We operated a p-type point contact high purity germanium(PPCGe)detector(CDEX-1B,1.008 kg)in the China Jinping Underground Laboratory(CJPL)for 500.3 days to search for neutrinoless double beta(0νββ)decay of^(76)Ge.A total of 504.3 kg⋅day effective exposure data was *** anti-coincidence and the multi/single-site event(MSE/SSE)discrimination methods were used to suppress the background in the energy region of interest(ROI,1989–2089 keV for this work)with a factor of 23.A background level of 0.33 counts/(keV⋅kg⋅yr)was *** lower limit on the half life of^(76)Ge 0νββdecay was constrained as T_(1/2)^(0ν)>1.0×10^(23)yr(90%C.L.),corresponding to the upper limits on the effective majorana neutrino mass:<3.2–7.5 eV.

Background Although angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors （ACEI） and angiotensin receptor blockers （ARB） are equally important in the treatment of hypertension, there is less evidence whether they have equal cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protective effects, especially in elder hypertensive patients. This study aims to clarify this unresolved issue. Methods This cross-sectional study included clinical data on 933 aged male patients with hypertension who received either an ARB or ACEI for more than two months between January 2007 and may 2011. The primary outcome was the composite of cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and non-fatal stroke. The secondary endpoints were unstable angina, new atrial fibrillation, and transient ischemic attack. Results The median follow-up time was 24 months. Age, drug types, cerebral infarction history, renal dysfunction history were the independent predictors of the primary endpoint. The risk of an occurrence of a primary endpoint event was higher in the ARB group than the ACEI group [P = 0.037, hazard ratios （HR）： 2.124, 95% confidence interval （95% CI）： 1.048-4.306]. The Kaplan-Meier method also suggests that the rate of primary endpoint occurrence was higher in the ARB group than the ACEI group （P = 0.04）. In regard to the secondary endpoints, there were no significant differences between the two treatment arms （P = 0.137, HR： 1.454, 95% CI： 0.888-2.380）. Patient age and coronary heart disease history were independent predictors of the secondary endpoint. Conclusion ACEI were more effective than ARB in reducing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular morbidity and mortality in aged patients with hypertension.

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.

The Chang＇e-3 panoramic camera, which is composed of two cameras with identical functions, performances and interfaces, is installed on the lunar rover mast. It can acquire 3D images of the lunar surface based on the principle of binocular stereo vision. By rotating and pitching the mast, it can take several photographs of the patrol area. After stitching these images, panoramic images of the scenes will be *** the topography and geomorphology of the patrol area and the impact crater, as well as the geological structure of the lunar surface, will be analyzed and *** addition, it can take color photographs of the lander using the Bayer color coding principle. It can observe the working status of the lander by switching between static image mode and dynamic video mode with automatic exposure time. The focal length of the lens on the panoramic camera is 50 mm and the field of view is 19.7？umination and viewing conditions, the largest signal-to-no×14.5？.Under the best illise ratio of the panoramic camera is 44 d B. Its static modulation transfer function is 0.33. A large number of ground testing experiments and on-orbit imaging results show that the functional interface of the panoramic camera works normally. The image quality of the panoramic camera is satisfactory. All the performance parameters of the panoramic camera satisfy the design requirements.

Singlet fission(SF)has potential applications in high-efficiency photo-energy harvesting applications,but its practical application is hindered by the limited number of *** this work,we explored the bay aromatic substitution strategy for the design of new perylenediimide(PDI)based SF materials.A series of PDI derivatives with biphenyl or naphthalene units substituted at the bay posi-tions were designed and synthesized to investigate the effects of aromatic substitutes on their photodynamic *** bay substitutions do not shift the energy level of the PDI core significantly but give rise to different intermolecular coupling strengths in the thin films and affect the intermolecular SF *** transient absorption(fsTA)spectroscopy reveals that appro-priate spacing configuration from the bay aromatic substitution groups enhances the SF yields by promoting the interaction of neighbouring PDI *** exciton yields of up to 183%have been obtained from these new PDI derivatives,making them po-tential candidates in future SF-based optoelectronics.

