利用《化学试剂标准溶液的制备》和《测量不确定度评定与表示》对两种方法中产生的标准不确定度进行计算,对两种不同配制邻苯二甲酸氢钾基准溶液方法(固体称量法和液体移取法)对于氢氧化钠溶液浓度标定产生的不确定度进行了比较。结果表明:固体称量法和液体移取法的合成标准不确定度分别为2.343×10^(-3)和3.750×10^(-3),在氢氧化钠标定的方法中,用固体称量法,直接称量一定质量邻苯二甲酸氢钾加蒸馏水溶解配制溶液所产生的最后滴定误差更小。

During the high nitrogen steel （HNS） melting process, the absorption reaction of nitrogen in the liquid steel by blowing NH3 and N2 was investigated respectively. In order to obtain higher content of nitrogen in steel, the liquid steel should be deoxidized and desulfurized because the oxygen and sulfur as surface activity element are not favorable to the absorption of nitrogen in melting process. Based on the metallurgical thermodynamics, the coupling reaction of NH3 with oxygen can improve the generation of activity nitrogen atom in liquid steel. Nitrogen atom is easier to be absorbed than nitrogen molecule. At the same time, blowing ammonia gas can remove the oxygen from liquid steel and decrease the inclusion in the steel. Experiments of HNS melting were carried out in a 10 kg induction furnace, and the results indicated that for liquid steel containing the same content of alloys and blowing the same mole of nitrogen, the absorption effect of nitrogen by blowing NH3 is obviously higher than that of blowing N2. The technical process of melting HNS by blowing NH3 under normal pressure is feasible in industrial production.

BACKGROUND Gastric cancer is a global health concern that poses a significant threat to human *** To detecting serum changes in carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigens(CA)724,CA242,and CA19-9 expression among patients with gastric *** Eighty patients diagnosed with gastric cancer between January 2020 and January 2023 were included in the observation group,while 80 patients with benign gastric diseases were included in the control *** groups were tested for tumor markers(CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9].Tumor marker indicators(CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9)were compared between the two groups,assessing positive rates of tumor markers across various stages in the observation ***,single and combined detection of various tumor markers were *** The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,positive predictive value,and negative predictive value observed for the combined detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 were higher than those of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 ***,the combined detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 has a high diagnostic accuracy and could reduce the occurrence of missed or misdiagnosed cases,facilitating the early diagnosis and treatment of *** CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA19-9 serum levels in gastric cancer patients significantly surpassed those in non-gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Their combined detection can improve the diagnostic accuracy for gastric cancer,warranting clinical promotion.

We consider an image semantic communication system in a time-varying fading Gaussian MIMO channel,with a finite number of channel states.A deep learning-aided broadcast approach scheme is proposed to benefit the adaptive semantic transmission in terms of different channel *** combine the classic broadcast approach with the image transformer to implement this adaptive joint source and channel coding(JSCC)***,we utilize the neural network(NN)to jointly optimize the hierarchical image compression and superposition code mapping within this *** learned transformers and codebooks allow recovering of the image with an adaptive quality and low error rate at the receiver side,in each channel *** simulation results exhibit our proposed scheme can dynamically adapt the coding to the current channel state and outperform some existing intelligent schemes with the fixed coding block.

Microplastics(MPs;mate *** collected from surface snow in the Inner Mongolia Plateau,China,were used for quantitative analysis and *** results showed that MPs were easily detected,and the related concentration was approximately(68±10)–(199±22)MPsL1 in snow *** were the most common morphology,the polymer composition was largely varied,and the abundance and composition of MPs were linked to human activity to a great ***-throughput sequencing results showed that the composition and abundance of microorganisms also differed in snow samples from areas with different MP pollution characteristics,indicating a considerable difference in microbial functional *** may have an interference effect on the individual growth and functional expression of microorganisms in *** addition,the results showed that functional living areas(e.g.,landfills and suburban areas)in cities play an important role in the properties of *** instance,the highest abundance of MPs was found in thermal power plants,whereas the abundance of polymers per sample was significantly lower in the suburban *** MP contaminants hidden in snow can alter microbial structure and function and are therefore a potential threat to ecosystem health.
