))(P<0.05)。RDN对10年心血管事件及脑卒中风险的影响:采用Framingham风险评估,绝对风险分别下降14.25%和2.12%;采用国人心脑血管风险评估,绝对风险分别下降5.72%和17.46%。结论:经导管射频RDN可长期显著降低难治性高血压患者的血压水平,有望进一步降低心脑血管事件发生风险。

[目的]解析日输沙率与关键环境因子之间的尺度依赖关系,探索有效的预测方法,以应对由于泥沙输运机制的复杂性和水文过程的非线性所带来的预测挑战。[方法]采用集合经验模态分解与自适应噪声(CEEMDAN)方法,分析了西南地区涪江流域4个水文站点控制区域2013—2018年的日输沙率与5个潜在影响变量(流量、降水量、平均气温、潜在蒸散发量和NDVI)间多时间尺度变异特征,识别不同时间尺度下日输沙率与相关变量相互作用关系,在此基础上,对日输沙率作出预测。[结果]CEEMDAN方法成功将日输沙率及其潜在影响变量分解为10-11本征模态函数(IMF)和残差项,揭示出日输沙率在3~730天不同时间尺度上的显著变化。分解后的日输沙率与流量、降水量在各个时间尺度上均显示出显著的相关性增强,而气温、潜在蒸散发量和NDVI主要与长时间尺度的日输沙率显著相关。通过逐步多元线性回归预测日输沙率,模型的预测性能显著,R2值在所有站点均超过0.55。[结论]CEEMDAN方法能够有效揭示输沙率及其影响变量之间的尺度依赖性,为理解河流输沙动态提供了新的视角。

Roughness-induced emission from ocean surfaces is one of the main issues that affects the retrieval accuracy of sea surface salinity remote *** previous studies,the correction of roughness effect mainly depended on wind speeds retrieved from scatterometers or those provided by other means,which necessitates a high requirement for accuracy and synchronicity of wind-speed *** aim of this study is to develop a novel roughness correction model of ocean emissivity for the salinity retrieval *** combined active/passive observations of normalized radar cross-sections(NRCSs)and emissivities from ocean surfaces given by the L-band Aquarius/SAC-D mission,and the auxiliary wind directions collocated from the National Centers for Environmental Prediction(NCEP)dataset are used for model *** model is validated against the observations and the Aquarius standard algorithms of roughness-induced emissivity *** between model computations and measurements indicate that the model has better accuracy in computing wind-induced brightness temperature in the upwind/downwind directions or for the surfaces with smaller NRCSs,which can be better than 0.3 ***,for crosswind directions and larger NRCSs,the model accuracy is relatively low.A model using HH-polarized NRCSs yields better accuracy than that using VV-polarized *** a fair comparison to the Aquarius standard algorithms using wind speeds retrieved from multi-source data,the maximum likelihood estimation is employed to produce results combining our model calculations and those using other *** simulations show that combined results basically have higher accuracy than the standard algorithms.

The dielectric elastomer(DE)has attracted significant attention due to its desired features,including large deformation,fast response,and high energy ***,for a DE actuator(DEA)utilizing a snap-through deformation mode,most existing theoretical models fail to predict its deformation *** paper develops a new finite element method(FEM)based on the three-parameter Gent-Gent model suitable for capturing strain-stiffening *** simulation results are verified by experiments,indicating that the FEM can accurately characterize the snap-through path of a *** method proposed in this paper provides theoretical guidance and inspiration for designing and applying DEs and bistable electroactive actuators.

The equatorial Pacific underwent a significant climate transition during the late Pliocene, which is characterized by cooling of global sea surface temperatures (SSTs) and formation of a marked SST gradient between the eastern and western equatorial Pacific. Moreover, this transition was nearly synchronous with the late Pliocene Northern Hemisphere glaciation. Probing the relationship among solar insolation, low and high latitude processes is the key to unravel the mechanism of this climate transition. A series of statistical methods were used in this study to analyze the orbital components of the equatorial Pacific SST and global ice volume records for the past 5 ma. We found that integrated solar insolation rather than the monthly mean insolation is the primary external forcing of the late Pliocene climate transition, and that on orbital time scale the SSTs of the eastern and western equatorial Pacific display consistent change rather than a "seesaw" pattern. Changes of Earth’s orbital configuration have been responsible for this climate transition whereas the feedback effects of atmospheric CO2 concentration have further cooled the global climate since the early Cenozoic.

目的探讨神经内镜与显微镜经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤的短期疗效和预后。方法选取2020年10月至2021年10月期间周口骨科医院收治的78例垂体瘤患者,按数字表法随机分为研究组(39例神经内镜经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤)和对照组(39例显微镜经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤)。对比两组疗效、手术相关指标,治疗前后嗅觉、视觉功能、激素水平、两组并发症发生率以及术后一年复发率和生活质量评分。结果研究组疗效有效率(94.87%)显著高于对照组(76.92%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术耗时、术中出血量、术后住院时长均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组嗅觉识别阀值均高于术前,且对照组高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组视野平均缺损均低于术前,研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,两组加权视野指数均高于术前,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1个月,两组泌乳素、生长激素、促肾上腺皮质激素水平均低于术前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(10.26%)低于对照组(30.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组一年复发率(5.13%)低于对照组(25.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后一年,两组生活质量评分均高于术前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内镜经鼻蝶入路切除垂体瘤较显微镜疗效更佳,并发症发生率和复发率更低低,可改善患者嗅觉、视觉功能、激素,提高生活质量。

Background Recent studies on bone have shown an endocrine role of the skeleton,which could be impaired in various human diseases,including osteoporosis,obesity,and diabetes-associated bone *** a sensor and regulator of energy metabolism,AMP-activated protein kinase （AMPK） may also play an important role in the regulation of bone *** current study aimed to establish the expression profiles and phosphorylation patterns of AMPK subunits in several mesenchymal cell *** Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction （PCR） for relative quantification,real-time PCR for absolute quantification,and Western blotting were used to investigate the gene expression profiles and phosphorylation patterns of AMPK subunits in several mesenchymal cell types,including primary human mesenchymal stem cells （hMSCs） and hFOB,Saos-2,C3H/10T1/2,MC3T3-E1,3T3-L1,and C2C12 *** AMPKα1 and AMPKβ1 mRNAs were abundantly expressed in all cell ***1 mRNA was abundantly expressed in C3H/10T1/2,MC3T3-E1,3T3-L1,and C2C12 but not detected in human-derived cell ***2 mRNA was mildly expressed in all cell ***α1 protein was highly expressed in all cell types and AMPKα2 protein was highly expressed only in hFOB and Saos-2 ***β1 protein was abundantly expressed in all cell types except for Saos-2,in which AMPKβ2 protein overwhelmed AMPKβ1 ***1 and AMPKY2 proteins were expressed in C3H/10T1/2,MC3T3-E1,3T3-L1,and C2C12 cells and only AMPKY2 protein was expressed in hMSCs,hFOB and Saos2 ***α was phosphorylated at Thr172 and Ser485 and AMPKβ1 was phosphorylated at Ser108 and Ser182 in all cell types with a specific pattern in each cell *** The combination of AMPK α,β,and Y subunits and phosphorylation of AMPKα （Thr172 and Ser485） and AMPKβ1 （Ser108 and Ser182） showed a specific pattern in each cell type.