Background： The domestic prevalence of chronic hepatitis B （CHB） in China is 7.18% in 2006, imposing great societal healthcare burdens. Nucleot（s）ide analogues （NUCs） anti-hepatitis B virus （HBV） therapies are widely applied despite the relatively low rate of seroconversion and high risk of drug-resistant mutation. More effective treatments for CHB deserve further explorations. Combined therapy of NUCs plus Chinese herbal medicine （CHM） is widely accepted in China, which is recognized as a prospective alternative approach. The study was primarily designed to confirm the hypothesis that Tiaogan-Yipi Granule （调肝益脾颗粒, TGYP） or Tiaogan-jianpi-Jiedu Granule （调肝健脾解毒颗粒, TGJPJD） plus entecavir tablet （ETV） was superior over ETV monotherapy in enhancing HBeAg loss rate. Methods： The study was a nationwide, large-scale, multi-center, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial with a designed duration of 108 weeks. A total of 16 hospitals and 596 eligible Chinese HBeAg positive CHB patients were enrolled from November 2012 to September 2013 and randomly allocated into 2 groups in 1：1 ratio via central randomization system： experimental group （EG） and control group （CG）. Subjects in EG received CM formulae （TGYP or TGJPJD, 50 g per dose, twice daily） plus ETV tablet （or ETV placebo） 0.5 mg per day in the first 24 weeks （stage 1）, and CHM granule plus ETV tablet （0.5 mg per day） from week 25 to 108 （stage 2）. Subjects in CG received CHM Granule placebo plus E＇IV tablet （0.5 mg per day） for 108 weeks throughout the trial. The assessments of primary outcomes （HBV serum markers and HBV-DNA） were conducted by a third-party College of American Pathologists （CAP） qualified laboratory. Adverse effects were observed in the hospitals of recruitment. Discussion： The study was designed to compare the curative effect of CM plus E＇IV and ETV monotherapy in respect of HBeAg loss, which is recognized by the European Association for the Study of the liver as ＂a valuable endpoint＂. Objective To examine the relationship between overweight or obesity and the risk of the various hypertension hemodynamic subtypes in Yi farmers and migrants. Methods A cross-sectional study of 2 358 Yi farmers and 2 392 Yi migrants was carried out in the liangshan Yi autonomous prefecture, Sichuan, China in 2007. Results The standardized prevalence of overweight in female Yi farmers （6.22%） was higher than in males （3.25%）, whereas in Yi migrants 32.56% of males and 28.78% of females were overweight. The standardized prevalence of obesity was 0 and 0.62% in male and female Yi farmers, compared to 3.91% and 5.57% in male and female Yi migrants, respectively. For both genders the standardized prevalence of ISH, IDH, and SDH was higher in Yi migrants than Yi farmers. Overweight and obese Yi men and women had a higher risk for IDH and SDH （P〈O.002） than non-overweight/obese individuals. However, an association of overweight or obesity with ISH was observed only in men. Conclusion Yi migrants have substantially higher proportion of overweight and obese individuals, as well as individuals affected by ISH, IDH, and SDH, than do Yi farmers. The changes of development and utilization of karst groundwater in Sangu Spring Basin have made the original groundwater resource evaluation unable to meet the needs of future economic *** on analysis of existing data,combined with the characteristics of supplement,runoff and draining of regional karst groundwater,the Visual Modelflow software was used to build a numerical simulation model of Sangu spring *** amount of karst groundwater resource and groundwater environment of the Basin were evaluated under different exploitation schemes,and the changes of karst groundwater environment in the future ten years were also *** fitting error which is less than 0.5 m between the calculated value and measured value of the water level in the fitted borehole accounts for 93%.For the lithologically and structurally complex Sangu Spring Basin,the fitting effect of numerical simulation model was *** the basis of the current mining amount of 111.80 million m3/a,the total redistributed exploited amount in the spring region was 61.79 million m3/*** the condition that the quantity of recoverable resources reached 173.59 million m3/a and under different precipitation schemes,all constraint conditions were satisfied,such as regional water level drawdown,maximum allowable water level drawdown in every simulated water source area and the flow rate of Guobi *** results will provide a scientific basis for the rational development and utilization of karst groundwater in Sangu Spring Basin.
